one of the best hotels we stayed at while in Thailand, the room service was good and always came back to a clean tidy room, the staff helped us take our luggage to and from reception upon arrival and leaving, it’s on the beach with loads of food choices. The breakfast was nice and as a picky eater, I always had something to eat. The staff were nice and friendly making it very welcoming and the air con worked well which is always a bonus! It’s about 40 minute drive from old town but Bangtao night market is only a 15 minute drive. There is a shop outside which you can get bottles of water from though out the day which is nice. I’d come back!

Family friendly, we love everything about this place, all parents can have a good time while kids are having fun, daily cleaning and changing towels, bed sheets changing in every 3 days, our room have no mosquito, but if u wanna sit outside at night, u must have mosquito repellent spray. Thank you the reception Ms. Patcharee (if im not mistaken) she is thai and always smiling, and her service is the best, she will explain everything clearly. 🩵 Thank you for the kids club team, to Ms.Toey & Ms.Gift for warm welcome to our kids, Ms.Toey will make sure all the kids are playing well, thank you so much again for the kindness and helping us as a parent to have our own time. 🧡💛 Our 4 nights trip in sunwing bangtao is unforgettable, we will miss this place so much and looking forward to visit again soon. 🐘🌴💚

Great family hotel with a very well-maintained facility. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. Highly recommended for families who want to visit Phuket but stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. With great restaurants and shops nearby, I will definitely be back!

This Phuket trip started with a two-day stay at Sunwing Bang Tao Beach Hotel, and it proved to be an excellent choice for families. The location is truly unbeatable, sitting directly on the beautiful Bang Tao Beach. This long stretch of sand is perfect for walks and offers a wonderful selection of beachfront restaurants, fresh smoothie stands, and relaxing massage spots. The water was clear and clean, making for a great beach experience. ​For the kids, the hotel is a blast! The small water slides are fun and were a huge hit with children. Plus, the animation team was active and engaging, hosting various water activities throughout the day. ​The rooms were good, with comfortable beds and, notably, great pillows—a small detail that makes a big difference! But what truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff throughout the hotel maintained the high standard of Thai hospitality; they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful everywhere you go. ​Finally, the morning breakfast buffet was truly good, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone. ​The Only Minus: The only small downside we noticed was the availability of sunbeds. While there are plenty around the pool, the sunbeds on the beach were very limited. Despite the hotel's warnings against reserving beds, guests tended to claim them early in the morning. ​Overall, this is a beautiful, family-friendly hotel with prime beach access and exceptional service. Highly recommended!
