We stayed at The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai from 21–25 January with our family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and spectacular, we were staying on the 60th floor, and the view was truly breathtaking. Waking up to that skyline every day was unforgettable. The location is perfect, right on Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Dubai. We could easily walk around the area and even reach Burj Khalifa, which made exploring the city so convenient. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and everything was delicious and high quality. Dining with those beautiful views made the experience even more special. The staff, from the restaurant team to reception and housekeeping, were simply amazing. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We were extremely happy with everything and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai and would like to share my experience. The room cleanliness was excellent (5/5). Komal Madam from housekeeping was very polite and ensured the room was neat and clean throughout my stay. Mr. Raza from the front office team was also very helpful and supportive during my visit. Overall, the stay was good. The food was enjoyable and the hotel’s location is very convenient. However, I was disappointed with how the hotel handled my situation when my flight was cancelled due to the current circumstances. I informed the hotel in the morning on the day of my checkout that my flight had been cancelled. When I returned to the hotel later, my room access had already been removed and all my belongings were locked inside the room. When I requested to extend my stay, the staff asked me to make the payment first before they would reactivate my room access. I agreed and paid for the extension, and I stayed for two additional days. Despite explaining that my rescheduled flight was at 9:40 PM on the day of my final checkout, the hotel still asked me to vacate the room by 2:00 PM and did not allow any further extension. Considering the circumstances of cancelled flights and being stranded in Dubai, I expected more flexibility and support from the hotel. Apart from this situation, the overall stay experience was good, but this incident was quite disappointing.

Solid stay. If you’re checking in late in the night like between 1-3am you have a higher likely hood of receiving a free upgrade to the penthouse floor. Happened to me, and also to another random lady as I was eavesdropping :P Super solid room and the breakfast was phenomenal. A bushel was a huge gentlemen during the check in and throughout my stay. Also, I highly recommend the perfume shop downstairs. Hashem is a pro and took good care of me. Very solid unique and fragrant scents and oils.

I stayed at Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai and overall had a good experience. The location is very good, everything is easy to reach, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were amazing — very kind, helpful, and welcoming during the stay. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable sofa and even an office desk, which is perfect if you need to work during your trip. The washroom is also big and comfortable. The only problem I faced was the hot water. The water was cold, which made it difficult to take a shower. When I called reception, a staff member came and told me to keep the water running for 20 minutes. For me, this is honestly not acceptable because it wastes a lot of water, and even after doing that, the water still didn’t get hot. Instead of wasting water, I believe the hotel should find a proper solution by fixing or changing the heater. Overall, a pleasant stay thanks to the location, cleanliness, and wonderful staff — but the hot water issue definitely needs improvement.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s dining experience at 61st view restaurant. The food was excellent — the salads were fresh and beautifully presented, the soup was warm and flavorful, and every dish was prepared with great attention to detail. The Valentine’s decorations created a lovely romantic atmosphere that made the evening even more special. A special mention to Lea, who assisted and entertained us throughout the evening with a very professional and welcoming approach. Her attentiveness and excellent customer service truly enhanced our experience. Highly recommended for special occasions. We will definitely come back!
