Had a great stay at Taj Jumeirah Lake Towers. The rooms are genuinely outstanding, they're spacious, super comfortable, and the housekeeping team keeps everything spotless. The view from the room adds to the whole experience, and the location itself is solid. The only real drawback is the approach road. You need to take a long U-turn to reach the hotel, which ends up wasting time and adds extra cost if you’re in a taxi. Apart from that, it’s a perfect stay. Lovely Indian breakfast, warm service, and incredibly comfortable rooms. Would happily return

I am currently staying at the Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers Dubai, and I have to say the service has been absolutely exceptional. From the reception team to housekeeping, every member of staff has been incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. They’ve assisted us with everything from finding taxis to giving great guidance around the city. The food at the hotel is also absolutely delicious, and we’ve had no concerns at all during our stay. We were even given a room upgrade, as our original room faced building work—such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, this truly feels like a five-star experience. We have really enjoyed our stay so far, and the staff have been nothing short of wonderful.

This is the only hotel I’ve ever left feeling like I owed them something. The whole room was fully smart, clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was almost as spacious as the room itself. Abhishek and Vivek went above and beyond to make our stay special. Abhishek's hospitality was top-notch. His warm smile, attentive nature, and willingness to help with every request made us feel right at home. His kindness and professionalism are a true reflection of the hotel's commitment to excellence. Vivek, the room decorator, added a special touch to our daughter's birthday celebration. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, making it a memorable surprise for her. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to both Abhishek and Vivek for making our stay so special. I have spent 5 nights at TAJ Jumeirah Lake Towers and absolutely loved it it. Rooms & service are just on point. I had breakfast included, really enjoyed it, especially the Indian a la carte items and the staff couldn't have been nicer. I can strongly recommed the spa- the massage that I had was just world class!! Only let down - the whole area around the pool is under construction. There was no information on that when I made the booking. Staff did not really care or try to compensate for that in any way when I addressed my disapointment. Their solution- go and pay to access pools at other hotels... Besides that it still makes it on the top of my favourite hotels in Dubai.
