We're in our 30s and was too quiet of a place to enjoy. While walking from room to reception, it often felt "too quiet" as if there weren't people around but there were. Im guessing this is a place for you if you’re quiet and enjoy time around retired folk as most activities were catered to that age group.
Pool was kinda small and as I said felt wrong to laugh aloud and have some fun.

Overall:
We had a really lovely stay. The welcome drinks and cold towels were a thoughtful touch after a long journey.
Food
The food was excellent. Guests can enjoy à la carte dining three nights a week, with the other evenings reserved for themed nights such as Caribbean Night, BBQ, Fish Fry, and International Buffet.
Breakfast started out as table service but switched to buffet style after two days. The buffet service was a little shaky at first, but it was clear the team was making an effort to get it right. Once it settled, it actually worked better than the menu breakfasts.
Restaurants are rotated depending on the theme—sometimes in the Chattel Bar (lower down on the complex) and sometimes poolside—keeping things fresh and interesting.
Most drinks are included all day, with only imported brands (like Guinness or champagne) at an extra cost.
Rooms
Rooms were comfortable and clean, with well-functioning air conditioning. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly.
Staff
The staff are excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Special thanks to Rohan, the bartender, and Tameshka, waitress/bartender, who went above and beyond in friendliness and service.
Extras
Lots of activities are included—just ask at reception. Options include:

Guided gully walk
Salsa dancing (we didn’t try this one)
Cocktail demonstrations
Cooking demonstrations
Free shuttle into Speightstown or to the beach
On themed nights there’s live music, with some performers taking requests and encouraging dancing and singalongs, which made for fun evenings.
Laundry: Available at an extra cost of 8 BBD per token.
Downsides
Arrival: One of our rooms wasn’t ready, resulting in a long wait in the heat after a long flight. Drinks were offered, but it would have been better if staff had suggested waiting in the air-conditioned Green Monkey Lounge by the pool. Not knowing it was there made the wait uncomfortable.
Location: The hotel is farther from the beach than many others. If you’re aware of this, it’s fine, but hiring a car is recommended if you want to explore. In compensation, the hotel offers plenty of included outings.
Food variety: The à la carte menu stays the same throughout, so unless you vary your choices it can feel repetitive. Desserts are also always the same, which became a running joke in our group. At the Chattel Bar, dessert options are more limited since ice cream isn’t available (they said it’s too far from the kitchen). Lunches were generous portions, and most days we didn’t have room for dessert anyway. On the two poolside nights, there was more variety, and after a few days the team also made an effort to add some gluten-free options. One missed step was that food intolerances and allergies weren’t asked about on arrival. For example, when the gluten-free guest in our party found out the chicken was breaded (though not listed on the menu), staff asked them to complete a form—something that should have been done from the start.
Music: On Fish Fry nights at the Chattel Bar, the music was too loud for the small space, making conversation difficult.
Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi password changed midway through our stay, but no notice was left in the rooms. We only found out by word of mouth from other guests. The connection itself was patchy, especially in the mornings and evenings.
Highlights

A quieter atmosphere (thanks to visiting off-season), meaning lots of space and peace.

The hotel offers a wonderfully tranquil location and the staff are both personable and highly efficient. While the rooms are impressively spacious, the decor feels a bit dated and could benefit from a modern refresh to match the excellent service.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Sugar Cane Hotel in Barbados, despite the positive reviews online. The staff, especially at the front desk, were not friendly — they were cold, distant, and unapproachable. Not even a single smile throughout my stay.
The hotel is far from the city, and outside of meal times, there was absolutely nothing available to eat or drink. I genuinely felt like I was starving most of the time.
Afternoon tea was extremely limited — even the cookies were given out by number. I paid $40 for breakfast, which offered almost nothing.
The room was full of insects, which made my stay quite uncomfortable.
The only nice part was the view, which looked just like the photos. But unfortunately, a nice view can’t make up for poor service, isolation, and a lack of basic hospitality and food availability.

