Some guests, however, note inconsistent service experiences and feel the value falls short of expectations due to extra charges. The hotel's scenic location is appreciated, though dining options nearby are limited. The service is the best! A special is Naved and Su in Q’s Bar! Also administrator Elena was so kind and helpful. I came by chance, just looking for sushi restaurant in Google map. But stay for Dinner because of service. Will back 100%! We loved the breakfast Jiardino. Excellent service by Suresh Jadhav with a smile, very friendly and hospitable staff - explained the dishes well. Overall the restaurant has a great ambience, we have to be back once again for the brunch next!

Had an amazing day at the Palazzo Versace Dubai pool! 🌴✨ The setting is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful architecture, a relaxing atmosphere, and a true five-star luxury feel. The pool area is spotless, the sunbeds are comfortable, and the service is excellent. It’s the perfect place to escape the busy city, unwind, and enjoy a little luxury. Everything feels elegant and well taken care of. Definitely a must-visit spot in Dubai for a relaxing pool day! ☀️💎

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I specifically chose Palazzo Versace for my honeymoon because I expected a high level of service and wanted this special occasion to be memorable. I also paid an additional amount in advance for the room to be specially prepared for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the room was not prepared as requested and the arrangements I had paid for were not completed. When I contacted the reception and asked what had happened, your team admitted that the request had been forgotten, apologized for the mistake, and confirmed that the amount I paid for the room preparation would be refunded. I appreciated that the hotel acknowledged the mistake at the time. However, until today, I have still not received the promised refund. This is very disappointing, especially considering the reputation and service standards expected from Palazzo Versace. This was our honeymoon, an occasion that cannot be repeated, and I had made these arrangements in advance specifically to make our arrival special. I kindly ask you to review this matter urgently and process the promised refund without any further delay. I would also appreciate a clear explanation regarding why the refund has taken this long despite your team confirming that the mistake was from the hotel’s side. I hope Palazzo Versace will take responsibility for what happened and resolve this matter in a way that reflects the level of service expected from such a prestigious hotel. Abdulaziz

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing pool party experience at Palazzo Versace Dubai. The atmosphere was vibrant, elegant and full of positive energy. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, with great music, talented live musicians and a wonderful ambiance throughout the day. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and everything was presented beautifully. It was such a fun and memorable experience with friends — relaxing by the pool, enjoying the music and spending a perfect day in Dubai. Definitely a place I would love to visit again. ✨🍸☀️🎶
