We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Taj Exotica. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. They generously upgraded us to a beautiful, spacious suite, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable for our family of four. One of the thoughtful touches we really appreciated was that, every evening before bedtime, the staff would knock on our door to check if we needed anything. This level of care and attention made us feel truly valued and well looked after. The pool and beach were amazing—beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and even if we were craving something that wasn’t on the menu, the staff were more than happy to prepare it for us. We were also impressed by how spacious everything was. The lobby, rooms, bathrooms, and even the pool changing rooms were all exceptionally comfortable and well designed. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return. A heartfelt thank you to the entire management team and staff for making our experience so special. Your warmth, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality made this a truly memorable stay. We would absolutely stay again!

I had much higher expectations of Taj Exotica, especially after experiencing Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai, which feels like a completely different level of Taj hospitality. The arrival was not quite up to standard — no assistance with luggage and no acknowledgement of the reason for our stay. I did appreciate the welcome amenity concept of offering drinks instead of the usual fruit, which is much more practical and thoughtful. The lobby fragrance was also lovely and reminded me of Taj Mumbai. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was very disappointing. The first room had hair, dirt, and even marks on the bed, so we requested a room change. The second room was slightly better, but there were still hairs in the bathroom. We also noticed staff using guest pool towels and placing them back on the clean towel pile, which raised serious hygiene concerns. We shared our feedback with the hotel and appreciated speaking with the Manager on Duty, as well as the late check-out. However, overall, the experience was very mixed. For a brand like Taj, I believe these basic standards should not be compromised.

What an incredible experience! Our recent stay at Taj Exotica The Palm exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply outstanding. The combination of luxury, tranquility, warm hospitality and exceptional service makes this hotel a true gem in Dubai. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was spacious, elegant and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. Throughout the property, you can feel the quality and sophistication, while still enjoying a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and professional, and always went the extra mile to make our stay special. The swimming pools and spa facilities are absolutely fantastic. The pool area is beautifully maintained and provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Whether you want to enjoy a peaceful afternoon by the pool or simply escape the heat, the facilities are superb. The spa is equally impressive — a wonderful place to completely switch off and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation. However, the real highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. The quality of the cuisine across the hotel's various restaurants is truly exceptional. We had the opportunity to dine at several of them, and every experience was better than the last. The dishes were beautifully presented, but most importantly, they were absolutely delicious. The variety of restaurants means that there is always something new to discover. From refined international cuisine to fantastic Asian flavours and other culinary specialties, the standard of food throughout the hotel is remarkably high. The freshness of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation and, above all, the incredible flavours really stood out. For anyone who appreciates great food, Taj Exotica The Palm is a destination in its own right. We were genuinely impressed by the consistency and quality across the different restaurants. What also makes this hotel special is the genuine hospitality. Whether you are at the pool, in the spa, having breakfast or dinner, or simply walking through the hotel, you always feel welcomed and looked after. The service is professional without ever feeling impersonal. Taj Exotica The Palm is without doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding facilities, exceptional service and, above all, an extraordinary culinary experience. We left the hotel feeling completely relaxed and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, genuine hospitality and outstanding food in Dubai.

I recently stayed at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa and booked six rooms for my group. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception team and management was disappointing and far below the standards I expected from a 5 stars hotel. Upon arrival, I requested an additional room key, but the process was unnecessarily delayed. What was even more concerning was the lack of professionalism from the reception staff. One employee approached me, asked for my ID and returned the Emirates ID in a bad way, then simply walked away and rudely stated that someone else would assist me. This left me waiting without any clear communication or proper customer service. As a guest booking six rooms (Includes suite), I expected a smoother check-in experience, better coordination, and a more welcoming attitude from both the reception team and management. Unfortunately, neither demonstrated the level of hospitality, efficiency, or professionalism that one would expect from a property of this reputation. The only highlight of my stay was the spa. The spa staff were professional, attentive, and provided an excellent experience that truly reflected the level of service I had hoped to receive throughout the resort. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving guest onboarding, reception procedures, and staff training to ensure future guests receive the service they deserve.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. Their friendliness and positive attitude instantly made us feel comfortable — honestly, I haven’t experienced this level of hospitality before, especially during a busy period. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff member who welcomed us was so cheerful and welcoming, and despite the hotel being busy, the whole check-in took less than 10 minutes. Our rooms were ready, beautifully prepared, very clean, and spacious. The room size and cleanliness were excellent, making the stay even more comfortable. What impressed me the most was their attention to guests’ needs — I called requesting a simple bandage, and to my surprise, they immediately sent a nurse. Such amazing care and service! The main pool and kids’ pool were both fantastic and very suitable for families. The staff around the pool area were extremely helpful, friendly, and always available to assist. Overall, our stay was amazing from start to finish, and I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back again!