The hotel is very dated, needs maintenance but was clean and presentable.
Large comfortable bed, good sized room but very basic.
The domestic and restaurant staff were incredibly polite. Beach staff helpful, cheery and respectful, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast was of an adequate standard, fresh fruit and good selection of hot options. B&B the better option, as can cost €130 BBd for 2 people each day. Didn't have dinner in the hotel so cannot comment but did note the high cost of food.
There were regular winged visitors to the food area but it's open so not easy to keep them out. All food was covered but pigeons were able to peck at the serving spoons.
If you want luxury stay at another hotel but it would be costlier.
The hotel is situated on Carlisle bay, best beach on the island! Supply of free sunbeds was adequate based upon the size of the beach area.
Barbadians generally are very polite and friendly.

The hotel can definitely use some love and care but the staff here are amazing! They do a great job with what they have to work with. Always cleaning and picking up and still willing to chat with you! Sophie at the restaurant was always so pleasant and caring making sure we were well looked after! Victor at the front desk was always nice to give a hard time too! Lots of laughs! The beach was amazing here clean and sandy. Shane was always around to help with lounges umbrellas and serving food and drinks! The other guys were good also when Shane was off.
I would say all the staff were great like I said the hotel could use a facelift but the staff do their best with what they have and they do do a good job! I would say the have a fantastic spot on the beach and close to Bridgetown!

Pro: Yes, singular. The only pro about this hotel is the hospitality. All of the staff members were very nice and respectful. All were very accommodating and welcoming.
Cons: SEVERAL!! First of all, believe all the negative reviews about the physical condition of this hotel!
-It is very outdated, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and the cabinet door where the refrigerator is in, was hanging for dear life (off the hinge.)
-You’re limited to one bath towel per occupant in the room.
-The shower made a grinding noise every time we turned it on. The noise didn’t stop until the water was shut off.
-Flushing the toilet was a task! It required you to press a button for a suction effect to take place. Took several flushes to just get toilet paper down.
-Not enough loungers and umbrellas in the pool area nor beach area for all of the guests.
-Every day we went to get a towel for the pool/beach, they were out. My recommendation, hold onto your towel from the day before (if you’re lucky enough to get one). They don’t wash the towels on the premises. They utilize a laundering service so that was annoying.
-Onsite restaurant was terrible and expensive. Cost was $35 USD per person. The food is buffet style and selection was very limited.
I would not recommend anyone who is used to a 4 star or better hotel to stay here. Google has this rated at 4 stars when in reality it’s a 2 star- which is a stretch. The 2 stars would be for the pleasant staff members and the beauty of the beach. I would highly recommend going off the resort to eat. The cab rides are a bit pricey but it beats paying $$$ to eat onsite and not enjoy your meal. Barbados is BEAUTIFUL and my friend and I will be back; not to the hotel, to the island.

We had a decent stay overall at the Radisson. During the peak season, this was one of the few hotels in our budget. As others have said, this is an old hotel that is sorely in need of a revamp. Maintenance work is needed in almost every area - a pity management hasn't addressed it. With that said, the overall room cleanliness was ok and the location is great. The downstairs restaurant is average and best avoided in favour of local options. Bar drinks were fine, although service not the friendliest. Be advised also that only the beach on the left side, between Radisson and Hilton, is directly accessible. To access Carlisle beach, unfortunately you need to swim under the jetty, or take a long route down the road. In summary, the Radisson is not too bad, with its saving grace being the view and location. But other options are worth considering, such as the nearby Coconut Court hotel, which seemed much better maintained.

I like this hotel but it is absolutely no frills and not what you would expect from a Radisson property.
The hotel is quite outdated which is one thing (we don't always need modern if the basics standards are met), but this hotel has clear signs of neglect especially with the cracking concrete walls and floors. Also, the sitting area near the lobby smelled like sewage. At times it was quite unpleasant to sit there. The gym smelled like mold, there are no umbrellas for the pool loungers, and not each beach lounger had umbrellas (about half of them did).
The restaurant is quite expensive for what it is actually worth and it's the only place in the hotel where service is sub-par.
Service here was quite lovely so it's the saving grace of the hotel. Judy at reception was quite a darling. So kind, so attentive, and so accommodating. The staff here are quite kind and I'm sure the neglect of refurbishments is beyond their control.
So yes, the hotel is dated, amenities could be better, and yes you might see people walking under the jetty that is the restaurant to cross over to the other side of the beach, but I would recommend it because of the price and the fact that it has everything you need. One just has to manage their expectations and potentially venture out for meals and other activities. This was the second hotel I stayed in during my 2 week stay in Bim. First was the Hilton further up the gap, and then the Radisson. The Radisson has its charm and warmth, and the location is quite ideal.

