My family and I stayed at this hotel for 14 days. Unfortunately, one incident on our last day completely ruined the experience. During lunch, we couldn't find a table for seven people, and since no staff member came to assist us, we combined two tables ourselves. Shortly afterward, we noticed a larger table available inside the restaurant where the air conditioning was on (the AC in common areas seems to be turned on only occasionally), so we moved there instead. While my sister, who was carrying her 10 months old baby, went to the barbecue station to get food, she was unexpectedly confronted by a waiter named Veli. He aggressively shouted at her about moving the tables and spoke to her in a very disrespectful and intimidating manner. There was absolutely no reason to speak to a guest especially a mother holding an infant in such an aggressive way. When she told me what had happened, I went outside to speak with him. Unfortunately, his English was very limited, making it impossible to have a conversation. The service manager noticed the situation, approached me, and told me that he will handle it. He spoke with the waiter, but the waiter never came to apologize or acknowledge his unacceptable behavior. The only apology we received was from the service manager as we were leaving the restaurant. For a 5 star hotel, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Staff should be trained to communicate respectfully, remain calm, and treat guests professionally. There were also a few other disappointing aspects of our stay, the air conditioning in common areas, including the restaurant and reception, was often turned off. Sitting in the lobby without AC during hot weather was very uncomfortable. Also the food quality was inconsistent. Some days it was good, while on other days it fell well below the standard we expected from a five-star hotel. Without this incident, our stay would have been much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the rude behavior of one employee on our final day overshadowed the positive aspects of our two week vacation. Based on our overall experience we do not recommend this hotel!

I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The property itself is very beautiful, the food was tasty, and the activities were at a good level. However, what truly made this holiday stand out was Medina the animator! She is an incredibly sweet, energetic, and dedicated person. She constantly made sure we weren't bored and regularly invited us to join great activities. Medina, you are doing a fantastic job, thank you! I recommend this hotel with all my heart.❤️

I loved all of the services here, the staff was very nice and kind, they treated us amazing. The absolute BEST thing about this hotel was the SPA and the gym. I've gotten a couple of massages here and my favorite one was done by Hakim, it was the best massage I've ever had. The cocktails were really delicious and the café surprised me in a good way. I definitely recommend this hotel, I've had a GREAT experience here!!

I had an amazing time at Oz Sui Resort, but what truly made my holiday unforgettable was the animation team, especially Medina! She is absolutely delightful and genuinely the best animator I have ever met. Medina is an absolute powerhouse of positive energy and is always smiling. She personally invites everyone to join the activities, and her enthusiasm is so contagious that you just can't resist taking part in everything she organizes! She doesn't just do her job; she puts 1000% of her heart into everything she does and creates an incredibly comfortable, welcoming atmosphere for all the guests. Honestly, I would come back to this hotel just to chat with her and spend more time in her company—she is that incredible! If you are visiting Oz Sui Resort, look for Medina. She is an absolute gem! Thank you for making my vacation so special!

We chose Oz Sui Resort again after staying in 2023, and honestly, we kind of envy anyone going there for the first time. Hopefully this will help if you’re still deciding. I’ll keep it real, simple, and useful so you can figure out if it’s right for you. Hotel & Interior From the moment you walk in, the place just feels and smells luxurious. The design, the vibe and everything is really stylish but also super relaxing. It’s spacious, really well looked after, and clearly a lot of thought has gone into it. The rooms are comfy, practical, and everything feels high quality. If you’re after somewhere calm, comfortable, and a bit classy, this is a great pick. Staff This is where the hotel really stands out. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely wants you to have a great time. They go above and beyond, not just doing the basics. Also, their English is really good, so everything is easy and stress-free. Food The food is definitely one of the highlights. There’s loads of choice, everything tastes great, and it’s all presented really nicely. Big shoutout to the kitchen team for doing such an amazing job. If the main restaurant is that good, the à la carte is just as impressive. Special thanks to Ferhat as well. Bars You can just chill and enjoy really well-made drinks by people who clearly know what they’re doing. Everything is done with care, and the service is always friendly. Entertainment It was great seeing Ugur again on our second visit. He and the entertainment team do an awesome job keeping things fun and lively every day. Their energy is contagious, and they make sure everyone feels included. Swimming Pool There’s only one pool, but it’s big and well laid out, so it never felt crowded at all. Beach The hotel isn’t right on the beach, but honestly, it works well. There’s a regular shuttle that takes you to the private beach, and everything there is just as well organized.
