We didn’t expect to find this kind of calm right next to Burj Khalifa, but Taj Dubai truly feels like a hidden sanctuary in Downtown. The contrast is unreal: step outside and you’re in the heart of the city, step inside and everything slows down. The location honestly couldn’t be better. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, that kind of clean and polished that instantly makes you feel comfortable. The food was bsolutely incredible. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented, truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had lately. What I loved most? The warmth. The way the team pays attention to the smallest details, the refined interiors, and the way they make you feel at home from the very first moment ✨

We’ve been to Dubai countless times and have stayed at more than our fair share of Taj hotels in India, but this was our first visit to The Taj Dubai and we're kicking ourselves for waiting so long. When they say the rooms are newly renovated, they mean it. The room was sparkling; it felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there, which is a huge testament to the cleaning team. Every nook and cranny of the property was spic and span, without a single instance to complain about. The room itself was large, tastefully done, and very comfortable, with a special shoutout to the washroom. We highly recommend upgrading to the Burj Khalifa view; we could actually see the fountains from the comfort of our room. The service was exactly what you’d expect from the Taj. From booking to checkout, the staff was friendly, courteous, and extraordinarily efficient. While every member of the team deserves praise, I want to specifically mention Mridusmita at Meda. The breakfast buffet was delicious and noticeably fresher than buffets usually are. The location is great, and I loved the thoughtful details, like the free shuttle to and from Dubai Mall in a comfortable coach. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Dubai. There were honestly times we opted not to head out just so we could enjoy the room a little longer. Highly recommended.

Despite being stuck here due to the airport shutdown, the service we experienced was truly second to none. During what was a very stressful and uncertain time, the staff remained calm, professional, and incredibly supportive. They did an amazing job keeping everyone at ease and maintaining a positive environment even while many guests were worried about travel and getting home. A special thank you to Paul at the concierge. He was absolutely phenomenal. His service was top notch — extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Paul was constantly working, assisting guests, and helping people figure out flight information and travel options. His patience and dedication did not go unnoticed. In such scary and uncertain circumstances, having staff like Paul and the rest of the team made a huge difference. Truly outstanding hospitality.

I cannot thank the team at Taj Dubai enough for their incredible hospitality. During the difficult time of the war, the staff went above and beyond to maintain a sense of peace and calm, making us feel completely safe and looked after. ​What truly stood out was how they treated our children—they were so kind and attentive, making the kids feel like VIPs. Also, the breakfast is hands down one of the best we’ve had; the variety is literally endless, and you can find anything you’re craving. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth and professionalism when we needed it most. @Mansi made our trip much more easier helping us out and guiding us out at every moment of the day whenever we had an issue she was always there to help

Great location, 10-15' walk (when you dont follow google map directions & take your own way) from Burj Khalifa & the mall. Breakfast is amazing! I didnt have any other meals except coffee & sweets on 1st floor & was also delicious. The Service in every place in this hotel is outstanding, big thanks to all staff! The rooms are very specious! The bed was very comfortable! The only downside was the taxi... Hotel worker offered me a taxi for 150ZEA when the taxi from the airport cost me 75.... There was also the other hotel worker who heard the offer & he called me a taxi through his app (local 'uber') & i paid 50... Apart from taxi experience, i definetly recommend the hotel. Please note this hotel is own by Indian so it is a little touch of indian culture in centre of Dubai!
