We had an amazing family stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm, and it was truly a memorable experience. We celebrated Nina's 9th birthday here, and she absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We especially loved the private beach access and the swimming pool, which were perfect for children and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful breakfast experience during our two mornings at the hotel. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the service was exceptional. We would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Surendra and Mr. Titus for their outstanding hospitality. The beautiful beach views, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent facilities made our family getaway unforgettable.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in this hotel and our experience was indeed wonderful. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Also, we like to commend the housekeeping staff for their outstanding services in our whole trip. Special mention to Niraj and Bimala for extending their creativity and thoughtfulness to give my son a special birthday arrangement in the room same with the urban bar and kitchen staff for singing happy birthday to my son on his special day serving him a piece of cake where he was able to blow a candle. Thank you to Wyndham Staff and Crew for giving us a memorable stay and experience.❤️

We booked this hotel for a family treat—five adults and two children—and the experience was disappointing from the start. The hotel is inside a residential complex, so it doesn’t feel like a hotel: the entrance is difficult to identify, and there’s no clear lobby atmosphere. Check-in took more than an hour, even though the hotel didn’t seem particularly busy. The staff were trying to help, but many looked visibly exhausted, which left me concerned about how long their shifts might be. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished, and the TVs were good. Unfortunately, the air conditioning kept cutting out and then restarting, which was especially frustrating at night. Dining was another letdown. The hotel’s restaurant-bar had no dinner buffet and offered a very limited set menu, with extra charges for some items. We also tried the restaurant at the neighbouring twin hotel, but we didn’t feel welcome and felt that hotel guests were given priority. The pool arrangements were odd, too. We were told that hotel guests could only sit in one corner near the food truck, while the other pool areas were reserved for residents of the complex. We paid a considerable amount for a family stay, but the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price. The apartment had potential, but the check-in, air conditioning, dining and pool arrangements made this a poor choice for a family treat.

We enjoyed a 1 night staycation at Wyndham Residence the Palm, Dubai. It is a Beautiful resort, they have wonderful facilities (pool and beach) we enjoyed a relaxing pool day. They serve food at the pool bar and restaurant with variety of drinks and dishes from burgers to fish, steak and chicken dishes. We had breakfast and dinner at UBK they serve a large variety of dishes any time if the day. Service and quality of the food is excellent. We'd like to recognize the wonderful service of Daniyal at the pool restaurant, Karina and Diana at the reception, Surindran at concierge and Titus from housekeeping. Thanks for the whole team for the wonderful service!

Another amazing stay! We keep coming back because this hotel truly feels like a home away from home. The staff is always welcoming, generous, and genuinely friendly, making every visit special. A special thank you to Karina from front desk for such a warm welcome and for making us feel so valued from the moment we arrived. And a big shoutout to Nathaniel from the F&B team—his outstanding service, kindness, and attention to detail made our experience even more enjoyable. Exceptional hospitality every single time.
