An exceptional stay — I will definitely return Our experience at Royal Hideaway Corales Villas was exceptional. From arrival to departure, the service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel has its own parking with valet service, and there are also plenty of free parking options nearby. We stayed in a swim-up room with a sea view, which was the highlight of our stay. The terrace was beautiful, and having direct access to the pool made the experience even more special. Room service was also excellent. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both à la carte options and an extensive buffet. Everything tasted fresh, and there was plenty to choose from. The gym was very well equipped and well ventilated, with everything you need for a good workout. A trainer was also available for personalised sessions. The team made my birthday extra special by surprising us with a cake and cava — such a thoughtful gesture and a lovely memory from our stay. We also dined at Bonfire, where the food was sensational. An excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

We are currently staying at the hotel and are really enjoying our stay! In particular, the pool service by Diego is outstanding, he is very attentive and friendly - preparing our sunbeds in advance, helping us move umbrellas and making sure we have everything we need :) The rooms are spacious and very clean, also the whole facility is in pristine condition and one can really tell that the staff looks after everything in great detail. The staff at the restaurant is also very friendly and helpful, remembering little details like our coffee order, making us feel at home and welcome. We would have preferred if the evening card at the restaurant also included the options that one can have for lunch. We are not big meat/fish eaters, so we would have liked to be able to enjoy a club sandwich or sth similar down at the restaurant. Overall great stay, highly recommend!

A very well managed and maintained complex of villas with swim-through pools. A well equipped gym and main pool. Dining is excellent and the staff are wonderful. The"villas" are spacious with separate shower/toilet/bathroom with double sink, huge television (not that it got much use) and an inside seating area. The poolside seating area has twin sun loungers (nice wood and well cushioned) with steps down into the pool. Definitely a 5* experience.

New resort. Very well groomed. Extremely nice and professional staff from waiters to cleaning ladies. Helpful concierge service (shout out to Miriam). Modern clean design and spacious rooms. Beautiful views. Excellent food. Nice variety of activities on and off site. We particularly enjoyed yoga and fitness with Jose and Lucia and the nearby golf course.

Royal Hideaway Corales Villas is amazing, mostly because the staff here are so incredibly nice and genuinely care about you. Everyone at the pool bar, reception, guest relations and restaurants for breakfast and dinner is just lovely and pays attention to every little detail. The rooms are also great, super spacious and comfy. The team's vibe really showed when I had a small accident and ended up in the hospital; the Guest Relations team kept messaging me to check in and even called the hospital to see how I was doing, which was incredibly sweet. Just a heads up, the location is super quiet and peaceful, so if you are looking for the wild frenzy of Playa de las Américas, this probably isn't the spot for you.
