What a wonderful property and an equally wonderful team! I arrived at the hotel around 4 a.m. for check-in, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The property is plush, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and exceeded all my expectations. Although I stayed only for one night, as a frequent traveler to Dubai, I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. A huge thanks to the entire management and hotel staff — great work, and keep inspiring!

Hotel is fine. Quite a lot of maintenance issues during the stay (room, pool, hotel). Staff are friendly though. Breakfast was fine, if a little repetitive, and there were quite a few flies. The seating area is partly open to a garden that links to the indoor area, so this is to be expected. Stayed for business (booked by my company), but it is not a good place for that purpose. It is a fairly loud hotel, with events at the pool bar and public bars, which means you can hear music most nights. I had a room on the 16th floor facing the street (directly above the pool area). If you are facing the canal it will probably be better. The pool area is small and busy, with a few sunbathing terraces linked via stairs, which are much quieter. They could do with adding shower areas to cool off. Location is decent, with a short walk to the boulevard and easy access to the canal walkway. There is a mosque directly opposite, so Friday prayer time can create a bit of a standstill outside. Best to plan ahead. There is a small Carrefour next to the hotel which is convenient. If you want a reasonablely affordable stay with a full service hotel (if limited) - it is fine. Personally, I will not stay again for a business trip.

We stayed here recently and had a really good experience overall. The place was clean, quiet and felt very comfortable from the moment we entered. I want to especially mention Owais from reception — he was super helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to answering all our questions, he was always polite and patient. Little things like that really make a difference. The location is convenient, and the facilities were exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely consider coming back again. Thanks to the team, and especially Owais, for making the stay smooth and pleasant.

An absolutely perfect stay, everything from the room to the service was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is perfect—close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and other key attractions. The staff were friendly and professional, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended! A special thanks to ''Owais'' at the reception, he was truly outstanding. His professional attitude, warm behavior, and helpful nature made my experience even better. He is a great asset to the hotel team!

My experience at the Pullman Downtown Dubai was above my expectations. The staff were warm, friendly and kind, always ready to cater to my needs and I couldn't ask for a better experience. My room was spacious, elegant, and clean with an amazing viwe. The buffet was out of this world and food was perfect 👌🏿 I cant complain about anything. I will definitely visit again.
