We had a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Cleanliness was very good. Though it is considered a small resort but it was exactly what we were looking for. I want to mention in specific Mehmet Köse / Tui Magic Beldibi, who did his best and was very helpful to assist us when we had an issue with our booking! My only concern was the food and its variety, we almost had the same food during our stay. Entertainment and activities were quite fun. Will go back for sure

From the moment we arrived, the reception and welcoming staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome, and the service throughout our stay was great. A special mention to the entertainment team as well. They made a real effort to interact with guests, get to know people and create a friendly atmosphere around the resort. We were staying for our honeymoon, and we have to give a very special thank you to Merve and Mehmet. They went above and beyond to make our special occasion even more memorable by offering us a complimentary upgrade to Rixos Premium Belek. We had an amazing vacation, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible team at the hotel. A special thank you to Mehmet Köze , who took full responsibility from the very beginning and handled everything with exceptional professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and that we enjoyed exactly the kind of vacation we were hoping for. His dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made all the difference. We would also like to thank Nazli and Sophie, whose kindness and warm hospitality stayed with us until the very end of our trip. They were always smiling, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The entire team was cooperative, attentive, and committed to making our stay memorable. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel. It is absolutely not worth the price. The food selection is on par with a 3-star hotel; don't even get me started on the fish and seafood options—even if you managed to spot salmon or shrimp, they wouldn't cook any more after serving about 30 portions, so by 7:40 PM, only the most basic fish remained. The same went for the beef; half the food stations were simply empty. The evening entertainment was appalling; the Friday karaoke—featuring terrible singing—was a bad enough idea (especially compared to the shows at the Titanic), but the other nights were shocking—the performances were put on by the hotel's animation team and resembled a high school talent show. The hotel is absolutely not worth the price; last year, we had an experience ten times better for 1,000 than we did here for 1,700. It is absolutely not worth the price—I wouldn't recommend it even for 800. I will never go to Rixos again; it was a huge disappointment.

Very good vacation. We enjoyed the hotel and its surroundings. Service is great. Very friendly personel. The area and the rooms are always perfectly clean. The garden is so beautiful and it's enjoyable to walk the area specially at night when the lights are on and it's so romantic. In the morning we loved swimming with the lovely yoga music which was done right next to the pool. The adult only concept is great. Also a lot of sport activities. It was a perfect and peaceful holliday. We would like to specially thank Sana from guest relations. She helped us in every way during our stay and made it better in so many ways.
