⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Even Better People! We had such a great experience, and a huge part of it was because of the incredible staff! A special shout-out to Miguel, Ignacio, Marcos, and Rosario at the pool area. These guys were absolutely amazing! They always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Before we could even think about needing something, somehow they were already there 😂. Great service, great personalities, always smiling, joking around, and making us feel like family instead of just guests. They definitely made our days by the pool even better. Honestly, we’re not sure if we came to relax by the pool or just to hang out with them! 😂🍹 Also, a big thank you to Alan at Helios Restaurant. Amazing service, very attentive, friendly, professional, and always made sure everything was perfect. He really made our dining experience special. People like Miguel, Ignacio, Marcos, Rosario, and Alan are what make a vacation memorable. Great service is one thing, but making guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for is something different — and they absolutely did that. Thank you guys for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely remember you and hope to see you all again on our next visit! 🙌🌴🍹

Partner and I have been here three times now and it's always fantastic. Even though we couldn't go in the ocean at all this week, and there was rain a few days, we still had a great time. The restaurants can be hit or miss (we would avoid the French restaurant, the Italian is okay), but most of the meat-focused restaurants are good. El Gaucho has been hands-down our favorite, and Helio's is literally our favorite breakfast spot in the world - healthy (I usually have meats and cheeses and fresh fruit alongside yogurt w fruit, but there are plenty of less-healthy but delicious treats), incredibly tasty, really good coffee, etc. The pools and bars are great, and if you can speak any Spanish at all, the staff seem to really appreciate it. That leads to the best part about this place - the people here are *awesome*. The service - from the beaches to the pools to the restaurants, etc - is absolutely 10/10 and has been every single time, and is a big part of why we come back (and will continue to do so). Huge shout out to the Pool Butler Enrique C. - he remembered us from our last trip (as did a few others!) and made every trip to the beach - a mostly-daily occurance - an absolute pleasure. One of the highlights of the trip. Arjelia at the La Terazza bar was also fantastic and we had some great conversations.

The best bartenders on the resort are at Bar Aurum - Luis and Mario are phenomenal. Very personable, great and knowledgeable, and they make phenomenal cocktails! They remember you after the first visit, they remember what you want and have the premium liquor. If you come visit here, you have to visit them, they are the best!!! They work from 3-11 pm each night. We even recognized them to their manager Ronald who was also very pleasant. Thank you Luis and Mario for a great experience!!!!

The employees are really dedicated to you, butler service is an actual plus, not just lip service. A la carte restaurants meals are just great. They are all high class, I especially really enjoyed food at El Gaucho, and even more at La Boheme where we had the pleasure to be served by the very dedicated Jose. Jorge, el capitan de La Boheme is really engaged in satisfying his customers as he comes to the tables to chat with clients and ensuring the service is higher than expected, he will talk to you in many languages. Kudos. Not to be forgotten, Helios Beach restaurant is really pleasant, simple and great with an infinite choice of buffet meals, plus a la carte. TRS Staff is amazing and accommodating. The TRS Golf cart people are amazing. Many thanks to Uriel, Islas, and Hector that made it a point to remember our names and always say hello and good bye. The restaurant staff, especially Antonio, made my birthday the best day ever with our private dinner. He then invited us to join him at the french restaurant La Boheme. Amazing food and service. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Paola and Samuel for being our villa butler staff and for always making sure our stay was perfect.
