We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in this hotel and our experience was indeed wonderful. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Also, we like to commend the housekeeping staff for their outstanding services in our whole trip. Special mention to Niraj and Bimala for extending their creativity and thoughtfulness to give my son a special birthday arrangement in the room same with the urban bar and kitchen staff for singing happy birthday to my son on his special day serving him a piece of cake where he was able to blow a candle. Thank you to Wyndham Staff and Crew for giving us a memorable stay and experience.❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, and the location with its private beach access was perfect. A special thank you to Karina at reception for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. The biggest highlight of our stay was Nathaniel and the breakfast team. Nathaniel's kindness, genuine hospitality, and fantastic recommendations made every morning a pleasure. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious every day, with a great variety and outstanding service. It's the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team here certainly did that. Thank you for making our first trip to Dubai so special. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend Wyndham Residences The Palm!

We stayed a full month at the Wyndham Residences as a family and we were totally wowed by our experience. The staff are incredible. So thoughtful and eager to make every day special. To maintain such a high standard for a full month is no easy feat but they exceeded our expectations, welcoming us with a warm smile every day. Special mentions: We really want to thank the staff at breakfast. They went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. Even in busier periods, they handled us with care and special attention to our needs. Nathaniel is an absolute delight and an asset to the team; he manages the service with such ease, the vibes are always positive when he is around. Thank you to the the rest of the staff, Valentine, Sumana, Mita, Preyanka, Keit, Jeevan, Mae and Kratik - you are all extremely hardworkers and seeing your lovely smiles each morning was one of the highlights of our stay. Housekeeping were responsive and courteous, thank you to Halima for all your help. We were truly blown away by the consistently excellent friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They truly are worth their weight in gold and they are a big reason for our plan to return!

Our stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm was disappointing and did not feel like a true 5-star experience. The service was one of the biggest letdowns. Some of the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. A luxury hotel should make every guest feel welcome and valued. The pool experience was also inconvenient. Since the pool is shared with another hotel, there are designated loungers and benches that Wyndham guests are not allowed to use. We also had to collect a pool voucher every single time we wanted to access the pool, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. These restrictions take away from the relaxing resort experience. Breakfast was another area that fell short. The selection was quite limited, and as first-time guests, no one explained that freshly cooked egg dishes could be ordered. It’s a small detail, but these thoughtful touches and clear communication can make a significant difference to a guest’s overall experience. While the rooms and location were decent, the overall stay lacked the level of service, attention to detail, and seamless experience expected from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, it did not live up to its rating.

We had an unforgettable stay, and I genuinely want to thank the incredible team who made these days so special for our family. Pryanka, Nathen, Tin, Sumana, and Valentine were absolutely amazing with the kids and treated us with so much kindness, patience, and care. You can immediately feel when people truly love what they do, and it showed every single day. A special thank you to Noufal, who was simply the best, along with Saber and the wonderful lady at the front desk for always helping with a smile and making everything smooth and welcoming. Also, big appreciation to Titus, the security team, and the valet staff for their professionalism, warmth, and constant support throughout our stay. And honestly, respect to the HR team and hotel management for building such an exceptional team. Great service does not happen by accident. It comes from good people, good leadership, and genuine care. Everything was perfect. Thank you for giving us unforgettable days and memories we will truly cherish.
