Exceptional Luxury and Outstanding Hospitality! Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed a beautiful Garden Suite with sea views, half-board, and Club Lounge access. The food in every restaurant was outstanding, and the service was exceptional throughout. Our children loved the Ritz Kids Club. The beautiful pools, direct beach access, and lush green gardens make this resort truly special. Everything was impeccably clean, with extraordinary attention to detail, especially in housekeeping. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, anticipating our every wish. **A truly exceptional hotel where everything is maintained to the highest standards. We are both very happy with our stay here at the Ritz Carlton JBR. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend you to our friends. Our friends recommended you to us. The staff have been amazing, one stood out for us in the Splendid restaurant, a young girl from Kenya. She was amazing. I can’t remember her name. Cleaning staff were fabulous as were the beach and pool staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you.

There is no doubt about why this establishment has won so many awards! The hospitality extended by every member we encountered was genuine and heartfelt. Hayra at the Club Lounge is an absolute delight. She made us feel welcome from the moment we were seated while waiting to check in. The Housekeeping Manager Monash runs an efficient team and I appreciated that he came by personally afterward to check on everything. Shaym at breakfast came over to greet us each morning and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. Those small gestures really make us feel like valued guests. The chef at the omelette station (I unfortunately did not catch his name) remembered my husband and how he liked his eggs. The chef in the Club Lounge took the time to go through the items with my husband to let him know which ones were nut free and even offered to prepare a separate dessert without nuts so that he had an option for a sweet ending to the meals. That was incredibly thoughtful and unexpected. The gentlemen at the front door always checked in with us when we were coming in or heading out. They greet us warmly and always with a smile, I know it’s minimal, but it just adds to the experience. Overall, we loved our time at The Ritz Carlton Dubai and felt very well taken care of. We briefly met Brian in the lobby, who I believe is a manager, and we stand by what we shared with him: the Ladies and Gentlemen at this property are truly well trained. We appreciated the kindness we received throughout our stay, and the attention to detail genuinely stood out to us.

Excellent location with tons of shopping and food options within distance. Very posh and safe area for walking late at night. The breakfast was just okay. The grounds in front and in the back of the hotel are stunning, breaktaking landscaping. Lastly, the customer service from the security, front desk, and housekeeping services were exceptional. Housekeeping went beyond with thoughtful gestures, shout out to Krishna and Akio! Valet was patient and professional coupled with kindness. They were great in mid summer with 64 percent humidity and the same for the night crew. We were greated by smiles everywhere and that is how you get loyal customers! Shout out to Fawad, Faisal, and the security guards from Kenya; they take pride and honor in their work. Be sure to tip these housekeeping and Valet! We'll be back just because of the service!

We chose La Baie to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured the celebration was special from start to finish. The food was exceptional, and the drinks were outstanding. A special mention to Jagen for crafting amazing cocktails, especially the Espresso Martini and Negroni, which were absolute highlights of the evening. Adrithi provided impeccable service throughout the celebration, always attentive, friendly, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. We would also like to thank La and Cherry for their genuine hospitality and warmth, which made us feel truly special and at home. A huge thank you to Aaron for his fantastic recommendations and excellent bartending skills. His knowledge, professionalism, and engaging personality made the evening even more enjoyable. What made the celebration even more memorable was the beautiful birthday cake and the thoughtful handmade birthday card prepared by the team. These personal touches meant so much to us and showed the care and effort that went into making the occasion truly special.
