Had a lovely stay at The Waters in the swim up room 1331. It was a perfect location with sun on the veranda all day. The room was spacious and clean with a large bathroom and excellent air conditioning which was needed frequently. Staff were so friendly and very attentive. I asked for an additional topper mattress as I found the bed too firm and it arrived that day and made the bed very comfortable. The pool was amazing and I found the resort very quiet and calming, especially when you consider how close it was to the vibrant town centre. The only area I felt needed improving was at breakfast time. Didn’t really enjoy the experience as it seemed too chaotic. More like a canteen. Food itself was good but it took ages queuing for the coffee machine or buffet table. I appreciate there are peak times when it gets busy but we stayed at another hotel the week before and they seemed to manage it much better even bringing coffee and tea to the table for the first drink. We tried to avoid peak times but still queued at the coffee machine. It’s only a minor iritation and wouldn’t stop us recommending the hotel to family and friends.

Everything at the Waters in Khao Lak was very good and we enjoyed our relaxing stay there very much. we stayed there in mid May so the resort was quieter than it otherwise would be in peak season which was great as sometimes we would have an entire pool to ourselves and it wasn't not as busy and noisy around the resort in general. We stayed in a pool access room which was great as the poolside is literally right at your doorstep. The staff were always happy and helpful. There are so many places near the resort to eat and drink, you will never be stuck for choice. A 7/11 is across the road also. The Biang Niang night market is in easy walking distance as well.

Our first time in Thailand and couldn’t have picked a better hotel for the trip. We had a lower direct access swim up pool and it was perfect. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and everything was fresh and hot. The location of the hotel is perfect and central. Couldn’t of wished for a better hotel 😊

We stayed in a Waters Pool access room and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and set us up nicely for the day. Location is closed to the beach while also being easy stroll to bars and restaurants
