Absolutely amazing place. My wife and I got a free upgrade of our room thanks to the great staff. Delicious food, high quality products and so much variety. Pools are amazing, so sad I couldnt rent a villa because they're under construction still, but will be coming this Summer again to try them. Thanks to the super waiter from the 24/7 restaurant that kept serving me burgers at 4am. You are the real boss. Would recommend 1000%.

I stayed at Rixos Premium Tekirova some time ago, but it’s one of those places that left a genuinely good impression. The resort is beautifully located, surrounded by nature, with that calm-but-luxurious vibe that lets you fully switch your brain off (which is honestly priceless). What really stood out was the overall quality and atmosphere - everything felt well-organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. The grounds were spacious and green, the facilities were impressive, and it never felt chaotic or overcrowded despite being a large resort. It struck a great balance between relaxation and entertainment. Service was professional and attentive, food options were varied and well presented, and the general level of comfort was exactly what you’d expect from a premium resort. It’s the kind of place where you don’t need to worry about anything - you just show up, relax, eat well, and enjoy yourself. Even years later, I remember it as a place I’d happily return to and would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free holiday in Turkey.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not at the Level of the Rixos Brand Our recent stay at Rixos Tekirova was a huge disappointment and far below the standards we associate with the Rixos name. Having previously stayed at Rixos Belek, the difference in quality between the two properties is significant and very concerning. From the moment we arrived, the issues were evident. The main pool was completely empty, the beach had no available sunbeds, and large areas of the property appeared to be under construction. Green construction barriers surrounded multiple sections of the hotel, significantly affecting the overall atmosphere and guest experience. I will attach photos to illustrate these concerns. Cleanliness and maintenance were also problematic. We observed rolled towels placed in hallways under visible water leaks and stains. The flowers displayed in lobby vases were clearly old and wilted, some appearing to be at least two weeks old. Throughout the hotel, glasses, cutlery, plates, and even seating frequently showed stains or signs of insufficient cleaning. The food experience was particularly disappointing. The main restaurant offered a very small selection with repetitive menus and noticeably lower quality compared to Rixos Belek. The difference in variety and presentation is substantial — it does not offer even a fraction of the assortment available at Rixos Belek. Most of the à la carte restaurants were closed, with only “The Mermaid” operating during our stay, further limiting dining options. Additionally, the presence of numerous cats roaming freely around the dining areas was concerning. At times, they nearly jumped onto tables, and no staff intervention was observed. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the heated pool was functional, although even this could have been slightly warmer. Overall, this hotel does not reflect the standards expected from a property carrying the Rixos name. Based on our experience, it does not deserve to be positioned at the same level as other hotels in the chain.

The hotel, staff, and food are great. However, at the moment it feels like one large construction site. We spent the last six days at Rixos Premium Tekirova, and unfortunately the noise was unbearable, including on several nights. I am attaching videos. The noise was extremely disturbing in the kids’ zone (pneumatic hammers throughout the week), in our room (even with the doors closed), and at the beach (excavators operating every day from early morning until evening) — it was not relaxing at all. I am especially disappointed because two weeks before our arrival I contacted the hotel to ask about any potential disturbances and was assured there would be none (apart from the closure of the original kids’ club, which we accepted). I would never have chosen this hotel had I known the level of noise.

Excellent service and wonderful staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: My stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers a high level of service. I would especially like to thank Mevlud at the reception, who was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Also, Betul Yanik, the waitress, was amazing very friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!
