Secrets Royal Beach in Punta Cana was the perfect location for our honeymoon and first experience at an all inclusive resort! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness and hospitality, and we have yet to encounter an employee without a smile or friendly hello! We upgraded to the Preferred Club and got a room with a private pool, and it was well worth it! One of the staff, Super D, checked in with us every morning and came by during the day to personally see us and check if we needed anything. She gave us a special breakfast in bed the first night we were there, provided a complimentary bottle of wine, and decorated the room with rose petals. She was incredible! The pools were beautiful, and we never had an issue finding chairs, except in the afternoon. Angel at the main pool was so friendly and always welcomed us when he saw us each day! He brought us drinks without us asking and made the trip that much more memorable! We’re so glad we met him! The food was also good, and there were lots of options. We would definitely come back!

This was my first experience at an all inclusive resort and it sure did not disappoint!! When we arrived we decided to upgrade to preferred members which was absolutely the correct choice. We gained all the preferred amenities (lazy river, preferred bars/lounge, etc.) and had the most wonderful experience with our butler, Eddy. Eddy helped arrange all reservations we wanted to make and was available through text for all questions we had. He was wonderful and helped enhance our experience even further. Our preferred room upgrade was very nice and included a king bed, double vanity, and balcony jacuzzi. The resort itself is beautiful and very clean. Everyone who represents secrets always had a smile on their face. The dining experience was beyond what we expected and the food was delicious. One of my favorite parts of the trip was spending my days at the preferred pool and the staff at Manatees swim up bar. Benjamin, Margahrita, Junior, and all other staff were exceptional. They were so quick to remember your face and what you like to drink and were so friendly. They made the decision to spend our days there very easy. One of the best parts was being so close to the preferred beach right behind the bar which also included the same staff. We will definitely be back to Secrets Royal Beach and I officially have a vacation hangover!

I usually do not write reviews. However, my experience at Secrets Punta Cana was so exquisite, I wanted to tell others. I was worried because this was our first time in Dominican Republic and many people have told me that they didn’t enjoy their resort. In my opinion, the food was excellent with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere on the resort is great with a variety of shows and events throughout the day. But by far, the best part is the service. Everyone is so welcoming from check-in until the time you depart. My wife and I wanted a relaxing trip, so we didn’t leave the resort for excursions. We simply relaxed at the pool, enjoyed all the meals they offered, and then went to the shows. We made it a point to sit in the same section every night at the Showtime Bar to see the waitress Maria. She took care of our every need and was willing to make little tweaks to my picky drink order. My wife and I are learning Spanish and she was very patient with us as we practiced, taught us new words/phrases, and taught us about the culture which is very important to us. I cannot express enough how much she enhanced our trip experience.

Loved every second of my stay! Felix was our go to person for everything we needed and he sent information on what to do for the day. He also physically came to check on us as well. My favorite people were at the swim up bar in the preferred area. Vincente and Sebastian made every day SO MUCH FUN. The drinks were delicious every time. The resort itself is beautiful! The buffet is good for breakfast! Omelette station 10/10. The hibachi was good too. The ocean Grill had some of the best steak I’ve had in a while. The Oceana restaurant that’s open to preferred members for lunch was delicious. Highly recommend this resort I had such a great time! Shout out again to Vincente 💜💜💜💜💜

This will be long winded but I can not express how much we loved staying here! From the minute we walked in we were treated with such hospitality everyone from the front desk ,the spa, bar , restaurants, cafe, the entertainment staff even to the room service was so kind helpful and welcoming. We came here on our honeymoon so there’s alot of pressure to make the trip worth it . We stayed in a room with a private pool everything was so clean and comfortable they brought us gifts and treated us so nicely! The shows I would highly recommend the staff goes out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time ! after our experience we decided we will be coming back! I can’t say enough good things about every single person who works so hard at secrets . I don’t know that they read these reviews but in any event thank you once again for making our honeymoon such a special trip ! 💕
