I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure was excellent, and the overall room amenities made the stay extremely enjoyable. The apartment was beautifully maintained, and the bed decoration upon arrival was a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The floor was quiet, which added to the comfort and privacy of the stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the cocktails were expertly prepared and truly outstanding. The entertainment facilities and overall services were impressive, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai for either business or leisure.

A special thanks to Honey, the F&B Manager, for the warm hospitality and smooth coordination, and to Junaid from the Sales team for the continuous support and helpful approach throughout. Their teamwork truly made a difference and ensured the event went perfectly. The food quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to different tastes. The setup was elegant and well-organized, creating a welcoming and premium atmosphere for the guests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the entire team deserves appreciation for delivering such great service. I would highly recommend their F&B services for any gathering or event.

The location is incredibly convenient, with a supermarket and pharmacy just a short walk away—making everyday needs effortless. The rooms are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained, offering a level of comfort that makes settling in feel immediate. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the service. The staff are warm, sincere, and impressively attentive; they remember your name and make you feel genuinely welcomed throughout your stay. Breakfast at the Club Lounge is more than sufficient, with a solid selection that sets you up perfectly for the day. And when it’s time to unwind, the pool and spa on the 54th floor are absolutely lovely—relaxing, serene, and offering a great escape above the city. Special thanks to Megha and Brian at the club lounge reception, Gaggan at the club lounge bar, Tristan at the dining room, and Kasseem from concierge. Overall, the Sheraton Grand feels like a true home away from home. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to, thanks to its comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. This is easily my top 5 hotel experiences ever - and I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand to anyone visiting Dubai
