My stay at the Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. For anyone looking to travel as a couple, or even solo, I highly recommend this hotel. It is an adults-only resort, which creates a calm, peaceful, and very relaxing atmosphere. Without children around, the environment feels elegant, quiet, and incredibly romantic — perfect for resting, disconnecting, and enjoying a beautiful vacation. The beach is absolutely spectacular. The sand is soft and white, the water is crystal clear, and the scenery feels almost unreal. It is honestly one of the most beautiful beaches I have experienced. Another thing that really stands out about this hotel is the exceptional kindness of the staff. The service throughout the property is warm, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that the people working there care about making your stay memorable. During my stay from January 3rd to January 9th, I had the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant, which was excellent. The food and atmosphere were wonderful, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the person who was in charge that night. Unfortunately I do not remember their name, but their professionalism and kindness were absolutely outstanding. In fact, their attitude completely saved my night, because my evening could have easily ended very differently. Their attention and care made a huge difference. I would also like to mention the young man who was serving at SeaSalt during lunchtime, who was incredibly kind and attentive as well. Small moments like that really reflect the spirit of the team at this resort. I also want to highlight the butler service, which added another level of comfort to the experience. The attention, availability, and willingness to help with anything needed truly elevated the stay and made everything feel effortless. Overall, the staff at this hotel are extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional, and that makes a huge difference in the guest experience. I recommend this hotel 100%. It is a wonderful place for relaxation, romance, and enjoying a truly beautiful vacation. Experiences like this are the reason people fall in love with a place, and I truly look forward to returning in the future.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Secrets Maroma to celebrate our anniversary and it was truly an unforgettable vacation. The staff are top notch: friendly, attentive, and eager for you to enjoy your experience - whether room, food, bar, or entertainment. Their level of professionalism is hard to come by these days. Our concierge Angel was fantastic and he helped with all details to make our stay smooth. We also really enjoyed Luis the beach attendant. The food was outstanding. The only slight issue was the noise level in the room. We were on the first floor of building 14 in one of the swim out suites, which meant the room service carts went right past our door to get to the farther buildings - and they go by 24/7. If they could find a solution for quieter room service delivery, it would make the resort perfect in every way possible!

My boyfriend and I came here for our Valentine’s/Anniversary celebration and we loved every minute of our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated so warmly and had a seamless check-in process. The resort grounds and décor are absolutely beautiful — the perfect mix of luxury while still feeling like you’re truly on a beachfront getaway. We upgraded to the Preferred Club and, if you’re foodies like us, I highly recommend it. We had access to the Preferred lounge restaurants for breakfast and lunch, which were both amazing, and the beach restaurant setting was beautiful. You also get a private beach section, which made it feel even more relaxing and exclusive. The service throughout the entire resort was excellent. There were always staff members coming around to take drink and food orders whether we were on the beach or by the pool. The beach itself was a 10/10 — beautifully blue, calm water and barely any seaweed in sight! The food was very good for an all-inclusive resort. The pool area was fun and lively with music and entertainment every day, and there were so many lunch options around the pool — a pizza station, grill with hot dogs and burgers, nachos, quesadillas, and fresh fruit. We were honestly pleasantly surprised by both the quality and the variety. We tried the buffet for lunch once, which had plenty of options and was good. Our favorite was definitely the Preferred breakfast — they brought around fresh pastries, the menu was huge (from healthy omelets to delicious crepes), plus a full smoothie menu. The Preferred lunch was also excellent with lots of choices. The seafood and steakhouse restaurants were both very good as well. The Asian restaurant was amazing — coming from two sushi lovers, the fish tasted very fresh and the egg rolls are a must-try! The Italian restaurant was okay, nothing to write home about, but still enjoyable. The 24/7 coffee shop was such a nice addition! We love coffee and went there a couple times a days for a little pick me up, pastries, or dessert! Overall, we had such a special and memorable trip and would absolutely return :)

An exceptional stay from start to finish. Impeccable service throughout, with a level of attention that truly defines luxury. The food was outstanding — six-star quality, and the beachfront is pure paradise with pristine sand and breathtaking water. The staff were flawless. Felix at the Japanese restaurant was an incredibly entertaining hibachi chef, Andre at Coco Café made our morning coffee a daily highlight, and Isabel from the entertainment team brought great energy and warmth. A special thank-you as well to Fernando at lunch for his outstanding service. We were celebrating our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with a sash on the door and champagne waiting in our room — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more memorable. A resort that delivers luxury in every detail.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional adults-only luxury getaway We stayed for a 3-night getaway over Super Bowl weekend and had a wonderful experience. The resort truly delivers what you’d expect from a five-star luxury property. Because it’s adults-only, we enjoyed a high level of privacy and tranquility. During our stay the resort felt about half capacity, which made everything feel even more relaxed. There were a few small company events happening, but they were unobtrusive and never impacted our experience. The service was outstanding throughout, attentive, warm, and professional. The food exceeded our expectations, especially for an all-inclusive resort, with good variety and quality across the restaurants. What stood out most was the ambience, peace, harmony, and quiet. Exactly what we look for in a couples retreat. If you value privacy, calm surroundings, and thoughtful service, Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is an excellent choice.
