We had a wonderful stay at X10 Khao Lak with our 6-month-old baby. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Traveling with a baby can sometimes be challenging, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to support us. We also had a great experience with the hotel’s babysitting service. The nanny who took care of our baby for a few hours was professional, caring, and trustworthy, which gave us real peace of mind. Overall, we felt very relaxed and happy during our stay, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend X10 Khao Lak, especially for families traveling with young children.

This was our second stay at the X10 Khaolak Resort this year, and somehow it felt even more special than the first. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like coming back to a place that holds a piece of our heart. The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything is kept in perfect condition, yet still feels warm, natural, and inviting. The gardens are lush and peaceful, creating a sense of calm that stays with you throughout the day. The beach is stunning, wide and relaxing, though we did notice some ocean debris at times, which is of course beyond the hotel’s control. What stays with us most, however, is the people. Every single member of staff radiates kindness. It never felt like simple hospitality—it felt genuine, as if everyone truly cares about your experience. Whether at reception, in the restaurant, by the pool, or working quietly behind the scenes, there is a constant feeling of warmth, respect, and dedication. The food was once again unforgettable. Breakfast was a daily joy, with an abundance of choices—from traditional Thai dishes to fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, noodles, and so much more. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The juices deserve a special mention on their own; they were fresh, vibrant, and simply incredible. Lunch and dinner offered a wide variety of dishes from around the world, all prepared with care and consistency. But above all of this, there is one person we will always have in our hearts : Garfiw. It is rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting imprint on your heart. From the very first moment we saw him again, it felt like reuniting with family. His kindness is not something he performs—it is something he truly is. He has a way of making people feel seen, valued, and at ease without even trying. Every interaction with him carried warmth and sincerity. He always went far beyond what anyone could expect, not because he had to, but because he genuinely cares. You can see it in the way he speaks, the way he works, and the way he treats everyone around him—with respect, patience, and generosity. His drinks were not just delicious, but crafted with care, love and pride, as if each one mattered personally to him. And every single time, they came with his signature smile, which could brighten even the most tiring day. By the end of our stay, he had become so much more than someone we met on holiday. He felt like family. Saying goodbye was incredibly emotional, and even now, we carry a deep sense of gratitude for everything he did for us. Dear Big Brother Garfiw, thank you for your warmth, your laughter, and your heart. You made our stay not just beautiful, but meaningful in a way we will not forget. People like you are rare, and we feel so incredibly lucky to have met you and we can not wait to see you again We leave with full hearts and memories we will cherish for a long time.

Super amazing stay at X10! My family and I were happy with the quality of the rooms and all the facilities provided. Our room was on the reception side and so it was very quiet at night which was good. The hotel itself is also a walkable distance from the main street (although there is a shuttle bus service if you would like to go to the town). They have several swimming pools, and also host different activities (e.g. movies, traditional Thai dancing, bingo) every night. Special mention to the fire show on Saturday nights which was a must-watch for us! The staff here are also incredibly friendly, and will try everything they can to help you if you have an issue. When my family's luggage went missing, the hotel called the airport for us and provided regular updates on its location. Phumi, the head concierge, was especially helpful and assisted us through the entire process as we were unsure what to do ourselves. If you are looking for a family-friendly and fun place to stay, I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is excellent overall, with a fantastic location and truly outstanding food. The staff are incredibly friendly – I honestly have never met such kind people in a hotel before. What made my stay especially memorable was the service, particularly from an employee named Dennis, who is absolutely phenomenal. He takes care of everything, is always available, and really makes you feel looked after from morning to night. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved for guests who smoke. The designated smoking areas are quite small and there are no proper tables, which makes it less comfortable to sit, relax, and enjoy a drink while smoking. It would greatly enhance the experience if the hotel could add some tables and make these areas a bit more inviting. In addition, the smoking areas are not cleaned as frequently as the rest of the hotel, which stands in contrast to the otherwise high standards on the property. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort there, the overall experience would be close to perfect. All in all, this is a very good hotel that I can highly recommend, especially because of the fantastic food, the great location, and the exceptionally friendly staff – with special thanks to Dennis for his outstanding service.

We stayed at X10 Khao Lak for 6 nights as a family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, yet maintains a calm and pleasant atmosphere that makes it equally enjoyable for couples and other guests. The staff were always attentive, warm and professional. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The multiple pools are a real highlight – because there are so many, it never feels crowded and there is always a relaxed place to swim or unwind. The beach is stunning and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. The food at the hotel was excellent and even more affordable than some of the nearby restaurants, which was a very pleasant surprise. One small improvement could be a more frequent shuttle service, even just up to the main road. Overall, a fantastic resort that we would happily recommend and would love to return to.
