We spent a wonderful day at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah, and the experience was made even more special by the exceptional hospitality of Raghu, Borzo, and Aziz at the pool. All three were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure we felt welcome and well looked after throughout our visit. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made our day even more enjoyable. It’s always the people who make the biggest difference, and these three gentlemen are a perfect example of the hospitality you would expect from a Waldorf Astoria. A big thank you to Raghu, Borzo, and Aziz! Keep up the fantastic work. We will definitely be looking forward to visiting again!

Takes approx 15min to get off the island to go anywhere. Other than that, it was amazing. Absolutely recommend. Breakfast Buffett was extensive, adult pool was temperature controlled on our really hot week we were there, the beach was clean, attendants super friendly, reception desk is warm and welcome! The service was outstanding. Between the housekeeping friendliness and the details of the restaurants personalization and quality, I would absolutely recommend. The room was very big, closet included which was very helpful.

I have had many interactions with various staff members, and I would like to mention Ifran from room service who was very helpful and amazing not only he brought my late night order he also prepared the tea for me. Even though it was small jester however I really appreciate the impeccable attention to every guest’s need. I will definitely be back and always choose Waldorf Astoria as my home away from home.