Currently staying at the Crane. So far it's very good. Great apartment overlooking the ocean. Good breakfast with great view over Crane beach. Pools are fine with excellent drinks service. Evening entertainment is variable as in most places. Staff are very helpful and it's always service with a smile. We made a good choice.

This was our first time visiting Barbados and staying at the crane. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone considering coming here. The grounds are beautiful and everything is super accessible. The pools are great and there is a few to choose from along with an adult only one. The crane beach is walking distance as well. There are a few restaurants to choose from and the breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. Additionally, if you are travelling with children it is very child friendly. However, if you have younger ones under 4 you are a bit more limited as Calypso is for kids 4 and older.

The Crane Resort was the perfect place to stay to relax and unwind. Our room was spacious and generously appointed with classic furniture. We had a king sized four poster bed, chaise lounge and sofa. The suite boasts 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen and a private pool. The pool was crystal clear and always the perfect temperature to cool off. We also had a full kitchen and washer dryer. The room was cleaned every day and the workers at the resort were friendly and professional. The resort has its own tiny village with a lounge, gym, restaurants, shops and general store. There is live music at the main square every evening, which was a really nice chill vibe. There is a somewhat private beach onsite as well, with a glass elevator and chaise lounges. We were there looking for surfing waves so we took taxis to other beaches nearby (freights bay). We ate dinner on site every evening. The Carriage House was great for convenience and Zen restaurant was our absolute favorite.
Barbados is warm and breezy. Coupled with the amenities and service at the Crane hotel, it’s a luxurious place to chill out for a week and escape the cold. We loved it.

Very comfortable I had a wonderful and very relaxing stay at The Crane. The location is stunning and a bit more secluded, which we loved. The pools are fantastic, and the beach is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and luxurious well-appointed. The only minor downside is that because it's more remote, you'll rely on the resort's restaurants or need a taxi/car to explore other dining options. Overall, a beautiful property perfect for a tranquil getaway.resort. Spacious

This hotel has a lot of potential but our stay was just ok.
Positives:
AC in our room worked really well.
Pools and grounds are very pretty.
Weather is amazing.
All of the staff were really nice and there were pleasant surprises like free coconuts they’d hand out when they were pruning their coconut trees etc.
They were able to extend our stay when all flights in the region were canceled and we had to stay an extra night. We had to pay for the night but still am glad they could find us a room.
Negatives:
Our room was not serviced for multiple days despite us leaving the “please service our room” sign up all the time. We had to request a service through the app finally on day 4 in order to get anyone to bother to come. This is highly unusual for a 4 star resort..
Not enough seating at the pool. Guests would leave their stuff to save spots for themselves and then not return until hours later. We have a young baby and would be stuck at the pool without any seating despite being the only ones there from 8-10 am. The hotel needs to find a way to manage this.
The lunch restaurants on site would get overwhelmed by 12:45 pm and stop taking any more guests after that time. This is crazy and I’ve never seen it before. If you are at a 4 star resort there has to be some way for you to get food at 1 pm. Here they simply said sorry we can’t help you.
Beach was full of seaweed the entire time we were there.
Dinner reservations at the 4 dinner restaurants were quite hard to get, which meant you had to plan ahead. They should think about increasing restaurant capacity given this was the case most nights.
Food and drinks were largely underwhelming despite high prices. They can improve the quality easily and make this a much more desirable resort. We tried every restaurant and the food was meh across the board.
Room smelled like sewage much of the time.
In conclusion - they need more capacity at their restaurants and pools if they plan to keep expanding the number of rooms they have here. They can also improve the experience of guests if they increase the number of cleaning staff so that our rooms get serviced more often. The beach seaweed is out of their control of course, but is something to consider when booking here. I’d have a hard time recommending this resort to friends based on my overall experience.

