⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Sheraton was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more memorable. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and the team surprised us with beautiful balloons and a delicious birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her day extra special and created memories our family will always cherish. The hotel itself is luxurious, with excellent amenities and everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, and completely stress-free stay. Every detail was well taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy our vacation. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Shafana for making everything run so smoothly. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference in our experience, and we truly appreciate all your efforts. I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure was excellent, and the overall room amenities made the stay extremely enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully maintained, and the bed decoration upon arrival was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The floor was quiet, which added to the comfort and privacy of the stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the cocktails were expertly prepared and truly outstanding. The entertainment facilities and overall services were impressive, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for either business or leisure.

We recently hosted our wedding reception at Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, and overall it was a memorable event with many positives. The banquet team did an excellent job on the event day. The food quality was very good, the service during the function was well organized, and our guests genuinely enjoyed the evening. We received many compliments about the food and the overall experience, and the venue itself was elegant and well maintained. However, the post-event experience was unfortunately disappointing and significantly affected our overall impression. Several benefits included in our wedding package (spa, afternoon tea and Marriott Bonvoy points) required continuous follow-ups through emails, calls and WhatsApp over several weeks. There were repeated delays, missed timelines and a lack of proactive communication. While everything was eventually honored, the process required far more effort than it should have. The redemption experience itself was also underwhelming. The "couple spa package" was limited to a basic one-hour massage, and the "afternoon tea for two" was served at the lobby café with a very simple setup, which did not match the expectations created by the wedding package. More transparency about these inclusions would have helped set the right expectations. I would also recommend that Sheraton issues proper vouchers for such benefits with a reasonable validity period and allows guests to book directly with the relevant department, rather than requiring repeated follow-ups with the events team after the wedding. Overall, I would happily recommend Sheraton Grand as a wedding venue based on the quality of the event itself. The banquet operations, food and venue deserve praise. However, there is definitely room for improvement in the post-event guest experience and communication. If these areas are addressed, the overall experience would easily deserve five stars.

I recently had an excellent F&B experience at Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. A special thanks to Honey, the F&B Manager, for the warm hospitality and smooth coordination, and to Junaid from the Sales team for the continuous support and helpful approach throughout. Their teamwork truly made a difference and ensured the event went perfectly. The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The setup was elegant and well-organized, creating a welcoming and premium atmosphere for the guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the entire team deserves appreciation for delivering such great service. I would highly recommend their F&B services for any gathering or event.

We stayed in this hotel for our short winter vacation and very satisfied with the service and overall. The quality of service is 5/5, food quality is also not anything less. The location is not too far from World Trade Center metro station. The breakfast buffet line was so good, various of choices from international corners, we also got a very kind gesture from Kikan as we always sat on the outdoor area, she remembers our small details very well. Shout out also to Ratna, Md. Shagoor and Amar for the housekeeping part. They always kept our stuff well arranged! Very impressive. Also thanks to Aditya for warm welcome and kind service! The pool upstairs is very nice with the water temperature and they also have this kinda lime shot for a pool day, it was great! The toilets are also clean and they provide the hand cream along with the hand wash. Gym is super nice view but you have to wear sneakers, the machines are also well maintained. We love everyday in our stay here!
