What could have been a difficult holiday turned into a testament to what genuine hospitality means. Our child fell ill mid-stay and the team responded in the best possible way - arranging a doctor and clinic appointment including transfer, taking care of our specific needs, and keeping us in close contact via WhatsApp throughout. The guest relationship team in particular was always reachable, always helpful, and never made us feel like a burden. The facilities are excellent, but what truly elevates the experience is the people behind it and that is exactly what separates a very good hotel from a truly premium one. Beyond that, the hotel delivers on all fronts. Impressive food variety, a well-designed kids club, and a wide range of sports activities including outdoor courses with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea. Offering Starbucks on site is a nice touch, and the location facing the Mediterranean with the mountains behind is simply stunning. We would have wished for a bit more flexibility around restaurant reservations but this is a minor point in an otherwise seamless experience. Overall a strong recommendation, especially for families!

Absolutely amazing place. My wife and I got a free upgrade of our room thanks to the great staff. Delicious food, high quality products and so much variety. Pools are amazing, so sad I couldnt rent a villa because they're under construction still, but will be coming this Summer again to try them. Thanks to the super waiter from the 24/7 restaurant that kept serving me burgers at 4am. You are the real boss. Would recommend 1000%.

Absolutely a must go, price/quality is very good. The rooms, food, beds, serving people, gardens and beach is amazing. Never felt so relaxed. The 3 buffets are so good, also for vegetarian. The bars have good quality of drinks, all real known brands. There is a place which serves Starbucks drinks, 2 ice cream places and a pastry shop with good coffee and lovely pastry, cakes and other sweets. The beach has many beds with all parasols each 2 beds. Good quality matrasses on the beds. Bedroom is fully equipped with everything you want and our room was amazing quiet, no sound from outside. Beds and pillows great. Fridge with drinks. The view from balcony on the mountains was lovely. A big 5 stars for this one!

I would like to share my appreciation for the excellent experience during our stay at Rixos Premium Tekirova. Overall, the service quality exceeded expectations. The staff were consistently supportive, attentive, and professional. Housekeeping maintained the suite to a high standard, and both beach and pool services were well managed despite the seasonal adjustments. A special thank you to Ms. Merve Cetin (guest relation) Mr. Serdar (Front line officer) for their proactive support prior to our arrival. Their assistance in arranging the right room for my family, along with the sea view upgrade, made a meaningful difference to our experience. The Rixie Kids Club was outstanding and added great value to our stay, offering a well-organized and enjoyable environment for children. As a minor and constructive note, while breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner options leaned more toward Western/European cuisine. A broader selection of authentic Turkish dishes would further enhance the overall dining experience, especially for guests seeking local flavors. Overall, it was a very positive stay, and I truly appreciate the team’s effort and hospitality

We stayed at this resort for a week. They kindly upgraded us to a suite, which we had not booked, this was a nice gesture. However, the suite did not have the view we originally wanted. We had booked a deluxe room with a sea view, which overlooks the resort and pool with the sea at the end. Although the suite was larger, the view was not as beautiful. That said, we didn’t mind too much and continued our stay. Overall, the staff were friendly, except for an incident I experienced on Sunday which ruined my evening (5th April) during dinner time. Dinner hours are very busy, and we could not find a table. Eventually, we sat at a used table where dirty glasses were still left. I approached a staff member (photo attached) and politely asked if he could provide cutlery and clean the table. He responded aggressively in Turkish to his colleague and then said to me, “I am not Superman…” before adding that he would come shortly. I was quite shocked, especially as other guests were watching. It felt disrespectful, and honestly, I believe he might not have behaved that way if I were white. He never returned, so we had to collect cutlery ourselves. When we had almost finished eating, he came back to clear the glasses and casually asked if everything was okay. Regarding the buffet, the food was quite repetitive. Most dishes were similar each day, with bland flavours and little variety. Many items, such as the meatballs, were a mix of lamb and beef. As we do not eat beef, this limited our options significantly. During our 14 meals, we only had lamb roast once; otherwise, the menu remained largely the same. This was not what we expected when visiting Turkey. On a positive note, the pool temperature and gym facilities were good. However, the available games and activities were limited and often fully occupied. Overall, I would rate this resort as a 4-star rather than a 5-star experience.
