We’ve stayed at many hotels in Türkiye, but Rixos Premium Belek is by far our favourite! We’re here with our five-month-old baby and feel incredibly welcome. The spacious grounds, excellent cleanliness, beautiful beach, fantastic food and friendly staff make it a wonderful place for families. A very special thank you to Mukhlisa and Aida! They’ve looked after us with genuine warmth, attention and dedication. Whether we had a question or needed help, they took our concerns seriously and made every effort to find a solution. This kind of personal service makes all the difference! We hope the hotel management recognises these two wonderful team members — they are a real credit to Rixos. We’ve found our go-to hotel in Türkiye and will definitely be back in 2027! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Belek and was truly impressed by the quality of everything, from the food and the room to the overall service. The food was excellent, with a great variety and every detail carefully prepared. My room was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional — attentive, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. Everything felt very high-quality and well-organized, with great attention to detail. You can really feel the care and effort put into every aspect of the guest experience. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Superb hotel, great facilities for children and adults alike. The rooms are great, and the gym is great too. The most exceptional thing though is the food - for an all inclusive it is such good quality and caters to vegetarians and allergy really well too. The best feature is their WhatsApp group for support throughout your stay - faultless service I must say. Thank you!

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was genuinely impressed by the significant improvements in both the services and overall guest experience. Everything was well organized, smooth, and enjoyable. One of the best enhancements I noticed was the introduction of the hotel mobile application, especially its AI-powered features, which made communication, requests, and accessing services much more convenient and efficient. Another outstanding improvement was the Personal Assistant service. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Nabila, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She was professional, attentive, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. Her dedication, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and continuous improvements. I look forward to visiting again.
