We chose to stay at the Shangri-La hotel for our first time in Dubai and this turned out to be the best decision we made. We spent 6 nights here and it was amazing. The location is in the center of Diwntown Dubai. The hotel is gorgeous snd luxurious, the rooms spacious, so clean, with a breathtaking view of Dubai's skyline and the area. Breakfast was tasty and rich with fresh and clean products. The staff are very professional and service oriented. We were always greeted with smiles and they always wanted to help and make sure we have the best time. I travel quite a lot and i never encountered such a service with a genuine will to help This hotel is a must place to stay in my opinion in a mid range budget of all the luxurious hotels in Dubai. I want to give a shout out to Khodarahm who is always smiling and energetic, Johnson and really all of the employees in this amazing hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff delivered warm, personalized service that made me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel’s location on Sheikh Zayed Road is ideal — close to Downtown Dubai, with easy access to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and major business districts. It’s perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and offer breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline — especially the Burj Khalifa-facing rooms, which are simply stunning day and night. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room impeccably clean, and the amenities top-tier, creating a restful and luxurious experience.

Thank you to the whole team for making our honeymoon special. The room it self is large with an amazing view and all the amenities you need. Cleaning staff should be commended for their efforts. The concierge is always at hand to do little things like posting letters. Valet service is friendly and rapid. Check-in was smooth and guided us around the horizon club offering, which was worth every pound. Just being able to relax with snacks post a private swim made it memorable.
