Outstanding hospitality in a prime location! The hotel is super convenient, spotless, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet. Every staff member was amazingly warm, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Peter for his incredible help after check-out. I realized I had left a crucial item in my room after leaving the hotel, and Peter was extremely helpful and professional and I got it back safely. Top-notch service from an amazing team—highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Outrigger Surin Beach, the staff could not do enough, very efficient and so very friendly. On arrival, fresh pineapple juice was presented while check-in process was completed and our bags taken to our suite. The suite was immaculate, very comfortable, linen changed daily with plenty of fresh bottles of water. The pools were crystal clear, the staff at the pool bar were exceptional, very attentive. Breakfast was beautiful, fresh fruit, cereals, choices of variety of dishes, fresh blended juices, the staff were so lovely, nothing was too much, the chefs were also wonderful, we can highly recommend the restaurant for evening meals, the presentation and quality of food is excellent. The resort security officers at the front of the resort was so good, always a smile and a salute to us, such lovely men. I also want to mention the resort gardener, the gardens were beautiful. We would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful resort. We want to thank the staff once again for our wonderful holiday stay, see you again soon. Family trip here for 4 days 3 nights. Breakfast was quite nice, while selections are quite limited, taste was good. We go upgraded to the grand Surin suite, first floor is the living and the bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Very spacious, water pressure was good, bed was comfy too. Had a really great massage at the hotel’s spa! Look for the masseur named Mon, did a 90 min oil massage with her and it was awesome, whole body felt so relaxed. Pressure (I go for hard) was so on point.

While the team were perfectly welcoming and fine upon check in, it is important to note that these rooms are NOT suitable for families with children. Our guest had a small 18 month old with her and we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs (there is no elevator to the rooms). Then there is ANOTHER flight of stairs in the room to the bedroom. This isn't how the hotel was represented in its imagery. We were not offered a move to a room on the ground floor. We had to book another hotel as the baby's mother was unable to deal with stairs, which is completely fair. We asked if we could cancel the 2 night reservation and the hotel refused. So overall we paid Outrigger rates for two nights, in low season, for a hotel completely unsuitable for children with no refund or alternative offered. A warning to anyone else with small children - do not bother. Hopefully this saves you the hassle.

Our stay at Outrigger Surin Beach was wonderful. We stayed in one of the rooms with a private plunge pool which was just perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of very tasty dishes and the restaurant had 2 for 1 choices of mains which made it very affordable. Just a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Surin beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.
