I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Dubai and I would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, even during moments when some guests were quite demanding. A special and sincere thank you goes to Ms. Jelena Prvulovic and Ms. Assumtha, the managers who handled my complaint regarding a room with a defective marble floor. They reacted quickly, professionally, and with great courtesy, immediately finding a suitable alternative solution. Their approach truly reflects high hospitality standards and genuine care for guests. A huge and well-deserved thank you also goes to Mr. Kassem, the Head of Concierge. I had ordered headphones that were delivered late, after I had already returned to my home country. Mr. Kassem personally took care of the situation and arranged for the shipment, helping me until everything was resolved. His dedication, reliability, and willingness to assist went far beyond expectations. One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding an extra person to the Concierge team, as Mr. Kassem was clearly very busy handling many guest requests at the same time. Overall, a great experience with outstanding staff who truly make the difference. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others. I would also like to compliment the housekeeping team for their excellent cleanliness and attention to detail, which made the room consistently comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay.

We've stayed in Marriott hotels for over 100 nights and 3 years..but this hotel and its service is EXCEPTIONAL! First of all, the customer service is beyond highest level - each staff member remembers your name, is so polite, always smilling and so communicative. Because of that we really felt every time like we are returning to home, not just a room in the hotel. Each staff member treats you very individually and is so attentive, remembers your food and drinks preferencies, takes initiatives to recommend something special from the menu. Special thanks for Joanna, Tristan, Sajani, Elia, Sajiid, Jyotti from both restaurant and lounge club for taking care of us during our stay. What and incredible and professional team! Special thanks to Mr. Rahul Sen who assisted us during all our stay. His professional assistance was so helfpul, welcoming and simply unforgettable. The breakfast is definetely wild - there are 4-5 stations with different kitchens from all over the world. You can make even ramen with exclusive ingridients!! You often stay the hotel has the best breakfast, but it was really the best one! I recommend the hotel so so much! We can't wait to be back. Don't search for any other hotel if you have a choice to stop at Sheraton Grand Dubai!!!

We originally planned to stay for just one night, but the facilities and the room were so wonderful that we decided to extend our stay. I stayed here for two nights with a female friend to enjoy an early Christmas together. Although I usually live in Dubai, this was a perfect getaway. The lounge offered afternoon tea, and during cocktail time the staff kindly brought food to our table. I was very impressed by the attentive and thoughtful service. The room was calm, elegant, and beautifully balanced between classic and modern design. Personally, I really loved the pool on the 54th floor. It was perfect for sunbathing, and the jacuzzi was also very enjoyable. At breakfast, the server Adnan and the chef Azlee were extremely kind and welcoming. On the first day, Chef Azlee prepared noodles for me at the Asian station, and the next day he kindly made a delicious shrimp and tofu stir-fry. It was excellent. Even during busy hours, it is wonderful to see staff who take the time to talk with guests and provide such thoughtful service. I am very grateful to them. Personally, I also appreciated that the breakfast buffet offered options such as protein shakes and a wide variety of food choices. I felt it was an excellent buffet, especially for people who are focused on fitness and body conditioning.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. A special thanks to Zahid Ali, — he was very helpful, kind, and professional, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.
