I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to the evening manager, who was absolutely awesome . He clearly knows his staff very well and leads the team with great professionalism and care. You can tell the staff enjoy working there because everyone was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Thank you so much ❤️💐

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel it was my birthday 🎁(May 19). The rooms were clean, with a very nice view, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff (PREETI) were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, the facilities were excellent, and every detail contributed to a pleasant experience. I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Extremely worth everything! With preeti at the reception,Leah at the restaurant this hotel is the perfect get away from home. Pretty exudes warmth with a smile! She checked us in smoothly and we were lucky to get an upgrade what a beautiful view from 39th floor! Extremely beautiful. Leah at the restaurant welcomed us with a smile walked us in , invited us to enjoy the sumptuous meal that was prepared and wow,the food!very yummy very tasty lots of varieties!, and still asked us how the meal was (very important aspect of F &B). What a menu! Everyone had a taste of everything!,the waitress and waiter on the morning shift of 26th may 2026 was very kind (forgot her name but she must be nepali she was the only waitress ) very helpful . The restaurant manager was up and down looking around helping us all fit in comfortably. The dessert section was the best I have had in any hotel/restaurant in dubai that was 5* service! This hotel is worth every penny I will surely come back the buffet, breakfast and staff had me on that Must come back! Tower plaza hotel won my heart!👌👌🫶🏾🫶🏾

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. All of the staff were kind and polite, which made our memories of Dubai even more wonderful. The front desk staff kindly used Google Translate to communicate with us since we are not very good at English, and they also allowed us to check in earlier than expected. The breakfast buffet was luxurious and absolutely satisfying. We were especially impressed by William’s excellent service. Thank you very much!

I stayed at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai and overall had a good experience. The location is very good, everything is easy to reach, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing — very kind, helpful, and welcoming during the stay. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable sofa and even an office desk, which is perfect if you need to work during your trip. The washroom is also big and comfortable. The only problem I faced was the hot water. The water was cold, which made it difficult to take a shower. When I called reception, a staff member came and told me to keep the water running for 20 minutes. For me, this is honestly not acceptable because it wastes a lot of water, and even after doing that, the water still didn’t get hot. Instead of wasting water, I believe the hotel should find a proper solution by fixing or changing the heater. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the location, cleanliness, and wonderful staff — but the hot water issue definitely needs improvement.
