We had dinner yesterday at Raffles Dubai, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every dish reflected great quality and attention to detail. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, making our evening even more special. A special thank you to Nirmal from room service for his prompt and courteous assistance. His professionalism and warm attitude were highly appreciated. We would also like to sincerely thank Sair, our waiter at Solo, for his exceptional service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the dinner. A big appreciation to Chef Rahul, the live station chef, for preparing such amazing dishes with perfection. Watching the food being prepared live added a special touch to the dining experience. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We look forward to visiting again soon❤️

Our stay at Raffles was truly amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very clean. Our room on the 12th floor had a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa, which made our experience even more special. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help in any situation. We especially appreciated the excellent service provided by Yousuf Patwamy from room service, who took great care of our room twice a day. Thanks to his attention to detail, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our stay in perfect comfort and cleanliness. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and we look forward to coming back again.

The whole experience at Raffles was excellent. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. The standard of the accommodation was superb. The cleaning staff made sure the rooms were kept exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the executive lounge with the selection of food and drinks on offer. My only observation is that is strange that men are not allowed to wear shorts in the lounge at night. I understand standards should be maintained, but it would make sense for men to be able to wear smart shorts. Overall, we really happy with our visit at Raffles which is a fantastic place to stay in Dubai.

We had a wonderful experience at Raffles! We found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful! I happened to be at the room twice when Housekeeping came by. I had a fun experience visiting with very happy, positive men that did a great job. Imran from India & Mohamed from Egypt & his team were fantastic! Purvesh kept us well stocked with water, fresh fruit and cheerfulness! The staff at breakfast were great! Because of flight cancellations and changes I had multiple opportunities to interact with the front desk. Purity from Kenya is an Allstar! What a bright light she emanates with her beautiful smile! Thank you and your staff for a great stay!

We visited for Suhoor and had such an unforgettable evening. Dining outdoors under the stars, surrounded by warm lights, created a truly special and cozy atmosphere. The live music added the perfect touch and made the night feel even more magical. The food was outstanding — everything tasted fresh and high quality. The salmon was perfectly fresh, the meat was incredibly tender, and the selection of appetizers offered something for everyone. The large dessert buffet was definitely a highlight with so many delicious options to choose from. They also serve shisha, which made the whole experience even more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful night with great food, great ambiance, and great vibes. Would absolutely come back again!
