We had the best time at Xoria Deluxe Hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave!From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely amazing with so much choice every day.There was something for everyone, and we never had a bad meal.The hotel also has loads of activities from morning until night, so whether you want to relax or get involved, you’ll never be bored. A huge shout-out to **Leo** and **Rio** – you guys were absolutely brilliant! You made our holiday so much more fun with your energy, laughs, and entertainment.You always got everyone involved and made every day memorable. You’re a real credit to the hotel! The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and hardworking, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Thank you, Xoria Deluxe Hotel, for such an amazing holiday. We made some lovely memories and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Turkey. We already can’t wait to come back! ☀️❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Xoria Deluxe Hotel and truly enjoyed our experience from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with a lovely atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lovely housekeeping lady on the 6th floor, who was always so kind, polite, and attentive. We would also like to give a special thank you to Ezgi, as well as all the lovely girls at the reception and the bar. Their kindness, smiles, and warm service made us feel truly welcome and made our holiday even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the excellent service and the little details that made our stay comfortable and memorable. The pool, beach, restaurant, and overall facilities were great, and there was always something to enjoy. The only thing we found a little tiring was the distance from Antalya Airport, as the transfer took quite some time. However, this was the only downside for us and did not take away from the overall wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire Xoria Deluxe team for making our holiday so special. We are leaving with beautiful memories and would happily come back again. ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Alanya!

Very disappointing experience – not suitable for families with children Our one-week stay at Xoria Deluxe Hotel in Alanya was a very disappointing experience. From the food and hygiene to the lack of air conditioning, there were serious issues throughout our stay. The hotel was extremely hot. There was a little bit of air conditioning inside our room, but there was no effective air conditioning in the other areas of the hotel, which made it very uncomfortable. The food was another major problem. I noticed small black insects coming out of the food I was choosing, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Because I was so worried about the cleanliness of the food, I ended up giving my children mainly yogurt and rice throughout our stay. The bathroom was also very unhygienic, with many insects present. My children were so scared that they did not even want to use the bathroom. I will be uploading a photo showing the insects in the bathroom so other guests can see what we experienced. Overall, this was a very bad experience and definitely not what we expected from a hotel. I would not recommend Xoria Hotel, especially to families with children. Please think carefully before booking if hygiene, cleanliness, food quality and a comfortable environment are important to you. I am very disappointed by your response because it does not reflect what actually happened during our stay. RESPONSE TO THE HOTEL : I did raise complaints with reception several times, especially regarding the condition and hygiene of the bathroom. The bathroom was eventually cleaned after I complained, but that does not change the fact that we experienced these problems in the first place. I also have photographs showing the insects, including insects on a towel, but unfortunately the platform is not allowing me to upload all of the photos. I am only sharing what my family and I personally experienced during our stay. I have nothing to gain by leaving a negative review. I am simply giving an honest account of our experience so that other people, particularly families with children, can make an informed decision before booking. I would strongly recommend that people read the reviews carefully before choosing this hotel. I genuinely do not understand how the hotel receives such positive reviews when we personally experienced insects coming from the food, particularly around the bread areas, as well as insects in the bathroom. Perhaps other guests did not notice these issues or chose not to mention them, but we experienced them and I have every right to share that experience. Your reply is especially disappointing because instead of addressing the hygiene concerns I raised, you seem to be questioning my review and suggesting that I did not complain. I did complain, repeatedly. I am not trying to mislead or harm anyone. I am simply warning potential guests about what my family and I experienced. People can read both my review and yours and make their own decision. For us, this was a very disappointing holiday experience, and based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this hotel to families with children.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Xoria Deluxe, Antalya, Turkey The Hotel Xoria Deluxe is an impressive and beautifully maintained resort. From the moment you arrive, the large and gorgeous lobby gives you a sense of the scale and quality of the hotel. The buffet restaurant is equally impressive, with a huge variety of food and excellent arrangements. One of the things that impressed me most was the almost continuous food and beverage service. Food is available from early morning until around midnight, which is exceptional and very convenient for guests. The quality and variety of the food were very good, with plenty of salads and dishes reflecting both Turkish traditions and international tastes. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and water are readily available, with water provided generously throughout the resort. The hotel has a large and hardworking team, and the cleanliness and maintenance are generally excellent. The public toilets and washrooms were consistently clean. I was also very pleased with the front-desk and staff service. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and it was particularly nice to be greeted with a smile. The resort has two massive swimming pools, with plenty of sunbeds and space for a large number of guests to relax and enjoy themselves. The entertainment programme is another strong point. Various activities and events are organised every evening, providing plenty of fun and entertainment for guests. There are also several facilities on the ground floor, including shops, a Turkish bath, a gym and other amenities, making the resort very convenient for a relaxing holiday without needing to leave the property. A major advantage is the direct connection to the beach through an underground tunnel. This makes access to the beach extremely easy and safe, and adds significant value to the overall resort experience. There was, however, one area where I noticed a difference. The rooms in the extended/annex building did not feel quite as modern or standard as those in the main building. I also noticed an unpleasant smell outside the annex area on a few occasions, although I could not identify its source. This did not significantly affect my overall experience, but it is something the hotel may wish to investigate. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Xoria Deluxe. The combination of the impressive facilities, excellent food service, cleanliness, friendly staff, entertainment, swimming pools and direct beach access makes it a very attractive resort for a holiday in Antalya. What impressed me most was the hotel's generous and almost unlimited food and drink service, together with the variety of salads and dishes presented with a blend of Turkish tradition and modern style. I was genuinely impressed with my stay and would be happy to recommend Hotel Xoria Deluxe for guests looking for a lovely, comfortable, lively and well-equipped resort holiday. (That's all)

The worst 5-star hotel ever; it’s nowhere near a 5-star standard—maybe 3 stars at best. The attitude of the reception staff is truly inexplicable; they are only interested in squeezing money out of you and are completely uncommunicative. We checked in around 2 or 3 PM, and after a brief explanation from the receptionists—"if you want to change rooms, you have to pay extra," even though we had already paid the agency for a sea-view room (which didn't exist)—we went down to ask where we could get something to eat. We had been traveling since 4 AM, yet the reception staff told us that meal service was over and we couldn't eat because our package started with dinner. (I wonder: if we check in at 3 PM and leave at 4 AM, what do we get out of it? Did we effectively pay for 7 days only to eat for 5 and a half? Is that their logic?) Anyway, the answer was simply that meal service had ended; the receptionist told us, "maybe you can find something to eat by the pool," as if we were dogs begging for scraps. Aside from a "good day," they say nothing else. You literally have to guess where the restaurant is, where the restrooms are, what the pool hours are, what’s included, how to get to the beach, and so on. Speaking of the pool—there is absolutely no organization. You have to wake up at 6 AM to claim a sunbed if you want to use the pool, because they are incapable of stopping people from leaving their towels on the loungers overnight. They don't care that people enter the pool with ice cream, beer, sodas, etc. As for cleanliness? You won't find the room very tidy; for instance, the toilet bowl was never washed, not to mention that there was absolutely no bed styling or arrangement. This is the only hotel where no Turkish Night was organized. The animation team—with a few exceptions—is boring, and the entertainers lack energy. The biggest disappointment is the beach: nothing has been invested in it, and there are no restaurants—just a makeshift setup posing as a bar. They can't even nail together a few planks to create a designated area for the animation team; the staff end up covered in sand and have to hunt for open spots between the sunbeds just to lead beach exercises. To call it the worst hotel with a beach like this would be an understatement. They simply don't care about the beach. The rocks at the water's edge are huge and slippery. There is no greater disappointment than this hotel. I do not recommend it.