We had a few hours to kill before our flight back home having arrived from Grenada at 1:30 pm
so took a taxi from the airport to have lunch at The Driftwood restaurant at the hotel.
It is a 15 minute taxi ride from Grantley Adams.
The hotel struck us immediately as very clean and well kept with lovely grounds.
The reception staff were very helpful in storing our suitcases securely whilst we dined at the restaurant which overlooked the small pool.
There were seats around the side of the restaurant which does allow a glimpse of the ocean which would have been perfect though there was not too much shade and the immediate environment with storage containers was not as attractive.
The highlight was the amazing Melanie who made us very welcome.
The cocktails were good, the service excellent.
The food was good portion size and tasty, especially the soup.
The tuna was a little overcooked but i didn't specify that I liked my tuna rare.
We then had a lovely walk to the small but clean beach and also along the coast to the Surfers Bar.
A taxi took us back to the airport in 15 minutes.
All in all a lovely clean friendly hotel with a good restaurant and very good staff.

I absolutely loved my stay. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The property feels like a lovely little oasis, clean, new, and beautifully maintained. I will definitely be visiting again with my family. It is a wonderful place for families, couples, and retirees. We decided to book a stay at South Point Hotel to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. The hotel’s aesthetics are very pleasing, and it is exceptionally clean. What truly stood out to me was the service, especially from Kim and the other two servers whose names I did not catch. From our very first dinner, Kim and the other server created a warm and welcoming space for my family. They even added birthday glitter and a tablecloth to make the night extra special. Kim consistently demonstrated what exceptional service looks like, and it was evident throughout our entire stay-it wasn’t just for show.
On the other hand, there were a few drawbacks. All meals are a la carte, as there is no buffet available, and the costs seemed high relative to portion sizes-for example, I paid $28 for just three shrimp. The hotel could also improve its menu options, particularly by offering more lunch choices for children. Additionally, entertainment at the hotel is virtually non-existent, which is something families might want to consider.
Overall, while the service-especially from Kim was outstanding, the dining and entertainment options left room for improvement.

I had a “daycation” at South Point while visiting family in Barbados, and we had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food was great at the Driftwood restaurant, and the salt water pool didn’t disappoint my two year old. As impressive as the hotel is, the staff made our time at the hotel truly memorable. From making the reservation via email with Nahila, to Melanie’s amazing service in the restaurant and the many others who were so gracious- this is a dream team! I would highly recommend this hotel to visitors and local Bajans looking for an on-island getaway.

Overall Savannah beach is a great hotel to stay at
The check-in process was pretty straightforward, please remember you’ll have to pay your taxes plus your card is held on their system for any damages to the room. Special thanks goes out to Teresa, he was always very helpful with any queries and went out of the way to assist.
Rooms were a good size, and comfortable beds. Towels were changed daily, And tea and coffee were replenished every day. The hotel were really good, and provided us with extra milk as they knew that we liked tea.
I thought the food was of a really good standard, with breakfast typically consisting of yoghurt, seeds, a variety of fruit, pastries, and cakes as well as a cooked omelet to your liking.
Staff are happy to provide you with ice cream, which was definitely something I was pleased with if you ask them for it.
I have to say that I felt that the catering team, including Marlon and Marissa went out of their way to ensure our dietary requirements were met and provided us with a variety of different meal options, especially in the evenings as we had three people in our group who were typically vegetarian, and one who followed a halal diet
A special thanks goes out to quenele who was always helpful at meals as well as elesia it was always so friendly and helpful.
There were always plenty of sunbeds around, however the only one Slite comment I would have would be to have more sunbeds around the pool area, with umbrellas over them, as they only seem to be a veryv few umbrellas in this area. which provided minimal shade.
Beach was lovely to lounge on, however, it’s very difficult to swim in this area, due to the stones in the sea.
The one Slite part where I feel like the hotel let themselves down is their communication with guests. A few of my friends booked a Massage, which is done by somebody coming externally from outside into the hotel and it’s provided in your room. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not provide a clear message when this was due to take place with the result that this information was only passed to us a few hours before the massage was due to take place and this was only because we asked what was happening.
There also seems to be a lack of taking responsibility for outdoor trips when a trip was booked by a reception because the main trips organiser was not there, resulting in the trips coordinator being very unhelpful and not helping with following up on organised trips booked through the hotel.
Overall, it was a lovely 10 day break, and we are definitely considering returning to this hotel.

The warmest welcome from Teresa at the Reception through to the food and beverage staff on a daily basis made our first stay at SBC memorable. All members of staff made my 80 year old mum feel special 💙. The double storey rooms were clean and spacious. The only downside was that Mount Gay Eclipse rum wasn't served at the bars within the all inclusive price.

