We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Taj Exotica. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. They generously upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious suite, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable for our family of four. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was that, every evening before bedtime, the staff would knock on our door to check if we needed anything. This level of care and attention made us feel truly valued and well looked after. The pool and beach were amazing—beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and even if we were craving something that wasn’t on the menu, the staff were more than happy to prepare it for us. We were also impressed by how spacious everything was. The lobby, rooms, bathrooms, and even the pool changing rooms were all exceptionally comfortable and well designed. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire management team and staff for making our experience so special. Your warmth, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality made this a truly memorable stay. We would absolutely stay again!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Although we experienced an unpleasant situation at the beginning of our stay, the management handled it professionally and made a genuine effort to resolve the issue quickly. We truly appreciated how seriously they took our feedback and their commitment to customer satisfaction. The hotel itself is beautiful, the entertainment and facilities were excellent, and the service throughout the rest of our stay was great. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Thank you for your hospitality and for turning our experience into a positive one. We would be happy to stay here again.

I had much higher expectations of Taj Exotica, especially after experiencing Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, which feels like a completely different level of Taj hospitality. The arrival was not quite up to standard — no assistance with luggage and no acknowledgement of the reason for our stay. I did appreciate the welcome amenity concept of offering drinks instead of the usual fruit, which is much more practical and thoughtful. The lobby fragrance was also lovely and reminded me of Taj Mumbai. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was very disappointing. The first room had hair, dirt, and even marks on the bed, so we requested a room change. The second room was slightly better, but there were still hairs in the bathroom. We also noticed staff using guest pool towels and placing them back on the clean towel pile, which raised serious hygiene concerns. We shared our feedback with the hotel and appreciated speaking with the Manager on Duty, as well as the late check-out. However, overall, the experience was very mixed. For a brand like Taj, I believe these basic standards should not be compromised.

We had an amazing stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai to celebrate my son's birthday. The team made the celebration extra special with a lovely birthday cake and beautiful room decorations, which brought a big smile to his face. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and caring, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food, the beautiful pool, and the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Taj Exotica for making our son's birthday so memorable. We truly appreciated the thoughtful surprise and had a wonderful family stay. We look forward to coming back again.

Our room was spacious, elegant and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and professional, and always went the extra mile to make our stay special. The swimming pools and spa facilities are absolutely fantastic. The pool area is beautifully maintained and provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Whether you want to enjoy a peaceful afternoon by the pool or simply escape the heat, the facilities are superb. The spa is equally impressive — a wonderful place to completely switch off and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. However, the real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. The quality of the cuisine across the hotel's various restaurants is truly exceptional. We had the opportunity to dine at several of them, and every experience was better than the last. The dishes were beautifully presented, but most importantly, they were absolutely delicious. The variety of restaurants means that there is always something new to discover. From refined international cuisine to fantastic Asian flavours and other culinary specialties, the standard of food throughout the hotel is remarkably high. The freshness of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation and, above all, the incredible flavours really stood out. For anyone who appreciates great food, Taj Exotica The Palm is a destination in its own right. We were genuinely impressed by the consistency and quality across the different restaurants. What also makes this hotel special is the genuine hospitality. Whether you are at the pool, in the spa, having breakfast or dinner, or simply walking through the hotel, you always feel welcomed and looked after. The service is professional without ever feeling impersonal. Taj Exotica The Palm is without doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities, exceptional service and, above all, an extraordinary culinary experience. We left the hotel feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, genuine hospitality and outstanding food in Dubai.
