Expected more from this hotel . Before booking everyone should know that it is located 2 to 2:30 minutes away from the Antalya airport , it is a small hotel not as large as it looks in the pictures , and the food choice is very limited , it is far away from everything, the bazaars , the medical facilities in case of emergencies, nothing is close to the hotel . The staff spoke English very little to not at all , i believe it should be mandatory for the staff to be highly knowledgeable of the language because of the foreign visitors . We needed medical assistance from the "24/7 doctor" located in the hotel , which by the way asks you to go to his clinic and pay hundreds dollars for a check up of any sort , 2 people came with an ambulance and pressured me to go to the clinic because my health insurance "will pay for it" , but i wasn't even insured of that....? The electricity in our room went off 3 times during the 2 last days of our stay , the staff brought a technician but never cared to look after what was causing the electricity to go off. The beach was very poorly kept with big rocks on the sand , it would be nice if the hotel invested in the beach and paid much more attention to it . During my 7 day stay very little amount of seafood was served , not sushi , but grilled fish . I would like to have more seafood varieties. The pools are very small , not very practical to the large number of visitors . The loudly played music at the pool from 10 am to 11pm made it impossible to relax . When it was the ice cream time which was very limited the line of the people waiting was so long that some people couldn't even wait in line for it , the same goes for the drinks . Overall i would not recommend this hotel for an all inclusive holiday in Turkey.

I do not recommend it to anyone. I rate the hotel a maximum of ***. Several of us went we rented 4 rooms. There was a sewer smell in one of the rooms, we reported it several times but they couldn't fix it. The elevator was not working properly, we got stuck twice. We indicated several times that we needed a blanket and we got one! The food was raw and tasteless, we couldn't find a free seat several times. The drink selection does not meet the ***** standard! The temperature of the indoor pools was not suitable for swimming.

Lovely hotel, all staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived, we couldn’t fault it. The maintenance man (very good English, from London) always came and chatted to us every day to ensure we was all okay, and if we needed anything he would accommodate where he could. The holiday as a whole and the hospitality has been lovely! I would recommend ☺️ Only feed back I would give is the buffet restaurant, the food needs to be labelled more, to cater for those with allergies (I have a nut allergy so I have to be careful with what I eat)

Having a lovely holiday here, I would very much recommend it. the staff have been incredible and the hotel has been immaculate. The waffles were incredible and the ice cream with them was delicious. The entire experience has been absolutely lovely with all the staff being very accommodating and friendly. We have had gorgeous weather the entire time. The guest relations manager and the love holidays team have been brilliant and the bar staff have been exceptional. All round an amazing holiday and a perfect honeymoon.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had – avoid at all costs! I booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but reality was a complete disaster from start to finish. Food: The pictures online are a lie. The food was cheap, repetitive, and disgusting. Day one: pasta. Day two: the same pasta with some meat thrown in. Desserts were awful, fruits limited to apples and pears. No seafood at all during the week – until the last day, when they finally served sushi that looked so pitiful it was almost laughable (see photo). Cutlery was dirty, with food leftovers stuck on forks and knives. Juices were like syrup mixed with tap water, coffee machines filthy and coffee tasted like mud. Atmosphere & Night Rest: Forget about peace and quiet. Every night people were drunk, screaming, fighting, music blasting, and endless noise from the highway. It felt like trying to sleep in a metro station. Staff & Service: The staff were unfriendly, looking at guests as if we were walking wallets. Hotel overcrowded, no chance to find a sunbed because towels were left since 7am by people who weren’t even there. Music was unbearably loud everywhere. Drinks: Alcohol was beyond terrible. No matter what cocktail you ordered, you always got some random cheap mix. Drinks served in plastic cups that children were playing with in the pool. In 7 days I couldn’t finish even one cocktail because they were simply disgusting. Internet: Almost nonexistent. If you plan to stay here, bring your own eSIM – otherwise you’ll be completely disconnected. Cleanliness & Rooms: Absolutely unacceptable. Lobby ceiling leaking water, in our room we had a constant sewage smell so strong that it made it impossible to sleep. Several times we had to run the shower at night just to mask the stench. Upon arrival, we were told our booking was for a “B block room” – something not mentioned anywhere on their website. To move to the main building, staff demanded €50 cash. The first room they showed smelled like chlorine and sewage. The second was slightly better, but the smell came back the next day. Staff even told us to move out of our room mid-stay – later claiming it was a “mistake” after threatening us with police. Absolutely shocking. Health & Safety: I got severe food poisoning from the hotel food and spent two days vomiting and with diarrhea. The only safe thing to eat were french fries, and judging by the looks of other guests, I wasn’t the only one sticking to them. To make things worse, in the dining area we even saw a rat about 30 cm long running around. Disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a so-called 5-star one. Overall: This hotel is a scam. Visually it may look fine on ads, but in reality, it’s a filthy, noisy, mismanaged place with awful food, drinks, and service. Management needs to be completely replaced, especially in the kitchen. Until then, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone – not even to my enemies. I will also report this to my tour operator so they stop offering this hotel to customers. Stay away if you value your health, your money, and your vacation.
