We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, excellent service, and a fantastic location overlooking the beautiful Dubai Creek. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We also loved the breakfast (Basket Bakery i think), which offered Croissants, Danish Pastries, and White Sliced Bread along with jam and butter. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, elegant, and relaxing.

This was by far the best stay I’ve had in Dubai! Even though Sheraton Creek Dubai is one of the oldest hotels in Dubai, the quality, service, and hospitality are truly top-notch. The room was maintained exceptionally well, with excellent housekeeping and daily room cleaning. The breakfast was another highlight, with a huge variety of food from different parts of the world. The chefs and the entire restaurant team were outstanding and friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, the hospitality, service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made this stay truly memorable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Check in - smooth Baggage to room took almost one hour - after multiple phone calls, wrong bag delivered and finally I went to the lobby to collect it. unacceptable at this level. Bonvoy Gold membership - recognised Upgraded - without asking Rooms - Excellent. Good size with creek view and Shk Zyd road skyline. beautiful Bathroom and shower area - exceptional. Pool area + bar staff - extremely good. kudos Breakfast - fantastic. again the staff and service. Super British Pub in the lobby - great place to watch a game and have a drink Much recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Dubai Creek. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They graciously accommodated a late check-out request, which made my travel schedule much more convenient. The room service was excellent—prompt, professional, and consistently high quality. I was especially impressed by the laundry service; my clothes were returned perfectly cleaned and folded as if they were brand new. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and the attention to detail truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Here is why today is my last visit to this hotel: Been in Dubai for 49 years. Been a Marriott-eer for 35 years Been frequenting The Sheraton since I was 8 years old. The experience: 1. The environment has been inhospitable to say the least. When I wanted to take time to place my coffee order, I was treated as someone who is a freeloader - verbatims used by staff: "You are requested to order" "You can't sit for 3 hours and only order coffee" Now, if there was a clear rule in place about minimum charge, then it wasn't made clear and when it did days later (upon my request), it carried a tonality of aggression and defensiveness. 2. In the parking lot today, I was reversing into a parking, a parked car decided in the same moment to leave the parking, risking hitting my car. So I honked. My honk warning was ignored. 2 hours later while working, Mohammed Nofal (apologies for incorrect name spelling) and Immanuel (security manager) came in to make a statement rather than ask a question: Verbatim: "It was reported that you shouted at someone in the parking". Proof? Nothing An accusation rather than a question in an unacceptable tonality? Absolutely. Basically, there was no camera proof that I shouted, which I didn't. This is Dubai, we don't shout at drivers. We honk. This is an awful guest communication issue. As the Marriott, the skills of those who run the place should not just be about making it profitable, but about making rules clear in an inviting and welcoming way - which is no longer the case in this iconic hotel.
