Definitely a good place to stay and visit. Nothing to complain, we got a good greetings from bell boy, front office and actually all the staff there is very attentive, polite, with good service mind. Room; spacious, large, with all amenities including beach towel, beach bag, beach sandals. Very clean, good view (pool view). Breakfast: very good, variety of foods especially Thai dish, the taste is authentic. Staff at restaurant is very friendly Spa: good spa indeed with very reasonable price, 60 mins 1000 THB, and they had 40% discount during low season. Recommend gold massage, indian head massage and full body scrub (therapist named Bow is a well trained, polite and level of massage is pretty good). Pool; fantastic pool, i came with 2 year-old toddler, she really enjoyed kids pool (and they do have adult only pool as well). The only comment is smoking area is near kids pool, by the time my kid was in the pool, we could smell the smoke as the wind blow) and that we needed to move to another pool with slider which quite crowded with kids playing slider. The do have free drinks, water and coffee machine provided around lobby area. Also, they do have convenient store and ATM as well. Highly recommend and i would definitely return.

The hotel is excellent overall, with a fantastic location and truly outstanding food. The staff are incredibly friendly – I honestly have never met such kind people in a hotel before. What made my stay especially memorable was the service, particularly from an employee named Dennis, who is absolutely phenomenal. He takes care of everything, is always available, and really makes you feel looked after from morning to night. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved for guests who smoke. The designated smoking areas are quite small and there are no proper tables, which makes it less comfortable to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink while smoking. It would greatly enhance the experience if the hotel could add some tables and make these areas a bit more inviting. In addition, the smoking areas are not cleaned as frequently as the rest of the hotel, which stands in contrast to the otherwise high standards on the property. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort there, the overall experience would be close to perfect. All in all, this is a very good hotel that I can highly recommend, especially because of the fantastic food, the great location, and the exceptionally friendly staff – with special thanks to Dennis for his outstanding service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at X10 Khaolak. The hotel is truly beautiful, with spacious and very comfortable rooms. The pools stretch all along the property through stunning tropical gardens, creating such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect — close enough to the town to walk there easily, yet far enough from the main road to enjoy complete tranquility and no noise. The two restaurants are both excellent, with delicious food and incredibly attentive staff who always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A special mention to: * **Oppor**, our favorite waitress, who looked after us so kindly throughout our stay. * **Remarc**, the best chef, who prepares fresh and delicious dishes every day. * **Holly**, the dancing queen, for her amazing 3pm show at the seaside restaurant — such great energy and fun! * And all the other team members whose names we may have forgotten, but who always brought a smile and created such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for these unforgettable holidays. We will definitely be back! 🌴✨

Wow I checked out 2 days ago and can not wait to come back . What an amazing TEAM of people . Me and my 2 sons enjoyed absolutely everything ! The seafood restaurant was just our absolute favourite ❤️ staff welcomed us remembering our preferences from our dinning ( my son doesn’t like tomatoes -my eldest would alwys order a sprite - I always started a meal with a cocktail !! It’s the little things that speak volume for customer care . I would also like to make a big mention to the kids club ladies my son called them his teachers 🙏❤️- everytime I turned up they were involved and playing with the children - smiling happy , calm - caring what a beautiful setting for the children and amazing role models . My son loved the children’s activities The rooms were clean - when ever we requested bottled water for the room - it was there within minuets— wow I am definitely coming back ! I also thank the manger as he come to see us in our first day personally to make sure everything was as we needed - a real personal approach and a proven example of their care and compassion for their guests. X My family thank you 🙏

Fantastic service! Our waitress ( Opoy ) was incredibly attentive and polite. I really loved the attention to detail, especially how beautifully the cutlery was arranged on the table. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommend!