No beach. No water upon arrival as u have to be a repeat vacationer at this resort. Smallest pool ever for an all inclusive. Was low season and still couldn’t get chairs around pool. Too many kids -screaming and in pool. Food was alright. Very much the same every night. Wasn’t allowed premium liquor. I was all inclusive.They don’t know the meaning.Recommend no one go here. Won’t return. Also., didn’t clean room twice. Had the please service room sign on door. Then sign was placed inside like room was done and they didn’t do a thing. Unbelievable. Also wanted to mention, no welcome for my wife and I when we arrived. Got a look like - what do u 2 want? No welcome drink . I was told others got that.

Have been to this resort twice so far and enjoyed it both times. All the staff was great. My second stay ,I was overjoyed when I was staying at another hotel and didn't like my accommodation and called Savannah and within minutes was welcomed with open arms. Love this place

The location was good. However if you want to be able to step out of your room amd onto a beach, this is not the place. There is really no beach, so what they show on their site is not accurate. You would have to either take one of their transportation services or a cab to a beach where you can actually enjoy yourself and get into the water

What could be improved-
- The beach being cleaned better. Be like the boatyard it’s spotless.
- regular pool cleaning after pool shuts to keep ontop of the maintenance. It’s annoying having the pool shut when we have kids that don’t like the sea.
- drink service from the poolside, the bars and were slow to serve.
- People would leave their towels from 7am on sun loungers and go out for the day arriving back around 4ish for a quick dip and out. This shouldn’t be allowed. So many people wanting a sun lounger.

Stayed at the Accra 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t as horrible as the other reviews say it is (at least to my family & I.) Yes, the hot water wasn’t working properly but it was quite refreshing with the weather and all. The staff were very friendly, kind and welcoming & the location is very convenient to get wherever you’d like to go (especially if you’re renting a vehicle) Gorgeous beach and clean poolside areas. You pay for what you get, hopefully they resolved the hot water issue by now.

Horrible experience and not by just us!!! Met several other who also had horrible time. GREEN Pool closed! OCEAN/Beach closed too rough. Lady drowned there the day we left as sea unsafe at that location. Food horrible and over priced. We made great acquaintance with two of bar staff. Rest of staff was horrible. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and a tranquil pool area that invites relaxation. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped, offering a peaceful retreat just a short stroll from Mullins Beach. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind, knowing you’re in good hands.
Mullins Grove isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel welcomed. Thanks to Denise and the entire team, our experience was not only comfortable but genuinely memorable.

We stayed at Mullins Gove and it was amazing! A 2 bedroom, over 1000sq foot apartment with large balcony, kitchen, super comfy beds, housekeeping every 3 days for fresh sheets and towels, a pool and in a block of 6 apartments (2 at least were privately owned). Opposite there is building works (building a new addition to the Mullins apartments) but work isn’t too invasive, 9am earliest start and finished by 5pm. It is literally 4 minutes walk to Mullins Bay which is a beautiful beach. We cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. Nicole, Natasha and Mark who manage there are just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a small issue with a dripping aircon unit in the lounge and the next day maintenance were there to help. It’s quiet, spacious, well equipped, clean, has a lovely pool, the beach is so close with water sports, a fab beach bar called Adrian’s and a lovely trendy restaurant called The Seashed right on the beach, and all staff are smiley and helpful. What gives this property 5 stars is their customer service which is so important. My husband is airline staff (not linked or affiliated to this accom or anything in this post). We couldn’t get on the plane for 4 days to get home as full. We managed to rehire the car as the accomm is about a 40 min drive from Grantley Adam’s International airport up on the West coast. I messaged Nicole (they use WhatsApp to chat to guests) when n their accomm which is great and they helped us instantly taking away the stress. The best customer service ever! Highly recommended to enjoy lovely surroundings, great location (and their sister private houses Garden Grove 5 minutes down the West coast). Fabulous!

