Amazing family vacation! The staff was terrific especially Gama, Palo, Mario, Mayfer and the entire entertainment/pool staff. They interacted with my boys and made it so special by including them in games and remembering their names throughout our stay. Nabi in the teens club was extremely helpful as well. The food and drinks were top notch and the service we received at meals, poolside and beachside were phenomenal. We really loved the layout of the resort and it had a very boutique feel. I’m planning to come back next year! We have also been telling all of our friends and family what a gem we have found.

We had a wonderful vacation! The building and grounds are very well kept. Decor was modern and clean. The employees are kind and respectful. The activities manager was funny and entertaining. We decided to get the Elite package and it was more than worth it. Roman was our main butler and he went above & beyond everyday to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Not only did he book our dinner reservations, he helped us find lost items, he checked in every day with the activities and he decorated our room several times for my husband’s birthday. Overall wonderful experience we enjoyed all the pools, beach access, kids and teens clubs, spa services. No complaints, each restaurant had multiple delicious food options.

I had a truly wonderful experience at SLS Playa Mujeres Resort. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff made me feel instantly at ease. I was offered a welcome drink—which I desperately needed after the stress of my trip; and that thoughtful gesture meant so much to me. Alejandra and Axel concierge were exceptionally kind and welcoming The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I needed a place to unwind from the hustle and bustle, and this resort gave me exactly the peace and relaxation I was craving. The service was top-notch, and the food… absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet at The Market was exceptional; fresh, delicious, and worth waking up early for. The beach and swimming pools were fantastic, perfect for both relaxation and fun. And if you’re traveling with kids, this is the ideal family-friendly destination with plenty of activities to keep them happy. All in all, it was a beautiful experience, and I truly cannot wait to visit again.

I communicated multiple times directly with the hotel that we were celebrating our honeymoon and no special accommodations were made. Positives: The overall stay was fine, spa was great and the overall facilities and room is nice. Everyone that works at the resort was extremely happy and such a pleasure to talk to. The sushi restaurant and Mexican restaurant were amazing and quality of food overall was one of the best I have had at a resort. Negatives: the beach was the worst one I have been to in Cancun. All restaurants required reservations, thankfully we made them, but it was very evident that many people were put in a situation with no where to go. We went to union steakhouse and had one of the worst experiences, after waiting 30 minutes for the steak it arrived completely raw, we were the only ones seated outside and it took a significant amount of time to see a server for assistance the entire meal. I tried to order breakfast room service our last morning and it said it was not available (it was prior to 11). Additionally, it was slightly cold and the pool was freezing. None of the hot tubs worked or heated by the adult pool. Overall I would not stay at this resort again, the staff were great and beside union, the quality of food was amazing but it was overly expensive for what we received in return.

I stayed at SLS Elite for the first time and it was an amazing experience!! Our two story room with private hot tub was clean and nicely decorated. Our butler Alexis made sure we were comfortable and taken care of our entire stay, booking dinner and spa treatments! Speaking of the spa, Jillian was an awesome masseuse and the sauna, steam room and pools were also great. The dinner had also been extremely good at Union the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant. I'll be back!
