I stayed at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates for 5 days with comfort and great hospitality. Upon check in, I was pleasantly offered with a complimentary room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are modern, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and willing to provide the assistance. The hotel has a direct and seamless access to Mall of the Emirates which I consider the second-best mall in Dubai. Having world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment just steps away added great convenience to my trip. The location is also ideal with about 15–25 minutes from downtown and 10–15 minutes from Palm Jumeirah making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet didn’t meet my expectations due to food limitation/ variety and I had to skip it. I would be happily to have the experience again and highly recommend it to both business/ leisure travelers.

From my very first breakfast, Ms. Nanda welcomed me with a genuine smile and made me feel immediately comfortable. Her kindness was not the kind of service that feels formal or expected—it felt heartfelt and sincere. She took the time to greet guests warmly, pay attention to the small details, and create an atmosphere where everyone felt truly cared for. What touched me most was that by the second day, she remembered my coffee preference. It may seem like a small gesture, but it made a very meaningful difference. Instead of feeling like a first-time visitor staying at a hotel, I felt like a valued regular guest returning to a familiar and welcoming place. Her thoughtfulness made each morning feel relaxed, personal, and special. Beautiful hotel facilities and excellent restaurants can be found in many places, but the warmth of a person like Ms. Nanda is what guests remember long after their stay. Her hospitality reflects a level of care that cannot be created through training alone—it comes from a genuine desire to make people feel welcome and appreciated. Ms. Nanda is a wonderful example of outstanding hospitality. Her warm welcome, attention to detail, and ability to make guests feel at home added so much to my stay. Thank you, Ms. Nanda, for your exceptional service and for turning a simple breakfast into one of the most memorable parts of my hotel experience.

Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Stay from 11 July 2026 to 13 July 2026 . Two rooms . From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our experience was truly exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Before our arrival, I mentioned that this was my daughter’s first trip to Dubai. The hotel surprised us by beautifully decorating the bed with a personalized welcome featuring her name. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made her feel incredibly special and created a wonderful first impression of Dubai. As a Platinum Bonvoy member, I was delighted to receive an upgrade to a suite, along with complimentary breakfast, early check-in, and late check-out. These benefits made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The reception staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. Room service was prompt and consistently excellent. I would also like to thank the team that arranged our airport transfer—they were efficient, courteous, and made our departure completely stress-free. I have stayed at many Marriott Bonvoy properties around the world, including Ritz-Carlton hotels, and I can honestly say that the level of service at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates was among the very best I have ever experienced. The genuine hospitality and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. Thank you to the entire team for making our family trip so memorable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

My stay at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates Hotel was a very comfortable and well-rounded experience, especially for both business and leisure travel. The hotel’s biggest advantage is its direct connection to Mall of the Emirates, which makes shopping, dining, and even accessing Ski Dubai incredibly convenient without stepping outside in Dubai’s heat. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. The bedding is particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a busy day. I also appreciated the soundproofing, as the rooms remained quiet despite the hotel’s central location. The service stands out. Staff members are courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. From check-in to housekeeping, everything felt smooth and well-managed. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, though it can get slightly crowded during peak hours. Facilities like the rooftop pool and gym are well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape with nice city views. The location also offers easy access to the metro, making it simple to explore other parts of Dubai. Overall, it’s a reliable five-star experience with excellent location, strong service, and comfortable accommodations. Ideal for families, business travelers, and anyone wanting convenience combined with quality.
