We had a great experience at İncekum Beach Resort. The location of the hotel is excellent; the sea is shallow and sandy, which makes swimming very enjoyable. The beach was also very clean and well-maintained. The food was both diverse and delicious. It was a big advantage to be able to find something to eat at almost any time of the day. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy, and housekeeping was done regularly without any issues. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful and especially suitable for families.

This is a wonderful hotel with great service and a fantastic atmosphere. I would especially like to mention the bartender Emine at the Lobby Bar. She is one of the best bartenders I have ever met — very caring, attentive, friendly, and always ready to make guests feel special. Her professionalism, warm smile, and attention to every detail make every visit a great experience.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful, and my sisters and I were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. There were plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the week, including karaoke, badminton, dance events, and disco nights. We would especially like to highlight Ersin Bey, Mahir Bey, Seyfi Bey, and Mehmet Ali, who were exceptional. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made our trip even more special and gave us a strong sense of comfort and safety. The service overall was excellent. While the main buffet could have been better, the other restaurants offered delicious and beautifully presented dishes that we truly enjoyed. The rooms were not the most modern, but the hotel had a unique charm, blending both classic and modern styles in a very besutiful way. Unfortunately, there was one negative experience. A staff member named Gamze, who worked as a hairstylist, was quite rude and spoke to my sisters in a disrespectful manner. This was disappointing, but thankfully it was an exception, as all the other staff members were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and service-minded. We also celebrated my sister’s birthday during our stay and the hotel went above and beyond by arranging a luxurious dinner along with thoughtful surprises such as a cake and massage. It made the celebration truly unforgettable. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back, next time with our whole family. This is truly a very familyfriendly hotel that we highly recommend.

Stayed for over 8 days last week. We were put in block 8 which was next to busy road & mosque so prayers were blasting in the windows 5 times a day. We were told we ok to swich in the evening but was fobbed of by day staff. Overall holiday was great special praise for Emine for good drinks in lobby and Muslum in the pool bar for being funny and making tricks. Cant complain about food and activities. There is a nice beach whre you can jump to the water and showers on the actual pier. Biggest down side was reception customer service skills.
