My husband and I stayed here for 3 days to celebrate my birthday, and we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. The view was stunning and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It was wonderful to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or at night while admiring the beautiful city skyline. The city lights at night were especially breathtaking. A special thank you to Sir Rodel at the reception for being so accommodating, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. He made our experience even more memorable. We would definitely love to come back❤️

My mom and I had a weekend staycation at The Tower Plaza in Sheikh Zayed road and it's easily the highlight of our time in Dubai. We arrived with an efficient vallet parking service and was booked a cozy room with a beautiful view of iconic skyscrapers in Sheikh Zayed Road. In the span of 3 days and 2 nights, our rooms were kept well with cleanliness and maintenance from the housekeeping team and was able to talk to the welcoming staffs filled with hospitality. We had breakfast on both mornings and the food was diverse in flavor while still being familiar, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals as a buffet and was excited to be able to get more after. The swimming and gym was organized and with warm staffs to help us navigate our surroundings. Their pools were well cleaned and managed with notable features to kept our swimming sessions entertaining and fun. Their room services were delicious and flavourful, I'm sure their chefs knows what their doing. The lobby was classy and comforting, although we would have loved it more if the place was cooler during summer. And to wrap the experience further, we had memorable walks all around the hotel sightseeing the beautiful and electric buildings around us, especially the nearby Museum of the Future and the Emirates Twin Tower. Possibly the best located hotels here in Dubai. All around welcoming and memorable stay and our booking was well worth it. Highly recommend to both locals and tourists here, as it also has an easy location to navigate around since it's close to bus stops and a metro station. Will be coming back again for future staycations.

Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. The most serious issue was privacy. I activated the Do Not Disturb sign before leaving my room. When I returned, the room had been entered and cleaned, even though the Do Not Disturb sign was still illuminated and 100% active. This is completely unacceptable and should be investigated by management. The room was also not properly clean, especially the sofa. The bathroom hairdryer outlet was not working, and the small magnifying mirror was broken and would not stay in position. Check-in was also unnecessarily difficult because the booking was made through my friend’s account. Instead of offering a verification solution, I was simply told they could not help until we managed to change the guest name ourselves. The hotel was also not clear before booking that there are no smoking rooms. The ironing service takes around 24 hours because it is apparently handled outside the hotel. Finally, the pool location was very different from the impression given by the Booking.com photos; it is located in a separate/back building in an area that feels more like part of a parking structure. Overall, this experience was far below what I expected from a five-star hotel, especially regarding privacy, cleanliness, and service.
