We had a great stay at SLS Playa Mujeres. The big draw for us was the combination of the family-oriented activities combined with the ability for adult time and space. We were also attracted to the elevated food experience. It definitely delivered. Highlights were: 1. We did the elite package because we wanted to be able to make dinner reservations ahead of our stay. Our butlers Fabiola and Issac were incredibly helpful and made everything smooth and enjoyable on our stay. High points for them! 2. Cleo was our favorite restaurant, followed by Twiggy. Food was excellent every time and great wait staff. 3. The Kids Camp was fantastic. They had a weekly calendar of activities and a good variety. Our son asked to go every day! The staff were great there too. Things that I would suggest for management to consider: 1. The drinks menu is very cocktail oriented. As a mostly wine drinker, I would have liked to see more selection that did not require an additional purchase. 2. Better privacy screen between the sleeping area and the bathroom area. 3. We tended to have early reservations as we were traveling with a young child. A few times our food came out cold and we suspected that it had been pre-prepared. We know in a facility serving a lot of people there has to be some degree of that, but a steak at a steakhouse should be served at the correct temperature. We look forward to retuning here!

Loved this hotel! I have stayed in many all inclusives all over the Caribbean and this one was in my top 3! The food and drinks were very impressive, the rooms were comfortable and super clean, the pools were nice, and service was great! The beach was quite murky due to the sargasm issue but definitely not as bad as down south of the coast. The pools, kiddie waterpark was great. The kids club had lots of fun activity for the kiddos. The evening entertainment was fun but not much else for kids to do after dinner on most nights. The monkey bar was the "late night hangout" with great drinks and vibes. I want to give a special shout-out to Gusto and Miguel at one of the bars near the family pool and also Brenda at the kids club. They were wonderful! There was another bartender/server working with Gusto serving at the family pool who was wonderful but I cannot remember his name,. :( I will say we got super sick on our travel back to Washington DC but I'm not sure if it was the resort or something we picked up at the airport. Honestly, almost every time I've gone abroad I come back with stomach issues so not much of a surprise there. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend SLS Playa Mujeres!

Our stay at SLS Playa Mujeres was absolutely incredible from start to finish. This resort is pure luxury with the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and elevated style. The design is stunning modern, chic, and beautifully maintained. Every space feels intentional and photo-worthy. Our room was spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with thoughtful details that made it feel truly high-end. The food exceeded our expectations. Every restaurant delivered fresh ingredients, amazing presentation, and flavours that actually impressed us (which is rare at all-inclusives!). The cocktails were equally top-tier. The pools and beach area were pristine with plenty of loungers and great service. The vibe is upbeat but not overwhelming, you can relax in peace or join the fun depending on your mood. What really made the experience exceptional was the service. The staff went above and beyond every single day. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, you can tell they care about creating a memorable stay. If you’re looking for a stylish, elevated all-inclusive experience near Cancun, this is it. We’re already planning our return!

We spent a long weekend here celebrating a 40th birthday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The beach and pool were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. There were always plenty of towels available, and the staff was constantly coming around to take food and drink orders, which made relaxing so easy. The restaurants were all excellent, with a great variety of options, and they were very accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation times. The gym was also well equipped with plenty of weights and cardio equipment, making it easy to get in a great workout. I didn’t take any of the fitness classes, but the aqua gym class was a fun way to cool off in the heat. A special thank you to Fabiola, who took care of everything for us through WhatsApp throughout our stay. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire experience seamless. We never had to worry about a thing because she was always there to help. Overall, we truly have no complaints and would absolutely recommend staying here!

Pedro and Carlos at the bungalow where very helpful. Servers at restaurants went above and beyond to make our experience better. At the market for breakfast the service was ok. We really enjoyed the daily shows and activities! The kids had a blast. For the family pool it was hard sometimes to get a spot at the chair but we were able to manage. Having a swim out room was a great choice for us
