We stayed at Wonders Beach Boutique Hotel for one night on a half-board basis. Overall, it was an average experience. The hotel is small, cozy, clean, and has a lovely boutique feel. Check-in was smooth, the staff were welcoming, and our Suite room was spacious and well maintained. The pool area overlooking the sea is beautiful, especially at sunset, although the beach itself is quite rocky and not ideal for swimming. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights, offering a good variety of options. There were a few downsides. The shower temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold, which was quite frustrating, and the sea view from our room was partially obstructed by other buildings. The waiters were friendly and attentive throughout our dinner, but while the garlic bread was excellent, the rest of the meal was fairly average and didn't quite meet our expectations. Overall, it's a pleasant boutique hotel for couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway, with plenty of photo opportunities. We'd recommend giving it a try, although we felt it was slightly overpriced for the overall experience.

This is a lovely, well maintained and very clean boutique hotel with very nice pool and a small beach. Unfortunately the water at the beach is too shallow for swimming, but the beautiful public Mont Choisy beach is just a 5-minute walk away. The rooms with private pool are stunning, spacious, very stylish and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a good selection. The lunch and dinner menu is appropriate for a smaller hotel and offers a great selection of seafood, meat and a few local dishes. I had the local dishes regularly and thought they were very tasty. The main pool is quite large for a boutique hotel and with a beautiful view of the sea. On the whole the service was ok, just one of the receptionists could have been a bit more welcoming. The other one was very polite and friendly though. There is a great souvenir shop, a small supermarket and a very nice coffee shop within walking distance of the hotel.

chose Mauritius for my 50th birthday, I was alone because I wanted just relax and it was perfection ❤️  I was treated like a princess! It’s an elegant new cosy hotel to the beach, where Mr Kunal together with the amazing girls Vanisha, Danishes and Deeksha will welcome you, at the reception, at your arrival with all the informations you need to know and they will be always there to help you with any issues. It’s much better to book the excursions directly with them at the hotel or even before your arrival contacting them through email, as I did. Then at the restaurant Mr Shakti, Mr Lucia, Anisa and Rai will give you the best tip for choosing the meal and also for tasting the best cocktails. The menu is à la carte, only for breakfast you have a buffet and I tell you, it is nice for lunch and for dinner to order from the menu, especially when it’s full of great dishes. I’m Italian, I know good food and they have a very good cuisine, national and international. There is a nice gentle Indian guy, unfortunately I forgot the name, who can cook very good spicy omelettes every day. The restaurant is in front of the beach and beside the pool, where there is a very elegant atmosphere. The hotel is not big, but it’s 5 stars, the best place to have a real relax far away from stress. The beach in front of the hotel it’s very pretty but small, the strategic thing is that you can walk fews minutes to reach two big white sand beaches, on the right side the one of Mon Choisy and on the left side the one of Troy aux Biches. My room was big and with the sea view ❤️ and the evening of my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious birthday cake, so touching! I hope to be back soon.

Overall, we had a quiet weekend during our stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, which we generally appreciate. Unfortunately, on our last night, we had very noisy neighbours in the room next to us. We stayed for 2 nights and the experience was okay overall, but nothing particularly special or worthy of a true 5-star experience. Since it is a small boutique hotel, there were not many staff members around to guide guests, so we mostly had to find our own way around the property. The room itself was nice and comfortable, although the view was disappointing as it mostly overlooked rooftops rather than something more pleasant or scenic. What disappointed us the most was the way an issue at the bar was handled. During dinner the previous day, we had ordered a Virgin Piña Colada but were mistakenly charged for the alcoholic version instead. When we later pointed out the mistake, Kajal, the waitress, handled the situation politely and professionally. She listened carefully and genuinely tried to help resolve the issue. Rai was present at the bar at that moment, although he had not served us originally. Unfortunately, his attitude towards the situation felt very cold and unbothered, as though we were disturbing him by bringing up the problem. In front of us, he said in a dismissive tone that nothing could be done there and that we should go to reception to sort it out ourselves. This is not the level of service or professionalism we would expect from a 5-star hotel employee. Despite that, Kajal remained respectful and assured us she would inform reception so we would only be charged for the Virgin Piña Colada we had actually ordered. We truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. In the end, for me and my husband, the experience felt more like a 3-star superior or barely a 4-star stay. We have visited many hotels before, and unfortunately this one ended on a disappointing note.

Worst Experience ever. Very bad customer service, food was not good. From arrival to departure, we were treated very poorly. Is this the kind service that we Mauritians get? Very disappointed. Staffs were not welcoming and very rude. We came here to enjoy but ended being more stressed. It was supposed to be an all inclusive but the cocktails were like mocktails or more like "sugary drinks" instead of flavoury drinks. No snacking before lunch or to accompany our drinks. During tea time, the advert said pancakes and fritters. But only pancakes were available. The list is too long. Really disappointing.
