Nirbhayam Project
We had a lovely time at SLS. The resort is beautiful and service was wonderful everywhere we went. Elena and Leslie at the Ciel Spa were incredibly kind and skilled masseuses who made sure we had a relaxing time during our service. They asked for feedback and applied more pressure when I requested. Excellent customer service and great addition to our vacation. Highly recommend requesting them for your service! The Ciel front desk receptionist was a bit standoffish, which was noticeable from her attitude when we came in to check in for our service. This was an anomaly, as everyone else was very kind and approachable. In terms of dining special call out for Alexander who offered wonderful service at Twiggy for lunch. We had many dietary requirements and he was able to meet our group’s needs with ease, patience; and knowledge of the restaurant’s offerings. We also loved the Hibachi show with our server Leo at Lotus and Chef. They were able to accommodate vegan diets with ease and made sure I had plenty of veggies with my meal— possibly the best food during our stay. We will definitely be back! Looking forward to seeing more vegan options added to the menus across the resort for the next time we are here.

We had a great stay at SLS Playa Mujeres. The big draw for us was the combination of the family-oriented activities combined with the ability for adult time and space. We were also attracted to the elevated food experience. It definitely delivered. Highlights were: 1. We did the elite package because we wanted to be able to make dinner reservations ahead of our stay. Our butlers Fabiola and Issac were incredibly helpful and made everything smooth and enjoyable on our stay. High points for them! 2. Cleo was our favorite restaurant, followed by Twiggy. Food was excellent every time and great wait staff. 3. The Kids Camp was fantastic. They had a weekly calendar of activities and a good variety. Our son asked to go every day! The staff were great there too. Things that I would suggest for management to consider: 1. The drinks menu is very cocktail oriented. As a mostly wine drinker, I would have liked to see more selection that did not require an additional purchase. 2. Better privacy screen between the sleeping area and the bathroom area. 3. We tended to have early reservations as we were traveling with a young child. A few times our food came out cold and we suspected that it had been pre-prepared. We know in a facility serving a lot of people there has to be some degree of that, but a steak at a steakhouse should be served at the correct temperature. We look forward to retuning here!

We had dinner at Cleo Mediterranean Restaurant at SLS Playa Mujeres tonight, and it was such a beautiful experience! The decor was incredibly well thought out and designed beautifully, creating such a warm and elegant atmosphere. Our waiters, Javier and Gonzalo, were absolutely outstanding. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. They made sure our meals kept coming, were attentive to every detail, and knew the menu so well. They explained each dish perfectly and made the entire dinner experience feel very special. The food was very good, but you absolutely have to order the beef shawarma — it was absolutely delicious! The braised lamb was also incredible, so tender and full of flavor. Both dishes were definite standouts for us. Thank you, Javier and Gonzalo, for the amazing service. We truly enjoyed our evening at Cleo and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at SLS Playa Mujeres! We will update with more as our trip continues🤗

The food at Bungalow is delicious, the waiters Marudo and Christian were very attentive, kind and looked after us very well. It is one of our best experience so far at the resort SLS after few days of being here. Thank you so much 🙏 I want to add the lovely Eliseo and his colleague Celsius at the beach always being so attentive and bringing us delicious drinks. The food at Cleo was amazing too. Selena and Risember were very good hosts. We felt their warmth, kindness and very encouraging to try different things. I need to say that the Baklava was the best I have ever tried.

Really likes the hotels luxury feel, specially in the rooms, adults pool, and the restaurants! The service has good! We really liked Jenny from twiggy pool and Oscar from union - although many more were great also. The food in the restaurants were amazing! The buffet and room services food was ok, no biggie. Also the drinks were amazing. We really wanted a relaxing vacation with good food and drinks - and that’s what we got. We would definitely think about returning to SLS Playa Mujeres.