Only reason not a 5⭐because several of the outlets either weren't working or couldn't accommodate a hair straightener and paint chips from the balcony got everywhere haha All week we were finding white paint chips. We had an amazing stay at Mullan’s Grove in Barbados. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Denise and Mark, who were fantastic hosts. Loved my stay here. I am usually an Airbnb person however I brought friends to the Island for the first time so the location was perfect. Walkable to all amenities. The staff were friendly and were able to sort transfers easily as well as drinks and food being available on site. The rooms are cute and spacious and the kitchenette has all you would need. There are also drying facilties if the sun doesnt dry your stuff quick enough. All In all a great stay only improvement would be better bedroom lighting as it was quite dark when getting ready in the evenings.

Well located opposite Rockley Beach which also means it is very noisy due to road and constant beeping of the ZR buses. Rooms a good size and clean. Service was variable, some staff lovely others less so. Breakfast was ok, some variation and coffee was excellent. Free loungers on the beach but packed in like sardines and there are far better beaches on the island.

Highly recommend staying at the Rockley, the staff were so attentive and friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean and cool. There was everything you could need in the room and the beach was just a stroll across the road as well as some lovely food stalls and taxis. Breakfast every day was lovely and fresh and we loved the daily smoothie tasters by the pool. Location is perfect, we walked into St Lawrence Gap most nights but if you didn't fancy walking it was very easy to get a bus or taxi. All in all we had a fabulous holiday, only wished we could stay a bit longer!

This is the best place to stay at on vacation. The location is great. The amenities are good. There is plenty to do and a lot within walking distance. Troy greeted and welcomed us with a cold towel and rum punch. He provided exceptional service. All the employees were fantastic. Everything that we needed was at the hotel. Amazing hotel, first hotel that had actually all you can think of. Room was huge and equipped with kitchen and amenities, clothes rack, balcony and furniture. Outside of the room there was a small laundry room, with washer and separate drier, iron board and iron. The hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas that you could borrow and take with you to the beach, no questions asked.

We had a one bed suite which smelt strongly of damp - a manager came round and offered us some febrezze and suggested keeping doors open all day, which wasn’t safe and meant we got plagued with mosquitos. For the price it was pretty unacceptable and the smell didn’t go all week…
We could hear thudding from our upstairs neighbours from 6am. The beach mentioned in other posts is 5m strip of sand next to a very noisy road - it’s nice to look at but you wouldn’t spend any actual time there.
On the positives - staff at the little shop were lovely, kitchen facilities were good and rooms cleaned well daily. The pools are nice but again the road is very loud most days.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here - we may have been unlucky on the room so at least avoid 104!

I would highly recommend beach view hotel - it was by mere chance my niece saw this hotel on Booking.com and even though I had already booked elsewhere we decided to come here instead. Very close to major routes, just cross the road to go to the calm and blue waters of Paynes Bay. Lots of eating places and restaurants nearby and a major supermarket chain less than 10 min drive. Rooms are spacious. Daily housekeeping. Comfortable full kitchen. The Papaya section we stayed at had lovely beach views. Major road in front of the hotel but we were not disturbed the least by the vehicular noise. Paynes Bay fish facility across the road on the beach - my mother was happy buying her fish and cooking same back at the room.

We spent our honeymoon here and loved it! The beach is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and very clean and we had a lovely view over the pools. The food in Calabash is great and we enjoyed cocktails from the pool bar. The gym is well equipped and there is a games room with a decent sized pool table. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we would return!

The rooms are very nice with large bathrooms and reach showers. The pools are very nice with a swim up pool bar and there's a great beach right here which is really nice. Food at the restaurant is pretty good but the service is incredibly slow. The location is good and so far as it's right on the beach but there's two big sandals resorts right next to this one, so if you want to walk into town where there's other restaurants you have to go all the way around a big sandals resorts where you can walk down the beach and cut through the over hotel to get to the street and that's a lot quicker. It is about a 20-minute walk if you go around the sandals resort or about 10 minutes if you go down the beach. So just be nice if there was a shortcut through sandals that you could walk on. The staff here also seems all very nice and friendly

I paid for 7 nights in advance and my entire trip was cancelled on the day it was to begin when the airspace in the Caribbean was closed due to US activities in Venezuela and we were taken off of our plane and told that no flights to Barbados would be scheduled the rest of the week. Despite this not being my fault, the hotel kept my $1,900 deposit and refused to even negotiate or consider an exception. I feel this is terrible customer service and I will never consider going to this hotel in the future.

