We had spent 3 nights at SLS dubai and the experience was absolutely amazing. Well maintained hotel, rooms were amazing staff behavior and hospitality was top notch. Food was really good. My only concern is that as I booked a premium room on high floor I expected a great city view of burj khalifa but unfortunately my room type only had views of creek view. Though the view was awesome but I dint get what I expected the city view. They later moved me to a city view room on the last night but on a much lower floor. Except this everything else was awesome.

Every interaction with the staff was professional and friendly. I would especially like to thank Youssef from the operator team. Beautiful hotel. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay here over our Honeymoon. Check in was easy, our room was beautiful and very spacious which is a nice change from the usual small rooms. We enjoyed being able to have a fridge/microwave that made the stay feel more at home. The bed was very comfortable as well. This is a great location for all the sight seeing there is to do around Dubai, only downside is there isn’t a ton nearby to walk to but Ubers are super easy, fast, and cheap in Dubai so wasn’t a big issue. Beautiful rooftop pool with Burj views.
