Our stay at The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa was truly relaxing and memorable. The resort is beautifully set along the bay, offering stunning sea and mountain views that instantly put you in holiday mode. The grounds are expansive, lush, and well maintained, making it easy to enjoy slow walks and peaceful moments throughout the day. The pools are a major highlight — spacious, clean, and never felt overcrowded. The rock pool and infinity-style areas were perfect for lounging, while still being family-friendly. Direct beach access is another plus, with calm waters and gorgeous sunsets that are ideal for evening strolls and photos. Our room was comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with the signature Westin Heavenly Bed living up to its name. While the property is more established than some newer resorts, everything was clean and well cared for, and the comfort more than made up for the mature décor. Choosing a sea-view room is highly recommended for the views alone. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options catering to different tastes, including Asian, Western, and healthier choices. Dining around the resort was convenient, and the relaxed atmosphere made every meal enjoyable. What truly stood out was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made the stay feel effortless and welcoming. Overall, The Westin Langkawi is ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and stress-free resort experience. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers where it matters most — service, comfort, location, and atmosphere. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

Fantastic place to relax and enjoy what Langkawi has on offer. A luxurious oasis with beautiful beach and well kept ground with a lot of greenery. Great choice of food, three cheers to chefs because the food is exceptionally tasty. And an extra shout for Chef Mahesh who helped me navigate gluten free diet at breakfast and cooked separate dishes to make sure I didn’t miss out on anything. Shimar Abdullah was also very helpful and welcoming. Overall very good service and in general great hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming throughout our visit. From check-in to check-out, they were always attentive, polite, and ready to help with a smile. Special shoutout to Konrad Ong, the Director of Sales and his team for the outstanding hospitality and support during our stay. Breakfast at Seasonal Taste was delightful, offering a great variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed dinner at Tide, the environment was relaxing, and the food was amazing. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We truly appreciate your excellent service and genuine hospitality!

We used to be regulars at this resort but took a break for a while when the rates became a little higher than what locals like us could comfortably afford. What keeps bringing us back are the people especially the long-serving staff. They are always warm, friendly, and their hospitality is exceptional. The resort itself is showing its age and really needs refurbishment. On our recent stay (with more reasonable rates this time), we noticed that not much has changed. That said, seeing some of the familiar old staff again made us very happy and it was heartwarming to be back. Special thanks to the Splash Pool team, you’re always so much fun!! Food and service at Tide were great, and the Taste breakfast was enjoyable with champagne served every morning. We even had a funny little “surprise visitor” this trip, a baby snake outside our door one morning 🐍. I got a big scare and jumped, and the baby snake got scared and jumped with me too! 😂😂 Luckily it slithered away quickly, and we laughed it off as part of the resort’s natural charm. Overall, it was a happy return. We really hope to see the resort refreshed and modernized soon, because the wonderful staff and service truly deserve a better setting.

The team was very attentive even before our arrival. Special thanks to Mr.Rafi, the Loyalty Manager, for his kind assistance and warm welcome, and to Mr.Wise for the smooth check-in. Though our room wasn’t ready at the official check-in time, we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar and soon settled in. Such a thoughtful gesture. The pools are amazing! The views and beach are beautiful and there are plenty of activities going on. While the building is a little dated, the room has been nicely touched up, and was clean and comfortable. The friendly staff and warm hospitality made our trip truly memorable - really recommend for families with children!