Fabulous staff all around from housekeeping, front desk, wait-staff, bar service. Location of being right on the beach really makes it feel even more special whether using the pools, sitting under an umbrella on the beach, eating ocean-side or playing in the waves.

We stayed for a week and the Hotel, room, grounds, beach were all great!!! Very top notch, but not all-inclusive but charging all-inclusive prices. Staff were fantastic, restaurant is very slow, but it is the islands.

We have just returned from the most incredible week at Little Good Harbour. The whole property is beautiful, relaxed and luxurious at the same time - we had the gorgeous Voyager apartment ensuring the teenagers had their own rooms and bathrooms. Everyone is wonderfully welcoming, food is beautiful at the Fish Pot and the beach and sea are gorgeous. We did some great snorkeling. We will absolutely be back!

I stayed at Little Good Harbour in July of 2025. It was exceptional! Our place was clean and stocked with everything you might need. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. They were so kind and arranged our groceries, transportation, meals, and beach trips for us. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best vacation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Ian, who is perfectly suited to lead the guest experience. He truly does whatever it takes — from carrying our heavy suitcases to warmly welcoming us each day at the Fish Pot restaurant. His care and attention set the tone for the entire stay.
The Fish Pot deserves special mention. My wife and I enjoyed the most wonderful breakfasts, lunches, and dinners there. Every member of the restaurant team had a genuine can-do attitude. One example says it all: when we asked if the cod in the fish and chips could be replaced with the catch of the day — snapper — the answer was an easy “yes.” It turned out to be the best fish and chips I’ve ever had.
Culture clearly starts at the top. Owner Andrew ensures that every guest feels welcome and cared for. On the day of our departure — his day off — he came in to help out, including carrying our luggage down the stairs. That kind of leadership makes a real difference.
Our accommodation was a very comfortable two-storey suite, beautifully equipped with a full kitchen and living area on the ground floor, a dining table on our porch, and an upstairs bedroom with a balcony and lovely sea view. Everything we needed was there.
The beach and snorkeling were another highlight. There’s a floating dock that makes it easy to snorkel right off the beach, with an impressive variety of fish and reef only about 100 feet away. We especially appreciated that there were very few boats nearby, unlike many other beaches on the island — it felt peaceful and safe.
We truly loved our stay and are already looking forward to returning.

Has a great time at little good harbour, lovely quiet location towards the north of the island. Incredible team here, so welcoming and friendly...... cannot do enough for you, and combined with the fish pot restaurant over the road on the beach this was a very enjoyable break!! So much so that I'd stayed last weekend and changed my plans to come back for a couple more nights!!!!!
If you're after a busy location this isn't the one but if you have a car it's so easy to get around but you get a nice relaxing stay!!

Returned home a few weeks ago from this resort. Wow. It truly was an unexpected pleasure. The staff were all warm and welcoming. The food was good and we found great tastes in both restaurants. Some guests vacationing there became our friends. There is a simple, relaxed, easy feeling about the place. People were having a great time. It was spotless clean inside and out. The structure is aging but what it lacks in updating it truly exceeds in character, coolness, and quality service. For example our flight home had a six hour delay and front desk staff stored our luggage and kept us at the resort to keep us welcome well beyond our checkout. This is so typical of a quality run establishment. Thank you Club Barbados!!!

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a two island trip. The was our first time staying in Barbados and it was lovely. The first thing you notice is that this is an older well used property. Other than that it is perfect. Everywhere is clean and tidy. The people are amazing and can't do enough for you. Water is poured at every meal and refilled as you drink it. You never have to ask for more water, in fact quite the opposite, you have to say you've had enough. Drinks are top quality and plentiful, available from many bars, pool bar, beach bar etc. The rooms are quite dated but were more than enough for our short stay, with air conditioning, walk in shower etc . The view from our room was stunning, looking over the pool area and towards the sunset. Would I stay here again...yes I definitely would. After 5 nights we were sad to be leaving, but looking forward to the next part of our journey. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of going to Barbados

