We stayed for 6 days and I’m usually super finicky and ocd when I stay at hotels this long but surprisingly I did not feel this way about Edition. The hotel rooms are super clean, minimalist and to the point. They have everything you need and it’s very well designed. My only criticism is - a mirror would have been nice! I kept asking the staff but they were not able to arrange for one. The staff at the breakfast hotel specially Niten and Rami were so accommodating and lovely, they went out of their way to get me this detox drink I asked for. They made it feel like home and we looked forward to having breakfast downstairs every day. They were super helpful and the staff was just genuinely lovely to talk to.

I had high expectations for this hotel, especially given the reputation of the Edition brand, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The staff were welcoming and polite, however, the level of service did not match what I would expect from a luxury hotel. We had deliveries arrive at the hotel that were left in the lobby without anyone informing us, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The in-room dining was also below standard and was one of the most disappointing room service experiences I’ve had despite staying at many hotels around the world. We booked one of the highest room categories to enjoy a premium experience, but the room itself was not up to standard. The carpet had visible stains, the room felt dark, and the bed linens did not smell fresh. Housekeeping was another major issue. After leaving the room for several hours, we returned to find it had not been serviced. We had to call multiple times before someone came, and even then, the towels were not replaced. There was the excessive noise throughout the night. Doors were constantly slamming, making it difficult to rest. We reported this, but unfortunately no action was taken to improve the situation. While the team was courteous, the overall service, housekeeping, and attention to guest experience fell far below the standard I associate with the Edition brand. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling disappointed.

The hotel was amazing, and we had a fantastic time. We renewed our reservation twice, even though we had planned to stay at three different hotels during our stay in Dubai. We loved the hotel so much, and the service was wonderful, that we extended our reservation for another three nights. The day after we checked out, we were shocked to find the hotel calling us more than once! They told us that there were missing towels from the room and that the hairdryer wasn't there, even though there wasn't one in the room during our stay, and I had my own hairdryer that I brought from my country. If you have no shame, do as you please! So, we're supposed to carry towels as extra baggage from Dubai to our country at the airport?! And then we're supposed to steal a hairdryer that costs a few dinars?! My husband and I were stunned by the calls, and of course, we won't even consider staying at that hotel again! We're extremely upset and shocked by the treatment and the rudeness! It was the height of rudeness.

This hotel is always a joy to stay at. Personally, the Abu Dhabi EDITION is still my favorite, but this property is lovely in its own way too. I love how that signature EDITION scent follows you throughout the hotel it immediately gives the place a familiar and luxurious feel. The location is also very convenient, especially being so close to Dubai Mall. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable and well designed. Overall, another enjoyable stay and definitely a hotel I’d recommend.

Had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and made check-in smooth and pleasant. The valet service and the staff who assisted with our luggage were professional, helpful, and always smiling. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
