We had an exceptional stay at Palazzo Versace Dubai while celebrating my husband’s birthday. I had planned a surprise for him in our suite, and the staff went above and beyond to help make it special. What impressed me most was how thoughtful they were in keeping the surprise a secret. During check-in, the receptionist discreetly communicated with me via WhatsApp and even pretended she was showing me my confirmation number so my husband wouldn’t suspect anything. It was such a small detail, but it showed how much they genuinely cared about making the experience memorable. Our original plan was to leave the room before the surprise setup, but my husband fell asleep. I asked the team to delay the arrangements several times, and every single time they were incredibly patient, flexible, and accommodating without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The suite itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was absolutely luxurious. As a lovely gesture, they also surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, which made the celebration even more special. From the outstanding service to the attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone who helped make my husband’s birthday unforgettable. I would happily recommend Palazzo Versace Dubai to anyone looking for a truly memorable luxury stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing pool party experience at Palazzo Versace Dubai. The atmosphere was vibrant, elegant and full of positive energy. The pool area is absolutely beautiful, with great music, talented live musicians and a wonderful ambiance throughout the day. The food was delicious, the cocktails were excellent, and everything was presented beautifully. It was such a fun and memorable experience with friends — relaxing by the pool, enjoying the music and spending a perfect day in Dubai. Definitely a place I would love to visit again. ✨🍸☀️🎶

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Palazzo Versace Dubai. While there were some positive aspects, several issues significantly affected our overall experience. First, I would like to sincerely thank your staff. They were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Their excellent attitude and service are truly appreciated. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived at approximately 4:30 PM and waited around 30 minutes at reception due to the busy check-in process. We were then informed that our room was still being cleaned and were asked to wait another hour. However, we did not receive our room until 6:00 PM. What made this even more frustrating was that our check-out time remained at 12:00 PM the following day. As a result, we lost a significant portion of the stay we had paid for due to the delayed room availability. As this stay was planned to celebrate my birthday, we had hoped for a relaxing and memorable experience. Unfortunately, the long delay at check-in affected our plans and took away valuable time from our stay. Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards,

We had a wonderful time at the pool at Palazzo Versace Dubai. It remains one of our favorite places, and every visit is a truly luxurious experience. The pool is stunning, incredibly spacious, and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We have been coming to this hotel for many years, and it continues to inspire confidence and comfort. One of the things we appreciate most is the consistency of the team. It is always so nice to see familiar faces and to be welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff make us feel at home every time we visit. A special thank you goes to Mustafa for his outstanding service and attention to detail. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made our experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to compliment the excellent food and the impressive selection of beverages. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
