A Beautiful Stay with a Few Disappointments Overall, our stay at SLS Dubai was a pleasant experience, although there were a few things that could have been better. Unfortunately, the check-in process was delayed by approximately 30 minutes, which was a disappointing way to start our stay. However, the room was clean, relatively spacious, and had an absolutely stunning view. One thing we truly appreciated was the thoughtful gesture from the hotel staff. We had mentioned in our booking notes that we were going through a difficult time and wanted a little getaway to relax and take our minds off things. The hotel kindly acknowledged our situation and surprised us with a lovely fruit platter and cake in our room. It was such a sweet and considerate gesture that genuinely meant a lot to us. We also booked an afternoon tea experience, but unfortunately, we experienced another delay of approximately 40 minutes. By the time everything was served, the sun had already set, and it was dark, which took away from the experience, especially since we were looking forward to enjoying the beautiful views during daylight. Additionally, the food quality was not as good as we had expected. Overall, we appreciated the cleanliness, beautiful views, and thoughtful hospitality. However, the repeated delays and the underwhelming afternoon tea experience were disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s reputation and standards. With better time management and improvements in food quality, the experience could have been much more enjoyable.

From check-in to check-out, my experience was excellent. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. I especially want to recognize Angel at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. She was kind, efficient, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out. Thank you, Angel, for making my visit so pleasant. I will definitely stay here again!

Had a really nice stay! Loved the location, the view, and the overall vibe of the hotel. Everything felt comfortable, relaxing, and very welcoming. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Sandra and Abdurahman, who made the stay even better. Room service was great too — quick, convenient, and always well done. Overall, such a lovely place with a great atmosphere and beautiful views.
