We ended up at this facility on the very day the war began… and it is a fantastic place—beautiful and extremely comfortable for families. The food is excellent. It’s very clean and welcoming. But what impressed me the most, in a very positive way, was how the staff handled the emergency caused by the war. They never abandoned us. They made us feel protected, not to mention the help they gave me and the support with my chronic condition. It was something incredible that I will never forget. Thank you so much—this place deserves a score of 110 with honors. A special thanks to those who supported us, especially Matteo, a young Italian who was truly a lifesaver for us, and to Dany and Alisajjad for everything. Considering the emergency, they also gave us a discount on the rooms and food, and they even agreed to my request to wash clothes by giving me a room with a washing machine. For the cleaning of our rooms, thanks to Priyanshu and Rajah. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.

A true gem! The rooftop area with its infinity pool is small, exclusive, and wonderfully peaceful – exactly the right place to completely unwind. Everything is perfectly organized, and the service is first-class, attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive. The entire property is impeccably clean and maintained with great attention to detail. Particularly impressive: each pavilion is separated from the others, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy and undisturbed relaxation. The view? Simply breathtaking – it hardly gets any better than this. For us personally, it was the best experience ever. An exceptional place with a highly dedicated team that made this stay truly unforgettable.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and booked a garden-access room. The room itself was good and comfortable, and the garden access was a nice feature. But End and service was disrespectful for us. Unfortunately, the overall service was pathetic and extremely disappointing, especially for a 5-star hotel charging premium rates. On multiple occasions, we tried contacting guest services by dialing 0, and also tried calling the reception directly, but no one responded. We assumed the room phone was faulty and tested all three phones in the room—still no response. After complaining, a technician came to check and, strangely, on his first attempt someone answered, and we were told everything was fine. However, shortly afterward, the same problem occurred again. Most of the time, only housekeeping responded, while reception and guest services remained unreachable. Before checkout, we again tried calling for luggage assistance, but no one answered, including reception. We finally went in person to ask for support, yet no one came to collect the luggage. At reception, only one staff member was present. In the end, we had to carry our own luggage from the room, which is unacceptable for a 5-star property. Luckily, we eventually found the services manager and raised a formal complaint. As usual, the response was to offer lunch or complimentary gestures, which we rejected. This does not fix the issue. The question is: why would we ever come back? This was my first and last visit. I have never experienced such poor basic service, especially at this level and price point. The overall attitude felt disrespectful. Even the breakfast service at Envy was not up to standard. Flies were present, and guests were allowed to order only one specific dish as mentioned in menu that we get from them When we requested additional items, the waiter’s reaction was shocking and uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel completely spoiled our stay at TH8. Despite a decent room, the service quality is 1-star at best.

I’ve stayed in several 5-star hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out for its exceptional service. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and professional, but the Fluid Bar crew deserves special recognition. The entire team there—including the security staff, lifeguards, and waiters—creates an atmosphere that’s both welcoming and perfectly managed. They made every moment feel effortless and enjoyable. Penny, Sendrick, Alex Ong - you guys are fantastic! Thanks again for everything. And also Mohammad took an excellent care of our sisha all the time! A special shoutout to Johnny, the manager, who is truly the backbone of this place. His leadership, attention to detail, and casual but genuine care for guests are evident in everything he does. He runs the operation flawlessly and absolutely deserves a promotion. The hotel is lucky to have him. Overall, an outstanding experience—far beyond what I expected. I can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful Christmas brunch at Envy Restaurant. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was excellent. What really stood out was the quality of the dishes. Envy clearly focuses on quality over quantity, and every item was well prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was outstanding and truly elevated the experience. Special thanks to Zanuar, Zinzin, and Vincent for their attention to detail, friendliness, and helpful attitude throughout the brunch. They made us feel very well taken care of. It was a festive and memorable Christmas celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food and excellent service.
