We had a great week at Bang Tao and would definitely come back. The pools were great, the rooms were comfortable with a great layout and the food was pretty good. The only downside was the kids club was bit too young for our 7 year old but he was too young to use the teen room. I had one of the best massages of my life in the massage hut on the beach front. If you stay here definitely check out sugar cane restaurant across the road.

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always a great experience. The hotel is very family-friendly. Our kids spent a lot of time in the teenager room and absolutely loved it. A special thank you to Oksana for looking after the children – we really appreciate it. I'd also like to say thank you to Alexandra – it's so nice to be able to get help in your native language. We'll definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunwing Family Resort. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and truly perfect for families with children. The swimming pools were fantastic, our room was comfortable and spacious, and the beachfront location made our holiday even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety, and every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Raven from Piak's Kitchen for being so kind, warm, and wonderful with our children. Raven made every visit enjoyable and always made our kids feel happy and welcome. We would also like to give special recognition to Ms Polly, Ms Gift, and Ms Toey from Lollo & Bernie's Kids Club. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. Their enthusiasm and genuine kindness made the Kids Club a highlight of our children's holiday. Thank you to the entire Sunwing team for making our family vacation so memorable. We checked in at Sunwing Bangtao Beach later than planned after a delayed flight, and the front desk still made everything feel easy. I appreciated how helpful and welcoming the reception team was throughout the stay. One person in particular stood out for going the extra mile and making sure things were sorted for me. Family friendly, we love everything about this place, all parents can have a good time while kids are having fun, daily cleaning and changing towels, bed sheets changing in every 3 days, our room have no mosquito, but if u wanna sit outside at night, u must have mosquito repellent spray. Thank you the reception Ms. Patcharee (if im not mistaken) she is thai and always smiling, and her service is the best, she will explain everything clearly. 🩵 Thank you for the kids club team, to Ms.Toey & Ms.Gift for warm welcome to our kids, Ms.Toey will make sure all the kids are playing well, thank you so much again for the kindness and helping us as a parent to have our own time. 🧡💛 Our 4 nights trip in sunwing bangtao is unforgettable, we will miss this place so much and looking forward to visit again soon. 🐘🌴💚
