My friend and I recently spent a week (6 nights) at Secrets Royal Beach, and could not have been more pleased with our experience! Our room was comfortable, and had a nice sized balcony and bathroom. Air conditioning worked great (and was much needed after days in the strong sun)! Housekeeping was wonderful, replenishing everything we needed each day (water bottles, towels, etc.) and they even had a turndown service so we got into freshly made beds every night! The food was also very good. We tried each of the restaurants and appreciated how they all had their own unique vibe. We also loved visiting the breakfast buffet and Coco's cafe every day (the coffee is spectacular). There are two pools, one larger (with music playing) and one smaller (and quieter). We spent time at both, and didn't have a problem snagging a chair in the mornings. There was no shortage of food and drinks available during the day, between the poolside bars, different themed buffets and the beachside grill (burgers, hot dogs, fries, salads, etc.) We didn't spend a ton of time at the beach, but loved how it was so easily accessible. Also loved how the resort was flat (no hills or stairs) and easy to navigate. The casino is quite small but still worth visiting. Everyone we met, from our fellow guests to the staff, were super friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to the entertainment team - they had so much energy and kept the vibes high, whether by the pool during the day or at the evening parties! Overall, we loved our experience at Secrets Royal Beach and found it to be an excellent value for the price. Highly recommend if you're considering booking!

We just had an amazing week with 14 of our friends. The service is impeccable. Warnes was butler and made our experience the best. From Coordinating dinner reservations for us all to coming back to rose pedals and a hot tub ready with roses sprinkled everywhere. He was so kind and we appreciate him so much . Fany Luz around the preferred club pool at Drifters was the best. She is always happy and her personality just radiates joy. Rosa was also wonderful with a smile on her face and great service. She took such great care of us 5 stars plus for Warnes, Fany Luz and Rosa.

We had an amazing holiday celebrating my 50th birthday January 2026. This is truly a stunning adults-only resort, with wonderful, tasty food and excellent à la carte restaurants throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made our stay feel warm, welcoming, and incredibly special. They went above and beyond for our group, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms were beautiful, immaculately clean, and maintained to a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, drinks, and the convenience of room service available at any time of day. The excursions arranged by the resort were highly recommended and well organised. The entertainment, both within the resort and on the beach, was always enjoyable. Relaxing by the clear pools and in the Bali beds was a real treat. I am especially grateful to have been looked after by some truly amazing chefs, managers, and front-of-house staff. A special thank you to Victor and his team at the wonderful Ocean Grill restaurant — the service was impeccable, and they really made my 50th birthday celebrations feel extra special. Front-of-house staff member Reyes was also fantastic; always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring, ensuring we were well looked after at all times. Thank you, Reyes, for your generosity and hospitality.

Such a beautiful resort and AMAZING staff. They are so kind and accommodating. Shout out to Ruben at the beach bar. He always made sure we were taken care of and very kind. We really enjoyed the entertainment team staff including CoCo Chanel and Junior. Denise in Coco Cafe, Christopher at beach food area, and Angel at pool bar were great too! Irving, our butler, always made sure we were good. This resort is so well taken care of and pretty. I can’t say enough good things. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! Every single staff interaction we had was positive. The food was actually quite good for an all-inclusive resort we loved the breakfast spread, and the lunch buffet. The rooms were tidy, comfortable, and very spacious. The beach itself was stunning and the pool area was clean and always had fun activities going on. We played bingo, tennis, volleyball, had impromptu Spanish lessons, and celebrated my birthday in style on the beach.
