⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Even Better People! We had such a great experience, and a huge part of it was because of the incredible staff! A special shout-out to Miguel, Ignacio, Marcos, and Rosario at the pool area. These guys were absolutely amazing! They always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Before we could even think about needing something, somehow they were already there 😂. Great service, great personalities, always smiling, joking around, and making us feel like family instead of just guests. They definitely made our days by the pool even better. Honestly, we’re not sure if we came to relax by the pool or just to hang out with them! 😂🍹 Also, a big thank you to Alan at Helios Restaurant. Amazing service, very attentive, friendly, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect. He really made our dining experience special. People like Miguel, Ignacio, Marcos, Rosario, and Alan are what make a vacation memorable. Great service is one thing, but making guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for is something different — and they absolutely did that. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely remember you and hope to see you all again on our next visit! 🙌🌴🍹

Partner and I have been here three times now and it's always fantastic. Even though we couldn't go in the ocean at all this week, and there was rain a few days, we still had a great time. The restaurants can be hit or miss (we would avoid the French restaurant, the Italian is okay), but most of the meat-focused restaurants are good. El Gaucho has been hands-down our favorite, and Helio's is literally our favorite breakfast spot in the world - healthy (I usually have meats and cheeses and fresh fruit alongside yogurt w fruit, but there are plenty of less-healthy but delicious treats), incredibly tasty, really good coffee, etc. The pools and bars are great, and if you can speak any Spanish at all, the staff seem to really appreciate it. That leads to the best part about this place - the people here are *awesome*. The service - from the beaches to the pools to the restaurants, etc - is absolutely 10/10 and has been every single time, and is a big part of why we come back (and will continue to do so). Huge shout out to the Pool Butler Enrique C. - he remembered us from our last trip (as did a few others!) and made every trip to the beach - a mostly-daily occurance - an absolute pleasure. One of the highlights of the trip. Arjelia at the La Terazza bar was also fantastic and we had some great conversations.

Love this resort and have been there 2 years in a row and would go back again. The entire resort is very clean and the service is OUTSTANDING. We really appreciate Mitch and Enrique from the check in at the TRS. They are so kind, friendly, and so helpful. It was such a great experience walking into the lobby and seeing familiar faces who remembered my family by name from our previous visit. I also want to mention how great the food and service was at the TRS Italian Restaurant (Teatazione), especially the server Lois. He was amazing !!. Can’t wait until next summer to go to the TRS again.

TRS Staff is amazing and accommodating. The TRS Golf cart people are amazing. Many thanks to Uriel, Islas, and Hector that made it a point to remember our names and always say hello and good bye. The restaurant staff, especially Antonio, made my birthday the best day ever with our private dinner. He then invited us to join him at the french restaurant La Boheme. Amazing food and service. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Paola and Samuel for being our villa butler staff and for always making sure our stay was perfect.

Although my stay was last March for a wedding, I realized I never took the time to leave a review—and I absolutely had to because our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, every detail exceeded expectations. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable, the food was outstanding, and the level of service throughout our stay was truly impressive. I especially wanted to recognize David Galicia from the bell staff. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Small gestures and great service make such a difference, and David helped make our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. Even months later, we still talk about what a fantastic stay it was. Highly recommend!
