Mixed feelings The hotel grounds are beautiful, green, and very well maintained. There are plenty of sun loungers, so finding a free one has never been a problem. The room is comfortable overall, but there could be more hooks in the bathroom for towels and bathrobes. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks, beer, wafers, and chips (replenished daily), and a beach bag is provided in the room. However, the minibar wasn't replenished yesterday. For my birthday, the hotel left a bottle of red wine and two apples in the room, and I was also surprised with a birthday cake in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. There are plenty of daytime activities, but they are often overcrowded. It would be much more convenient if the same activities were offered more than once a day. Another highlight is the aqua gym. Unlike many hotels where it's just a simple workout in the pool, the sessions here are varied and fun. A couple of times a week they even use water bikes, and one day the workout included water dumbbells, which made it even more enjoyable. The hotel is also excellent for families with children. There is a large entertainment area with LEGO and PlayStation rooms, water slides, and a wide range of games and activities organized throughout the day. The evening shows are one of the hotel's biggest highlights. They are entertaining, professionally produced, and always manage to surprise us. The parties held several times a week after the evening shows are equally impressive – the entertainment team clearly puts a lot of effort into making them special. The food is good, but it didn't really impress us. The smoked salmon at breakfast is delicious, but during our stay there was never any grilled salmon for dinner, and the seafood selection is rather limited. Children will definitely enjoy the candy station. Unfortunately, there was no chocolate fountain. The Papina pizza is excellent. The Kanji restaurant is outstanding. It's just a pity that all à la carte restaurants require an extra fee, and the prices keep increasing. Last year the surcharge was €5, while this year it has already gone up to €15. The drinks are quite good, although a lot depends on the bartender. The mojito is made with lemons instead of limes, syrup instead of brown sugar, and Sprite. The biggest disappointment was the service. On our first day it was very poor – waiters mixed up orders or simply forgot our orders. After we complained, we received an apology and things improved noticeably. We eventually found a waiter in the main restaurant who was efficient, attentive, and provided excellent service. However, in general, the hotel lacks warmth and genuine hospitality. Smiles are rare, and many staff members seem indifferent. At the bars, guests often push in front of others, and the bartenders simply allow it. Overall, the service falls short of what you'd normally expect from a Turkish resort. Finally, most of the guests are Russian. Many are quite loud, often skip queues, and some tend to bend the rules during games and activities organized by the entertainment team. This, of course, is not the hotel's fault, but it does affect the overall atmosphere and may influence some guests' holiday experience. Many staff members also seem to understand Russian better than English.

So far, it’s proving to be the perfect choice!📍 From the moment we arrived, everything has been outstanding:Fast transfer with an almost private minibus, directly from the airport (thanks to Coral Travel). Ultra-fast check-in – by 11:15 we were already in our room and able to enjoy breakfast.Spacious Comfort Club room, large bathroom, impeccable cleanliness, and a minibar always stocked.Extremely friendly staff – from valet to the guest relations team.🍽 Varied and delicious gastronomy:Turkish, African, Indian, Chinese, and international cuisine.Grills, pancakes, freshly made pasta, burgers, hot dogs, refined desserts, and top-quality baklava.Honeycomb honey, fresh fruit, and plenty of delights for every taste. Fun and relaxation for everyone:Pools for children and adults, including an “Adults Only” area.Water slides, sports fields, daily shows and events.Sandy beach with gentle sea entry and drink service areas right on the beach.💡 Even though the hotel was full, we appreciated the generous space and the fact that we never felt crowded – neither at meals nor at the pools. On my birthday, I was surprised with champagne, fresh fruit, and a handwritten card waiting in our room – such a thoughtful gesture that made the day unforgettable.A heartfelt thank you to the Papillon Belvil team for their kindness, attention to detail, and for turning our holiday into a truly special experience.

We recently stayed at Papillon Belvil Hotel in Belek, and we had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help in any situation. Many of them speak multiple languages, especially Russian, which made communication very easy and comfortable for us. This hotel is perfect for families. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options for children of all ages. What we especially appreciated is that the kids are well looked after—there are dedicated staff members who supervise and engage with them, giving parents the opportunity to relax or take care of their own plans. The hotel offers a wide variety of swimming pools—some heated, some not—so there is something for everyone. The children’s areas are very clean and well maintained, which is extremely important for us as parents. The reception team deserves special praise—they are always polite, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. We had a small issue with our booking through LoveHolidays. Our stay officially started on April 1st, but our flight arrived late at night, and we only reached the hotel at 2 AM on April 2nd, effectively losing one day. The next day, we spoke with the manager, Anton Skrypnyk. He was exceptionally kind, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. We had originally been assigned a bungalow, which didn’t suit us, especially given the poor weather during our first days. We asked if it would be possible to move to a room in the main building for more comfort, especially for our child. Anton handled everything immediately. Within just a couple of hours, we were offered a new room in the main building—spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. His professionalism and care truly made a difference to our stay. The service in this hotel is top-level. The food is absolutely delicious, with a huge variety of options to choose from. Everything is very clean—rooms are cleaned daily, and even the public areas and restrooms are spotless. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. We will definitely return again!

Great hotel for a family 2 + 2.2. Young parents expect entertainment for the the baby. Its all there. Service for the yougnsters is all the time. I Rember especially Ali. Young Sir who for sure Has children. His service was great.
