We had a wonderful stay with our two young children. The location is excellent (a bit far, but Uber is there within two minutes) and you are well looked after. The breakfast was more than satisfactory and the restaurants in the evening were simply superb. We also had access to the afternoon aperitif, which we really enjoyed. This was mainly thanks to the incredible friendliness and service of Shabbir and Thimira, who took hospitality to the next level. We highly recommend it and will be back in 2027!

Our stay at **Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm Dubai** was a top experience from arrival to departure. We stayed in a Family Suite, which was beautifully maintained throughout our stay, housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The pool was spacious and ideal for children, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and family fun. The variety of restaurants and buffets ensured that there was always something for everyone to enjoy. Children are genuinely made to feel welcome across the resort, and the team at the **Popsicle Kids Club** created a truly magical experience for them. Another defining element of our stay was the access to the **Taj Club Lounge**, which added an extra layer of comfort and exclusivity. A special thank you goes to **Shabbir**, who delivered the best service one could wish for. His attentiveness and warmth made us feel truly cared for. We would also like to acknowledge **Sufiyah**, **Thimira**, and the newly started **Kiki**, who all contributed to making our stay even more memorable. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality added a golden touch to our experience. The food was delicious throughout the resort, and even with children we always felt welcome. In the vibrant energy of Dubai, Taj Exotica offers a rare sense of calm — a peaceful retreat away from the city's pace. We will definitely return!

We stayed at the Taj Exotica on the Palm and had an excellent experience. The resort is beautiful and really well maintained - calm, spacious, and easy to relax from the moment you arrive. The grounds are immaculate, the facilities are great, and the food was really good throughout our stay. What really stood out most, though, was the service. It felt warm and personal without ever being over the top. The staff really go out of their way and a few people genuinely deserve a mention: At the Empire Lounge, Mr Win is an exceptional mixologist and barista. Every drink we had was amazing, and his cappuccinos are second to none. He also does different varieties of latte art, which made ordering coffees really fun. Mercy was next-level as well - she really went out of her way to make sure my family (and especially my son) were looked after, and she did it with such a good attitude every single time. She’s an asset to the hotel. At the front desk, Alka helped expedite a late-night checkout when we had the baby with us, which we appreciated more than she probably knows. 

And after a slightly strange check-in, Pallavi stepped in and made us feel at home again straight away. She also helped us extend our room last minute when our travel plans changed, and helped us secure the best rate while booking direct. Overall, it’s a resort I’d happily return to - and one I’d recommend if you want a relaxing Dubai stay away from the hustle and bustle.

We had a really great stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. The biggest standout was the service, it felt genuinely warm and attentive from start to finish. The staff were outstanding, always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. The resort itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were in great shape throughout our stay. Everything felt polished and comfortable, and it was easy to relax and just enjoy the property. The location is great, beautiful setting on the Palm and perfect if you’re looking for a resort-style getaway. That said, it can be inconvenient if you’re trying to go into the city frequently, since getting off the Palm and across Dubai can take some time depending on traffic. The only downside for us was the dining. The restaurant prices are on the expensive side, and while the food was fine/adequate, it wasn’t anything special for what you’re paying. Overall, if you want a high-end, clean resort with exceptional staff and service, this is a great pick just go in knowing the food may not be the highlight and city trips aren’t always quick.

We had a very pleasant stay at Taj and overall it was a memorable experience, made special largely because of the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, we received the loveliest welcome from Alka at the reception. She was absolutely amazing! warm, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout our stay. Even at the time of check-out, right until we drove away, Alka was there to assist us, which truly left a lasting impression. She is a real asset to the hotel. All the staff we interacted with were polite, courteous, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. The hotel has a lovely pool, and the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. We were also grateful for the complimentary room upgrade, as we were celebrating special occasions. The thoughtful gesture of sending a special cake, cookies, and chocolates to our room was a lovely touch and made our celebration feel extra special. Breakfast was yummy and enjoyable, with a good spread. However, when compared to other 5-star resorts and hotels on Palm Island, we do feel that Taj has some room to step up its luxury offering. The overall ambience, especially the outdoor areas near the pool and beach, felt a bit underwhelming for a 5-star property, though still perfectly fine and pleasant. Additionally, the Varq Indian cuisine restaurant did not quite meet our expectations and could be improved in terms of overall experience and quality. That said, thanks to the excellent service, especially from Alka, and the thoughtful gestures, our stay was warm, comfortable, and memorable. With some enhancements to ambience and dining, this could be an even stronger luxury experience.
