Just spent a luxurious week at this hotel. I have visited hotel all over the world eg Malaysia Singapore Dubia, to name a few and in my opinion this hotel stands alongside these 5 star hotels. Room large comfortable with beds towels and mini bar changed and stocked every day. The food was outstanding with a large variety of choice. The drinks on offer on their all inclusive plus were branded and wide choice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and outdoor pool was heated and a pleasure to swim. The spa with sauna and Turkish bath we used nearly every day. There were many positives about this holiday too many to mention. Would highly recomend and go back

I’ve just come back from an absolutely unforgettable stay at the Titanic Hotel in Turkey, and I’m convinced it’s one of the best holiday spots on the planet. Everything felt five-star from the moment we arrived. The staff were beyond amazing… warm smiles, quick help with anything we needed, and a genuine kindness that made us feel completely at home. They truly know how to treat guests like VIPs. The sports facilities deserve their own round of applause. Whether it was diving into activities, hitting the gym, or enjoying the outdoor sport options, everything was world-class. So much choice, everything brilliantly maintained, and a buzzing atmosphere that made every day exciting. You can relax here, or you can get active and burn energy… the best of both worlds. The whole experience was seamless, fun, and packed with those little touches that make a holiday special. I will 100% be returning because one visit simply isn’t enough. Titanic Hotel Turkey, thank you for a brilliant stay. Already looking forward to the next one!

Guest Feedback During our stay, we encountered several issues that we feel should be brought to your attention: 1. Limited Food Availability The restaurants are only open for breakfast, lunch and supper, they close in the afternoon until 6:00 p.m. In the afternoon, only light snacks such as waffles, cakes, salads, and pide are available. As a result, there are no proper meal options during the afternoon or late evening, which caused inconvenience for my family wishing to dine outside regular meal hours. 2. Lack of Evening Entertainment We noted that there were no shows or entertainment provided in the evenings, only a poor singing band and DJ in one outside bar which made the atmosphere rather quiet compared to expectations for a resort stay. I suspect this is due to the time of year, and guests should be made aware of this before booking. 3. Housekeeping Standards Our room was not fully cleaned on a daily basis. For example, the rubbish bin was sometimes left full, suggesting that cleaning routines were not consistently maintained. 4. Children’s Facilities Several entertainment machines in the kids’ area were out of order. Additionally, the Kids Club did not appear to be properly supervised or engaging for the children. On one occasion, when we left our children there, half of the rooms were closed, and the children were left to wander while staff members were talking at reception. 5. Visitor Policy We were surprised by the hotel’s visitor policy, which only allows guests to stay for 30 minutes. We were charged €150 for a one-hour visit, even though our visitors did not use any facilities. Although we eventually received a €50 discount, we feel this policy and charge were unreasonable and poorly handled. For visitors just meeting guests and not using the facilities, this charge should be nominal. 6. Room service When we attempted to order room service, it appeared that the in-room telephone system was not functioning correctly. The attendant on the room service line was unable to hear me clearly. I contacted reception to explain the issue, and they transferred me back to room service; however, the problem persisted, and the attendant still could not hear me. In the end, I had to message the hotel via WhatsApp to place the order. This was a frustrating experience that could hopefully be improved for future guests. 7. The Hotel In general the hotel was relatively clean however it is starting to look tired, with stained carpets, broken doors (our room door was split and insecure), dark areas where light bulbs have not been replaced, missing tiles in the pool area, tied towels for the pool area to name some of the issues. Some re-investment is needed to bring the higher “Titanic” standard back to the hotel. We hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the guest experience in the future.

Was our second time to this lovely hotel. My self and my two boys (7 and 10) had a lovely time and they made friends with the guys from the entertainment place. The staff hotel was great and guest service was amazing when I needed help with food service go the room due to my kid being unwell. The kids club was amazing two and the girls are so lovely and the guy Andrei who organised a dat for us to go fishing so thank you so much 🙏 also the guy Omer who took our wonderful photos was a nice person who was so caring and friendly with my boys. The photos he made were the best. The housekeepers were amazing too always did a great job. Thanks you to all of you👏👏 I only have good thinks to say about this amazing experience at Titanic Deluxe Golf Belek ❤️

5 star facilities, 2 star customer service Have just spent 7 nights at the Titanic deluxe hotel in Belek and whilst there is much to recommend, the overall experience left us frustrated and underwhelmed. It is most definitely not a 5 star experience. The hotel is huge and and well laid out. Lots of swimming pools ( majority are open but unused in December). Inside pool at the spa is a good option. The bars are good and the Lobby bar was our favourite with excellent service and very good cocktails. The golf was very good (played Cullinan Aspendos, Cullinan Olympos and also the floodlit Cullinan Termessos (basically the back nine of each). The staff are super helpful. (Went out of their way arranging changes when one of our rounds was curtailed due to a massive thunderstorm). Food at the golf club is very good. On the negative side side, there was a ProAm competition most of the time we were there and play was horrendously slow meaning that tee times were pushed back by at least 30 mins and sometimes over an hour. Something to check before you book! At this time of year the hotel hosts conferences and these are very large (1400+ delegates) who all descend on the restaurant at the same time ! Food service is a lottery with long queues and lukewarm warm food by the time you’ve battled back to your table. Be aware that all food stations will be cleared away by 21:00 (I.e at 21:02 all service points were empty) not great if your tee time at golf was shifted back by an hour. You can complain but it won’t make any difference. Options in the main restaurant are repetitive so the initial excitement will have worn off by day 3 if you are eating lunch and dinners here. À la carte dining was no better, we were twice booked into the Italian but it was cancelled both days (@17:00) due to lack of bookings. No alternative was offered, so it was back to the battle of the main restaurant. If you need to engage with Guest services, you are doomed. We found them to be completely ineffectual. They make promises which they fail to deliver on. Or worse, offer you complimentary meals at an à la carte restaurant the next time you come! (Sorry about the poor service and our inability to fix it on this visit, come back again and we’ll let you eat at a restaurant we have failed to let you use twice this stay!!!) In summary, this is not a 5 star hotel, they fail spectacularly to get the basics of customer service correct. There are too many examples of failure to join the separate parts of customer experience which will ultimately leave you disappointed and frustrated. There are better hotels in the area.
