I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and perfectly designed for relaxation. If you’re looking for an adult, peaceful escape away from traffic, city noise, and daily stress, this is definitely the place to be. The light music, serene surroundings, and overall ambiance make it ideal for unwinding and enjoying quality time. What made the experience even more special was the outstanding support from the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Amira and Inka at reception for their warm welcome and professionalism. Duty Manager Hesham was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, and Imane was equally kind and helpful throughout the stay. Their genuine care and hospitality truly elevate the experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those seeking a calm and refined getaway. I also suggest becoming a member to take advantage of their excellent offers and discounts — it’s absolutely worth it!

We stayed at the Voco Monaco from December 26, 2025 to January 5, 2026, over New Year's Eve and my birthday. After a long flight and a very long journey, we arrived on the island quite exhausted. The transfer worked perfectly, punctually and without any problems. After some initial issues with our room reservation, which was exclusively confirmed by the hotel chain's management, we had to move rooms again on the second day. However, the initial stress quickly disappeared, because it wasn't until the next morning that we realized what a paradise we had landed in 🌴🌊☀️. The friendliness and warmth throughout the entire hotel was truly wonderful! A special mention goes to the ENTIRE TEAM of 'La Brasserie'! We've traveled all over the world and been to Dubai many times, but the FRIENDLINESS here is WORLD CLASS! 👏🏼💯 A huge compliment and greetings also to our colleague 'Minth', who always brought a smile to our faces! 👍🏼🙂 Likewise, special greetings to Daniela 🎷 She played so WONDERFULLY! 👌🏼💯 Thank you also for the special "happy birthday" on my birthday! New Year's Eve/night at the Voco was FANTASTIC; the entire hotel team conjured up a fantastic program and food! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 In short: we will be back 100%! Dear Team, I would like to bring to your notice my extremely disappointing experience at voco Monaco Dubai. I had booked the Love in Dubai package to celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary, expecting it to be a memorable and special occasion. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be the complete opposite. Firstly, there was nothing special about the package. It was treated just like a normal booking, and there were no arrangements or efforts made to make the celebration feel special despite the occasion being clearly mentioned. Secondly, the food quality was very poor. The food served was cold and had an unpleasant smell. Shortly after eating, I started feeling unwell, which completely ruined the experience for me and my friend . Additionally, I had originally booked the 7:00 PM return ferry, but we ended up taking the earliest ferry at 2:00 PM because we simply could not continue our stay due to the poor experience. Considering the total amount spent — around AED 2,400 for the package and approximately AED 1,000 more on drinks for just one visit for four people — the experience was extremely disappointing. The pricing felt highly unjustified given the quality of service, food, and overall cleanliness of the place. This was meant to be a special celebration for my 10th wedding anniversary, but sadly it turned out to be one of the worst experiences. I sincerely hope the management reviews this matter seriously and provides an appropriate response regarding this issue. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards,

I had an excellent stay at this hotel, and I would like to especially thank Miran for her outstanding assistance and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, Miran was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always ready to help with a smile and genuine care. Her dedication truly made a big difference in my experience and made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself was wonderful clean, well-organized, and very comfortable but the exceptional service provided by Miran is what truly stood out. She is a great example of what excellent customer service should be. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay. Thanks again to Miran and the entire team for such a memorable experience.

As someone who is always staying in different hotels and doing reviews, my expectations are usually quite high. This time, we decided to visit voco Monaco Dubai and give it a try and I can confidently say they did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. A very special thanks to AIKA at the check-in counter who went above and beyond to make sure our stay would be perfect. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made us feel valued as guests, and that kind of service truly makes a difference. About the room it was simple, clean, and comfortable. Exactly what we expected. Sometimes simplicity is all you need to fully relax, and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was cozy, the ambiance was calm, and it was the perfect space to unwind. The pool area was spotless, the beach was clean and beautiful, and the overall vibe of the hotel is just amazing. It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere. The restaurants served really good food, and we were impressed with the quality and presentation. The staff from the bar team to the breakfast team and everyone in between — were friendly, attentive, and professional. You can really feel the positive energy around the property. The only downside during our stay was dinner at La Rive. The food itself was good, but unfortunately, the service was slow and not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I hope they consider hiring more staff to better accommodate guests during busy hours, because the restaurant has great potential. Overall, our stay was a solid 9/10. It was wonderful, relaxing, and memorable. Huge thanks again to the amazing team especially AIKA! If you’re staying there, don’t forget to say hi to her 😊 And YES for sure, we will be going back to this wonderful hotel! 🌴✨
