Staying at Raffles Dubai was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are incredibly spacious with a unique style that blends luxury and warmth, making it feel more like a private retreat than a typical hotel. What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. It’s directly connected to Wafi Mall, which is perfect for shopping and dining without even needing transportation. You’re also just a short drive from iconic spots like Dubai Mall and the breathtaking Burj Khalifa, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The service is exceptional—staff are attentive, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Pya at the front desk, who was very supportive and made the experience even more pleasant with her professionalism and kindness. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, are top-tier and add to the overall relaxing experience. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast concept. They’ve changed the way it’s served in a smart and thoughtful way—cold items are available at the buffet for you to pick freely, while hot dishes are freshly prepared and ordered from the menu. This not only ensures better quality and freshness, but also helps reduce food waste, which is a great initiative to see. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai with a great location, excellent service, and a more conscious dining approach, Raffles Dubai is definitely a place I would highly recommend.

An Exceptional Stay — Outstanding Hospitality from Isabela and Her Team. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and level of service were truly exceptional. Isabela and her team went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Isabela, in particular, was incredibly attentive, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made such a difference and created a wonderful feeling of being at home rather than simply staying at a hotel. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I extended my stay multiple times! The entire team was consistently polite, professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made it very difficult to want to check out. The location is equally impressive and gives the property a unique character. It does not feel like just another luxury hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The connection to Wafi Mall is also a fantastic advantage, offering excellent convenience and making it possible to enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment without even needing to leave the property. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its people. Beautiful hotels can be found in many places, but exceptional hospitality and a team that makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for are much harder to find. A very special thank you to Isabela and her entire team for making my stay so memorable. Their dedication, warmth, and outstanding service are the reason I continued extending my stay and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, convenience, and, most importantly, truly exceptional hospitality.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Dubai for three wonderful weeks with our family and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we checked in, the level of service was exceptional and every member of staff went out of their way to make our extended stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were immaculate throughout our stay elegantly designed with stunning views and the attention to detail in housekeeping, dining and concierge services was outstanding. A special mention must go to Mohammed from housekeeping who we had the pleasure of meeting almost every single day during our stay. His dedication, warmth and genuine care made a real difference to our experience. Overall our stay at Raffles Dubai exceeded all expectations and the entire team's commitment to genuine hospitality shone through every interaction. We left feeling not just like guests but like part of the Raffles family. We wholeheartedly recommend Raffles Dubai to anyone seeking a luxurious, comfortable and truly memorable stay, and we look forward to returning soon.

Actual rateing is 4,6 but i cant put that. Overall is very good. Room (Club Room) vith view, atmosphere, staff, food. Afternoon Tea is very good. Breakfast is good. I would like to thank Karl, she made best morning smoothie i ever got. Happy Hours i just wish they didnt overcook my salmon. View from room was beautiful, also room decoration. There is also sound from street a little, so it could be quieter (for sleep) Overall its very strong luxorious city hotel in Dubai, no doubt.

We booked Raffles Dubai through Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) and had an excellent stay. The location is very convenient—close to both Dubai International Airport and Dubai Mall. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and professional. We had dinner at Solo Italian Restaurant, and the food was delicious and very authentic. Unfortunately, we had an early flight and couldn’t experience their famous buffet breakfast. We asked if they could prepare something to take away, and the team went above and beyond. At 5:00 AM, they had an impressive breakfast packed for us with a wonderful variety of breads, pastries, cheeses, jams, and coffee. It was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect example of the service at Raffles. I genuinely cannot think of a single negative about our stay. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, excellent food, and exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely stay here again.
