I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and perfectly designed for relaxation. If you’re looking for an adult, peaceful escape away from traffic, city noise, and daily stress, this is definitely the place to be. The light music, serene surroundings, and overall ambiance make it ideal for unwinding and enjoying quality time. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding support from the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Amira and Inka at reception for their warm welcome and professionalism. Duty Manager Hesham was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, and Imane was equally kind and helpful throughout the stay. Their genuine care and hospitality truly elevate the experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those seeking a calm and refined getaway. I also suggest becoming a member to take advantage of their excellent offers and discounts — it’s absolutely worth it!

Staying at voco Dubai Monaco Heart of Europe by IHG in Dubai Islands was a truly unique experience. Arriving by boat jetty from Dubai Canal set the mood instantly. The Island feel like a real getaway. It felt like an escape right from the start. We received a warm welcome with drinks on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The resort is massive and perfect for long afternoon walks while chasing sunsets. Our room, a 2 Twin Premium Garden View, was clean and well organized. The balcony view overlooking the pool was relaxing and breathtaking. The wide swimming pool was another highlight. The water was warm and evening swims were perfect. We also really enjoyed the complimentary ice cream. My only feedback is for the front desk. The service felt less welcoming and I had to find out a lot of information myself. As IHG members, we expected a priority check-in to make arrival faster and more convenient, but we ended up waiting in the regular queue.Overall, we loved our 2 nights staycation on the island. Beautiful setting, great amenities, and a memorable arrival. Just a bit more warmth at reception would make it perfect.

Everything was perfect except for our experience at La Brasserie. It took 15 minutes for the staff to bring us the menu, even after we tried to get their attention three times. It also took almost an hour for our food to be served, only for us to find out later that they were offering a buffet as well. However, the food they served was delicious. I also felt discriminated against at the beachfront buffet area. The African staff member at the soda station asked to see my wristband, but I noticed that he did not ask the same of an Arab lady. This made me feel uncomfortable and treated differently. On a positive note, I loved the entertainment. The performances were enjoyable and added greatly to our overall experience. Despite the issues mentioned above, we had a pleasant stay.
