Outstanding stay, thanks to Chris. Our experience at Pullman Dubai Downtown was excellent, and a huge part of that was because of Chris. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Chris was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind — always checking in on us and making sure everything we needed was handled smoothly. His professionalism and warmth truly elevated our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great, and the overall accommodation exceeded expectations, but it was Chris’s service that made everything feel seamless and personal. Big thanks to Chris for making our stay memorable. This is hospitality done right.

It's our first time in Dubai, we are celebrating a huge birthday milestone. We chose this hotel because of the reviews, but we are very disappointed. We gave 2 stars instead of 1 since Frontline staff (restaurant, front desk, custodial etc) are all great, hardworking and really nice so I wanted to acknowledge that. However this hotel is all about profits 1st and customer satisfaction is an after thought, if any. Our Emirates flight from USA got delayed by 16hrs causing us to arrive a day later. The airline informed us the morning of, plus we are 10 hours behind Dubai time. I immediately reached out to Pullman hotel with screenshot of the flight email asking to modify the reservation to avoid paying for the 1st missed day; they refused because I was 5 hours past the "day before" noon cutoff time. As a penalty for being late I still had to pay the 1st missed night cost ($1571AED) for a room i didn't use. At check in i was given an option of which floor we wanted to be on, which is an indication that the hotel isn't fully booked thus not at a lost for the unused room, i wasn't even assigned to one yet. It was a half board reservation and we checked in close to 1pm (landed 11:30am after a 14.5hr flight), we asked if we can utilize 1 of the meals lost as lunch and still do dinner, we were told no. I understand the hotel has a policy, but it was so brutal that they didn't even care to help when it didn't cost them anything. After we accepted a sad $428USD defeat, they wouldn't even allow us a missed meal that we had already paid for. Regardless of our experience and situation, they only cared about the $$ we bring to them; you are not a human outside your money. I'd highly recommend using American chain hotels instead as customer satisfaction is important as well, and not only the money you bring.

Excellent stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located, with beautiful views and easy access to Downtown attractions. The room was very comfortable, the pool area was great, and everything felt well organized and calm. A special thank you to Ali, who provided outstanding service — professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. His attitude made a real difference and added a personal touch to the experience. I would also like to give special recognition to Santosh for the excelent housekeeping service. The room was impeccably clean, well maintained, and always perfectly prepared. Overall, a high-quality stay with great service. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hotel Downtown Dubai with our family. The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, and extremely comfortable for both adults and kids. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views. A special thanks to Mr. Shone and Mr. Ali — they were exceptionally helpful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Their support truly made our experience smooth and memorable. The staff hospitality, quick service, and overall ambience made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and premium stay in downtown Dubai. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel for 7 nights. I think it was built around 2009, in the room it shows a bit, the windows were a bit thin, and there was some road and construction noise. The room was quite big, it featured anything we needed and some more: comfy bed, big TV, iron, iron board. The hotel is around 25 minutes from the Business Bay Metro station and also 25 minutes from the Mall of Dubai and the fountains, which is a big plus. For those travelling from Europe, there were regular sockets and we did not need an adapter. The hotel had many restaurants to choose from, we tried only one, the Couqley and it was tasty. Also, in close proximitate, there are also some 3 restaurants, we went to Zawaya 3 times 😀. The breakfast was good, there is also a menu on the table from which you can order fresh made food. Overall the breakfast was good, but with a smaller selection for the buffet than in other hotel, the compensate with the fresh food. It was nice that you could have breakfast inside, as well as outside. The pool area was nice, with Burj Khalifa and bay area view. The water was header, so you could swim all day. There are around 30 seats available and it got crowded only after 11 am. The pool bar had good drinks and food as well. There is also a happy-hour on drinks. The hotel features also a gym, which was enough for us in terms of equipment. The overall service was nice, smiling people all around and a nice feeling.
