We stayed in this hotel for our short winter vacation and very satisfied with the service and overall. The quality of service is 5/5, food quality is also not anything less. The location is not too far from World Trade Center metro station. The breakfast buffet line was so good, various of choices from international corners, we also got a very kind gesture from Kikan as we always sat on the outdoor area, she remembers our small details very well. Shout out also to Ratna, Md. Shagoor and Amar for the housekeeping part. They always kept our stuff well arranged! Very impressive. Also thanks to Aditya for warm welcome and kind service! The pool upstairs is very nice with the water temperature and they also have this kinda lime shot for a pool day, it was great! The toilets are also clean and they provide the hand cream along with the hand wash. Gym is super nice view but you have to wear sneakers, the machines are also well maintained. We love everyday in our stay here!

The location is incredibly convenient, with a supermarket and pharmacy just a short walk away—making everyday needs effortless. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a level of comfort that makes settling in feel immediate. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the service. The staff are warm, sincere, and impressively attentive; they remember your name and make you feel genuinely welcomed throughout your stay. Breakfast at the Club Lounge is more than sufficient, with a solid selection that sets you up perfectly for the day. And when it’s time to unwind, the pool and spa on the 54th floor are absolutely lovely—relaxing, serene, and offering a great escape above the city. Special thanks to Megha and Brian at the club lounge reception, Gaggan at the club lounge bar, Tristan at the dining room, and Kasseem from concierge. Overall, the Sheraton Grand feels like a true home away from home. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to, thanks to its comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. This is easily my top 5 hotel experiences ever - and I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand to anyone visiting Dubai

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai. The entire staff was friendly, thoughtful, competent, and professional. From pre-arrival to check-in to the stay and checking out, our whole guest experience journey was delightful. This hotel is a standout. Highly recommend!

From the warm and professional welcome by the valet parking and reception teams to the thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, we felt truly valued as guests. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, greeting us warmly and surprising us with a beautifully presented cake—a touch of elegance that made the occasion unforgettable. Breakfast was exquisite, with Kemna from Indonesia providing attentive, graceful service that added a personal and sophisticated touch. The business lounge staff were equally accommodating and friendly, ensuring a seamless and refined experience. I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Dubai and I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, even during moments when some guests were quite demanding. A special and sincere thank you goes to Ms. Jelena Prvulovic and Ms. Assumtha, the managers who handled my complaint regarding a room with a defective marble floor. They reacted quickly, professionally, and with great courtesy, immediately finding a suitable alternative solution. Their approach truly reflects high hospitality standards and genuine care for guests. A huge and well-deserved thank you also goes to Mr. Kassem, the Head of Concierge. I had ordered headphones that were delivered late, after I had already returned to my home country. Mr. Kassem personally took care of the situation and arranged for the shipment, helping me until everything was resolved. His dedication, reliability, and willingness to assist went far beyond expectations. One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding an extra person to the Concierge team, as Mr. Kassem was clearly very busy handling many guest requests at the same time. Overall, a great experience with outstanding staff who truly make the difference. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others. I would also like to compliment the housekeeping team for their excellent cleanliness and attention to detail, which made the room consistently comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay.
