Our stay at Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were met with incredible warmth and hospitality. A special thank you to Adhiraj for making our experience truly unforgettable by providing us with a complimentary room upgrade; it made our stay remarkably comfortable and luxurious. The service throughout the hotel is top-notch, but the in-room dining team deserves particular praise. They paid attention to every small detail, ensuring our meals perfectly fulfilled our tastes and dietary needs. If you are looking for a stay that feels both high-end and genuinely welcoming, I cannot recommend this hotel enough

The most Amazing stay! Incredible!! All credit goes to Ashutosh and team. I was so disappointed with the room allocated to me initially as it overlooked a construction site. I went to the Reception to raise my concern, where I met Ashutosh. Just a two minute chat with Ashutosh to express my disappointment and the way he turned things around was exceptional. We received the most exemplary sevice from him and all his staff at Taj JLT, which made our holiday truly memorable and so wonderful. The little touches, attention to detail that they provided, made our stay superb and special. With the kind of service i received from Ashutosh (20/10) and Taj JLT, my stays in the future in Dubai will only be in Taj JLT. I hope they are all safe and fine.

The Taj hotel is wonderful. Staff are a clear highlight - professional, courteous and helpful. The entire property is attractive, rooms are large and have everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. Comfortable beds, and excellent views of the marina skyscrapers if you’re in a room facing that way. The opposite direction is currently a construction site, so beware when booking. I had a club room, and the club itself offers afternoon tea, evening snacks and a superb breakfast with so much variety, the hot food is cooked to order and delicious. It was also nice and peaceful in there and you have a great view of the marina buildings too. It’s just under 10 min walk from the nearest metro stop, but it’s no problem if you’re travelling light. Otherwise taxis are cheap and always available. To top the experience off, the 46th floor bar and infinity pool offers unparalleled views across to the marina and is a great place to spend a couple of hours in the evening. Well done to the team, I was impressed indeed.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)** I had a wonderful stay at **Taj JLT Dubai**! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant interiors, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our vacation truly special. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect from check-in to check-out. A special **thank you to Mr. Amrit at the pool**, who went above and beyond to make our swimming sessions enjoyable. He was extremely professional, friendly, and took great care of me and my family throughout our time by the pool. His hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommend Taj JLT to anyone visiting Dubai — an exceptional experience in every way! 🌟

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance from a metro station. What stands out is the service level and the employees..thankyou Monica for our lovely corner room. The rooms are spacious and have every amenity. Plenty of drinking water is provided in the room. Moksh did a great job of cleaning the room. The infinity pool is fantastic for swimming and the two lifeguards are helpful and attentive. Thankyou Abishek and Antony for the continued outstanding service in the club lounge. The food in each restaurant is delicious. The restaurants and pool area have been refurbished and what a great difference it has made. Whilst the bedrooms are starting to look a little dated, the comfort and service level at this hotel are hard to beat. Until the next time....
