Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with a truly luxurious atmosphere. The service throughout the stay was outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The rooms, however, could be improved. Unfortunately, the TV and blackout curtains did not work properly during our stay, and although the service team tried to help, the issues were not fully resolved. Overall, we still had a very pleasant experience thanks to the beautiful property and exceptional hospitality.

I had such a wonderful time at the Palazzo Versace pool and restaurant with my friend. Everything was absolutely beautiful — the setting, the atmosphere, and the service were all top-tier. We spent the afternoon by the pool and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun in a luxurious and peaceful environment. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. We also had lunch at the restaurant and it was delicious. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavor. Overall, it was a truly lovely experience and we created such nice memories together. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a chic and relaxing place to spend a special day in Dubai ! ❤️

What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the service. A special thank you to Naved, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout the day. His warm hospitality and care made us feel welcome and pampered at all times, elevating the whole experience to another level. Despite the glamorous setting, the pool remains peaceful and serene — a beautiful oasis where you can fully unwind and enjoy the moment. A perfect place to treat yourself and experience a little slice of Italian luxury in Dubai. Highly recommended. ✨

Had such an amazing time at Palazzo Versace Dubai! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, relaxing, and so beautiful. The atmosphere, the pool, the food, the service , honestly everything was incredible. We had so much fun and made the best memories. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even more special. Definitely one of the nicest staycations in Dubai and can’t wait to come back again 💕
