One of the absolute highlights of our stay at Secrets The Vine Cancun was the Chef's Table experience inside Dragons Restaurant. The private setting, limited to only 10 guests, made the evening feel truly special and intimate. As a couple, we were fortunate to enjoy Chef Isidro Arias' incredible 7-course tasting menu, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. The level of skill, creativity, and complexity behind each plate was remarkable. Every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully crafted, and absolutely delicious. You can immediately see the passion and talent Chef Isidro brings to his work. This was much more than a dinner, it was a culinary experience that we will remember for a long time. We wish Chef Isidro Arias continued success in the years ahead and sincerely hope to see him earn a Michelin Star one day. His talent and dedication certainly deserve that recognition. A special thank you as well to Bruce, our private butler. He was genuinely kind, attentive, and always focused on the smallest details to make our stay perfect. His outstanding service made our vacation even more enjoyable. A great experience from start to finish.

Ruben, who greeted us at the very beginning of our stay, was nothing less than outstanding and consummately professional — his warmth and attentiveness set an exquisite tone for the entire vacation, and it was evident that genuine care for guests is woven into the culture of this resort. Our personal butler, Sebastian, elevated our experience beyond anything we could have anticipated. He went above and beyond at every conceivable opportunity, anticipating our needs before we even voiced them and ensuring every detail of our stay was seamless, luxurious, and deeply memorable. His thoughtfulness transformed an already beautiful trip into something truly extraordinary. I also have to give a heartfelt and enthusiastic mention to Ceaser , our waiter, whose service bordered on magical. On more than one occasion, he had my mojito perfectly prepared and waiting for me before I had even settled into my seat — an almost uncanny level of attentiveness that left us thoroughly impressed and grateful. I couldn't let our vacation end without giving a massive shoutout to Juan. He is by far the best beach server on the property!Despite the heat and how incredibly busy the beach gets, Juan was everywhere at once with a massive smile on his face. He is unbelievably hardworking, courteous, and genuinely cares about making sure you have the perfect day by the ocean. He constantly checked in on us to make sure our drinks were full and kept us laughing with his great sense of humor. Guests often say that "the people make the resort," and Juan is a prime example of that. He provided top-notch service and made us feel so incredibly taken care of. If you are lucky enough to be on the beach and have Juan serving you, you are in for a treat. Thank you, Juan, for making our trip so special!

Secrets The Vine Cancun exceeded our expectations. The service alone deserves more than 5 stars — easily 100/10. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout our entire stay. The beach views were absolutely beautiful — waking up to that ocean view every day was one of the best parts of the trip. The food was also very good, I’d rate it about an 8.5/10, with plenty of options and consistent quality across the restaurants. I’m honestly not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews, but this resort was absolutely worth it. The level of service and overall experience made it unforgettable. We would definitely come back!

One of the best resorts in Cancun’s Hotel Zone! We had the pleasure of staying here for one week, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Since we were celebrating my birthday, the resort surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade through the Expedia VIP Access perk, which was a wonderful touch. We stayed on the 27th floor, where our butler/concierge, Bruce, provided exceptional service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even sent us a daily schedule of resort events, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was excellent overall, with plenty of great dining options. The only restaurant that didn’t quite meet our expectations was the Italian restaurant, which I’d rate around 7/10. Everything else was fantastic. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I would absolutely rate this resort 10/10. We will definitely be returning!
