Moises, Veri, Susana,Victor and Gustavo have been making this vacation the best!!!! All the activities during the day by the pool. I loved making a cord bracelet, painting a bottle and tie dye were so much fun. The night entertainment like bingo, music trivia and of course the love and marriage show were so much fun!! I think all of the entertainment staff have been so lovely, friendly and made this week one to remember. Alfredo is our butler and always so accommodating, quick with reservations and checking in with us personally throughout the days has made us feel supported. Love this resort and the staff so much!!

We had a wonderful week at the Ocean Maya Royale. It is by far the best resort we have stayed at in terms of service, food and overall quality. The resort is gorgeous, clean and well maintained. The hard working staff are out there every day making sure there is nothing out of place. It is a quieter, smaller resort which is exactly the vibe we were looking for We had the Privilege package and it was worth every penny. Juan, our butler is incredible. He checked in on us every day and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a breeze to make restaurant reservations. He went above and beyond. There was fun day time and night time entertainment. Viridiana is such a fun, joyous person and she was out there day and night getting everyone involved in the activities. Viri is amazing! We also had great service from Jesus in the Privilege section of the quiet pool, Jose in the Privilege lounge and Italian restaurant, but really everyone we interacted with were kind and helpful. It truly was the best support we had. We can't wait to go back!

They were both incredibly warm, friendly, and fun, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere from the very beginning. After the demonstration, we had the opportunity to prepare our own cappuccino, which was both educational and enjoyable. Pilar guided the entire experience wonderfully from start to finish. In a relaxed, engaging, and informative way, she taught us a great deal about tequila production in Mexico. We especially enjoyed learning about the different regions where tequila is produced, the history behind the various brands, and how to recognize authentic, high-quality tequila. She also explained the differences between tequilas best suited for cocktails and those meant to be enjoyed neat. The tasting itself was excellent, and her descriptions of the products and their flavor profiles made the experience even more enjoyable and interesting. Pilar created a fun and welcoming atmosphere throughout the session. We learned a lot, gained new insights, and had a fantastic time. 🤩 Thank you, Pilar, for this wonderful experience! 👏 We highly recommend the Tequila Experience to anyone interested in learning more about tequila while having fun at the same time. Pilar was are tequila tasting and expert on the history of the tequila. She also encouraged us to intend the myan experience which involved dancing mayan history and a 4course meal which was absolutely delicious. Moses, who is our entertainment staff was also very good. Funny and entertaining. Our rooms were very clean comfy beds and beautiful scenery. This resort I highly recommend,there is always something going on and so very friendly.

Lovely hotel, adults only is great and the 24 hour all inclusive is brilliant, meaning you don’t have to wait for food or be ruled by set times to eat etc. The only thing that wasn’t great was there is a schedule for all of the restaurants and you have to check this. The à la carte restaurants aren’t open everyday, for example the Mexican isn’t open on a Tuesday and the main buffet restaurant is closed 3 nights a week. The Japanese is brilliant but you have to book on the day at 17:45. When my husband booked he arrived at 17:47 and 10 people were in front of him and the earliest he could book was for 21:00. This is also an experience so if you’re looking for a private and intimate meal this isn’t for you as you’re with a group of 8. Beds are huge, showers are huge and the air con was great and we didn’t have a problem at all. Drinks fridge restocked everyday in the rooms as well with a free safe. Entertainment is brilliant, there really is something for everyone. Viridiana is absolutely amazing, she is warm, friendly, energetic and always comes round to everyone asking them if they want to be included in the activities. She always has a smile on her face and always takes time to speak to all of the guests and was brilliant. She makes sure that you know what is on for that day and what is going on, even if it’s not what you’re into…she wants everyone to feel included and welcome 🤗
