My husband and I stayed here for 3 days to celebrate my birthday, and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The view was stunning and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It was wonderful to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or at night while admiring the beautiful city skyline. The city lights at night were especially breathtaking. A special thank you to Sir Rodel at the reception for being so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The location is outstanding, just a few steps away from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore Dubai. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Ahmed at the reception, who was professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist. Housekeeping was also excellent. Whenever I requested anything, it was delivered within just a few minutes. The swimming pool and gym are both well-equipped and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh options suitable for all tastes and ages. The hotel also offers valet parking, which is very convenient if you have a car or if someone is visiting you. Everything exceeded my expectations. Considering its excellent location on Sheikh Zayed Road, overlooking the Museum of the Future, the price offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to the evening manager, who was absolutely awesome . He clearly knows his staff very well and leads the team with great professionalism and care. You can tell the staff enjoy working there because everyone was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Thank you so much ❤️💐

We had a wonderful stay at The Tower Plaza Hotel and would like to thank the entire team for making our visit so memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Olaitan for ensuring we had an exceptional dining experience, Great Breakfast selection. Kudos as well to Jagdish for always making sure our room needs were met promptly and with a smile. I also want to thank Angela for the thoughtful fruit platter. Unfortunately, I had planned to celebrate my birthday at the hotel and had brought my own cake, but it was damaged during the check in time, the bellboy unfortunately handled it sideways. When we raised the concern, the hotel team went above by surprising me with a small cake of their own. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture, and I truly appreciated everyone's efforts to make my birthday special. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The room itself was fantastic: spacious, elegant, and truly high-class. It was one of the highlights of our stay. The only area that could be improved is the swimming pool. It closes promptly at 6:00 PM, which felt quite early, and overall it didn't have the "wow" factor I was expecting. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you once again to everyone at Towers Plaza Hotel. 🙏
