This is one of the most balanced hotels I’ve ever visited. Pros: · Staff: Incredibly professional and client-oriented—the biggest highlight. · Food: Outstanding quality and range (one of the best I’ve seen). Desserts could be slightly better, but still excellent. · Housekeeping: Full daily cleaning with towel/bed changes—not a given everywhere. · Beach: Solid beach zone. · Atmosphere: Calm and quiet, no loud music or parties (may be a con for some). · Size: Cozy and perfectly scaled—not too big, not too small. · Gym: Solid and well-equipped. Cons: · Pool area: Quite small, with dangerous fountain zones where it’s easy to trip and get injured. This space should be reconsidered. · Packages: The breakfast-dinner package should include coffee and desserts beyond breakfast. Spa is excluded, making you feel like every move costs extra. · Rooms: Minor technical issues (e.g., blinking backlight) in some rooms. Verdict: Highly recommended for a calm, high-quality weekend or vacation.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Mr. Kishore Kotain, the F&B Manager, and his entire team. The rooms offered a beautiful sea view, and the breakfast and overall food were excellent. The service was outstanding — professional, warm, and truly welcoming. Their hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Keep up the excellent work — highly recommended!

We stayed 6 nights at this hotel and would definitely come back. What makes this hotel so good can be described in one word: the staff (okay that is 2 words). The staff is simply outstanding, very service oriented and genuinely helpful, without exception the cleaners, pool staff, waiters, manager, concierge and more! Everyone is always ready to help and go the extra mile. What we also saw is the staff is eager to help each other out and they visibly have a very nice work culture. We did not regret half board as all nearby restaurants are part of hotels. The beaches in front is amazing and water temp in January was very nice. All in all, a 5 star experience!

The stay was genuinely enjoyable and very easy from the beginning. The hotel has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it simple to relax, especially with the beach just steps away. The location on the Palm is ideal if you’re looking for something peaceful while still being close enough to main attractions. What stood out most was the staff. They were consistently friendly, approachable, and attentive without being overbearing. Small details, like being greeted throughout the day and quick responses to any request, made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and cleaned thoroughly, which added to the overall sense of comfort. The pool and beach areas were great spots to spend the day, with enough space to unwind and a pleasant vibe. Breakfast was well organized and enjoyable, making mornings relaxed instead of rushed. It’s a place that feels easy to enjoy, with good service and a laid-back feel. I left feeling refreshed and would gladly return.

We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, nestled in a quiet part of the Palm Jumeirah, you can truly relax and take in the stunning views and beautiful beach, yet you’re only a short drive from Marina Walk and other popular attractions. The beach itself is fantastic, with a lively bar serving delicious smoothies, a DJ playing great beach music, and plenty of watersport options right on site. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Parking was available on-site, which made everything convenient. Overall, this was the perfect getaway, and I will definitely be returning!
