Had an amazing stay at Central Royal Palm, Palm Jumeirah! The hotel offers breathtaking views of Jumeirah Beach and the Palm, making every moment special. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The gym, swimming pool, and private beach access were excellent and added so much to the overall experience. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A special thanks to Sheila, Dilip, and Ruby for their warm welcome, professionalism, and exceptional service throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend Central Royal Palm for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with fantastic facilities, stunning views, and truly welcoming staff!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Royal Central Hotel The Palm and created some beautiful family memories. We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff made it truly special by surprising her with a complimentary birthday cake and singing Happy Birthday. Seeing the smile on her face was priceless, and it turned a great day into an unforgettable one. The facilities are excellent—the pool, private beach, food, and overall ambiance were fantastic. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A big thank you to the entire team for making our daughter’s birthday so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Dubai, and we look forward to visiting again! 😊🎂🏖️🏨

Amazing hotel with superb views on the palm..front office is verry welcoming. Sangita was kind enough to upgrade me and always responsive to client request. Vijay abd nesrine also assisted me in moving to high floor room for photoshoting of the panoramique views of the palm. Food is superb, La maison restaurant deserves 1 star Michelin..the food is really very tasty of high quality..roasted lamb was the best i have ever tasted thanks to chef Imran. Service in the restaurant is very high and welcoming. Shila is very professional and makes you feel at home..always smiling and welcoming. Rosely also supervise everything for a great experience

This is one of the most balanced hotels I’ve ever visited. Pros: · Staff: Incredibly professional and client-oriented—the biggest highlight. · Food: Outstanding quality and range (one of the best I’ve seen). Desserts could be slightly better, but still excellent. · Housekeeping: Full daily cleaning with towel/bed changes—not a given everywhere. · Beach: Solid beach zone. · Atmosphere: Calm and quiet, no loud music or parties (may be a con for some). · Size: Cozy and perfectly scaled—not too big, not too small. · Gym: Solid and well-equipped. Cons: · Pool area: Quite small, with dangerous fountain zones where it’s easy to trip and get injured. This space should be reconsidered. · Packages: The breakfast-dinner package should include coffee and desserts beyond breakfast. Spa is excluded, making you feel like every move costs extra. · Rooms: Minor technical issues (e.g., blinking backlight) in some rooms. Verdict: Highly recommended for a calm, high-quality weekend or vacation.

I was extremely disappointed from the moment I arrived. First of all, this property should not be marketed as a resort. It is simply a crowded hotel and does not offer the resort experience we were looking for, especially for families with children. When we entered our room, the bathroom was not clean, and the balcony was also poorly maintained. This immediately set a negative tone for our stay. We then went to the pool, which was so overcrowded that there was barely any space to swim. It seemed there was a promotion or special offer running that brought in far more guests than the facilities could comfortably accommodate, making the experience very unpleasant. Unfortunately, it got worse at the beach. While we were there, people were stung by jellyfish. There were no visible warning flags, safety notices, or lifeguards advising guests about the conditions. This was very concerning from a safety perspective. We spent a significant amount of money on this stay expecting a relaxing resort experience, but left feeling frustrated and disappointed. For the same budget, we could have stayed at a proper resort and genuinely enjoyed our time. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and unfortunately not one I would recommend.
