We got back from our honeymoon here a few days ago and WOW. Probably the best experience me and my husband have ever had! A hidden gem in my opinion. A lot of resorts we looked at seemed too modernized, and we really wanted something with the traditional feel of Mexico, and this one did just that. The food was great and the service was amazing. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the different entertainment each night along with the fresh churros! The beach was beautiful and I loved all the different pools. The go team was hilarious, and fun! We stayed for a week in the emerald suite and genuinely didn’t want to leave. Could not recommend the Valentin Imperial enough!😌

What a vacation. The Valentine was more than what we expected It started out getting met at the door with a cold compress that was well needed then from there it just went up. After a slight delay we were taken to our room and it was great comfortable beds nice cool room. The Restaurants were great we loved Ginger and the French restaurant. We stayed mostly at the senior pool our server was Virginia and she was a gem couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of our needs from drinks to food. Only suggestion on the senior pool is it needs stairs to walk into the pool kind of hard to get in and out for an old fat man. The grounds were fantastic so well kept. And the people were the best part so kind and helpful. We will be back for sure. Thanks to all the people this is one place we were treated like family.

This was our first time at an all inclusive but There is not one thing I can think of that I would change about this resort, everything from the food, service and guests was perfect for our vacation. Everyone was respectful and very attentive to our wants / needs. The churro cart and food trucks are a must all the food is amazing! The emerald suite was well worth the money and was like a dream! We will be returning in the future for sure as this will be our new vacation spot!

Very beautiful hotel with amazing service and hospitality. The food was delicious and great variety of restaurants. They were very good for being on top of cleaning around your schedule and making sure you have everything you need. We had the swim up room and the golden pool was more relaxed vibes and the main pool was where the party was at. Favourite restaurant was for sure Italian. I would recommend the pesto pasta.

This is our 11th time here. Everything is wonderful as usual. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Very friendly and hospitable. We love the resturant choices. Ginger is by far or favorite. The food trucks at the pool are a great addition. Activities around the pool are so much fun. Plaza at night is a lot of fun with drinks and entertainment. Pool was very fun and we had a good drinks. I spent my beautiful 69th birthday 🎂 and was excellent 👌 See you in April for our 12th visits and we will bring more friends 🧡
