Despite a few initial hiccups at the beginning of our stay, the overall response from the team was overwhelming in the best possible way. Any concerns were handled quickly and with genuine care, and several members of staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and looked after. The room service was wonderful, and the minibar refills were always generous and thoughtfully handled. Dining was a real highlight — both the Asia and Italia à la carte restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and lovely service each time. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. As a British-American couple, we travel quite a bit, and this place genuinely stands out. We will truly miss it and hope to return again soon.

The taste of the food was absolutely perfect, and the presentation was just as impressive. I truly loved the hotel’s atmosphere and the beautiful landscape, it created such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The tennis courts were perfect as well, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again.

I am visiting from the United States, and I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent—very clean, well-organized, and sophisticated. The level of service exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Deniz E, Guest Relations Agent, for his outstanding support. He went above and beyond to help arrange our transportation to the airport and kindly provided us with a complimentary late check-out. This meant a lot to us, especially since my mother is 85 years old and needed a comfortable place to rest before our evening flight. Deniz’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service.

If you are planning a trip to the Rixos Premium Belek and are facing budget limitations, there is no need to worry about your room selection. Even the forest-view rooms offer a partial sea view, and you can also see the sea from the corner of the balcony. The standard rooms at Rixos Premium Belek are so spacious and large that you will never feel cramped or uncomfortable during your holiday. The size of the beds, work desk, furniture, and the room lighting have all been carefully designed. The layout and functionality of the bathroom and toilet facilities have been planned so thoughtfully that using them throughout your stay will be convenient and pleasant. During your holiday at the Rixos Premium Belek in Antalya, two locations inside the hotel have been arranged for coffee lovers. There is a Starbucks café on the lower floor at the hotel’s beach exit, where you can enjoy the full range of beverages typically available at Starbucks. There is also another café in the hotel garden facing the beach called Godiva Café. In this café, in addition to serving a variety of coffee and tea, assorted pastries, cakes, and ice cream are offered free of charge to guests. The wide selection of cakes and pastries can create delightful moments for you.

We stayed at the Rixos in mid-October 2025 and had a wonderful time there. The biggest asset of the hotel is, without a doubt, the staff. The waiters in the restaurants and at the pool were always very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed at any point in time. Our WhatsApp assistants handled every request within minutes. Special thanks to Leyla, who regularly went the extra mile to make sure we had the most comfortable stay. We stayed in the Legendary Suites, and frankly, the rooms would benefit from some renovation. But housekeeping made heroic efforts to keep everything spotlessly clean, so I couldn't find anything substantial to complain about :) Another special thanks goes to the Sports Club staff. They were the reason I could still fit into my clothes after a week of all-inclusive meals :) Fantastic choice of classes — I especially liked CrossFit with Büşra: very nice vibe and great workouts. The Kids Club has a variety of activities too. Our kids would spend half of the day there and the other half in the huge heated swimming pool — another jewel of this hotel. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed a truly relaxing holiday.