My friends and I just came back from my bachelorette trip at The Club Barbados, and we had the most amazing time. We originally planned to stay for 5 days, but due to unexpected flight cancellations, we ended up staying for 7 days.
The resort itself is on the smaller side, but it is beautiful and never felt crowded. There’s a beach terrace, multiple pools, two restaurants, a food truck, and several bars, which made it easy to relax, socialize, and enjoy different spaces throughout the day. There were always activities happening from water sports to rum tastings, so there was never a dull moment.
What truly made this trip exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make our experience special. Rohan from the activities team was fantastic, he led our dance class and water aerobics and was constantly checking in on us to make sure we were having a great time. Sophia, Kareene, Owen and Danielle were incredible bartenders who were not only attentive and fun, but also kept us laughing all week (Danielle also made the best Bob Marley shots). Germaine was a gentleman and brought us food by the pool. Michael and Bryan assisted us with kayaking and stand up paddle boarding and greeted us with kindness. Sonia was our waitress most nights and was consistently warm, friendly, and kind.
A very special thank you to Cathy Ann at the front desk, who truly saved the day when our flights were canceled. She handled everything with professionalism and care and managed to find rooms for us to return to for two additional nights during a stressful situation. Her help made a huge difference and meant so much to our group.
Overall, this resort was amazing, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Between the beautiful setting and the outstanding staff, The Club Barbados exceeded my expectations for a fun, welcoming, and memorable all-inclusive experience.

If you're Coeliac this is not a hotel for you. Restaurant and Kitchen staff together with management do not take this condition seriously. Two weeks of constantly asking what was gluten free ruined this holiday. There was also clear cross contamination evident on the deserts which indicates that the kitchen didn't take any necessary precautions. Most of the restaurant staff were disinterested and occasionally rude. However, bar staff and cleaning staff were excellent. The room was spacious and clean but a little dated and tired looking. Pool area was well maintained. The location was good, around 10 minute walk into Holetown. In general the hotel needs refurbishment and a change of key staff is needed to get it up to scratch. Personally, I wouldn't say it was four star, more three star plus. It has the potential to be do much better.

The Club Barbados reminds me of what Goldilocks might be looking for in a resort. It’s:
* Not too big and not too small.
* Not too noisy and not too quiet.
* Not too chaotic and not too managed.
* Not too jacket-and-buttoned-down-shirt formal and not too ripped-jeans-and-ratty-t-shirt-informal.
* The food’s not too spicy and not too bland.
* The staff is not too intrusive and not too remote.
* The guests are not too similar and not too different
. . . and the beds and drinks are just right.
The resort has all manner of nooks and crannies. You can hang out with a gang of people doing aqua-aerobics or drift away for a private spa treatment.
You can lounge at any of three pools each with its own character — one for swimming, one for volleyball, and one for walking and talking.
There are different activities each morning, afternoon, and evening. Join in or sit and watch the sea and the sky while hoping to see monkeys.
Goldilocks would like it here. My wife and I certainly do. It’s just right.

Just back from a 10 night stay at The Soco Hotel. Let start with the good bits...
Waiting staff are fantastic, nothing to much trouble, friendly, polite and amazing.
Bar staff, again fantastic service from Zac, Shane and Michelle, kept the drinks coming and remembered your tipple A good selection of drinks and cocktails...although sometimes ran out of a few bits..but usually replenished next day.
Location, right on the sea with a small beach access with loungers and parasols. Right on the end of the boardwalk which is fantastic for a stroll along to other beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Good location for jumping on a bus to explore other areas.
Pool area, ample pool for the size of the hotel, seating areas with sunbeds around the pool...possibly need a few more during busy times. Perfect for a dip to cool off.
Food, good selection for lunch and dinner, all well prepared and fresh, afternoon tea also served but personally not required though, seems a waste. 3 course at lunch time may also be a bit much but delicious all the same.
Now for the not so good bits:
Hotel is a little dated, fixtures and fittings are a bit tired, doors to rooms in a shabby state, lampshades in the room are dirty, furniture used as bedside tables also grubby as was the couch, grouting in the bathroom could do with a good scrub.
No lift so be prepared for stairs, which are also narrow.
At the start of our stay we were disappointed to day the least, but once having met the staff, other guests and eaten, the positives outweighed the negatives.. but for the cost of this hotel I would expect a little more attention to detail with the rooms etc.

I stayed here Xmas 2025 till after the new year, the Hotel staff are 11/10, just great and can not do enough.
The food we had for ten days was faultless and there was Breakfast, Dinner, Afternoon tea and Evening meal all with plenty to choose from and freshly made. The Girls serving were great and Shane and Zac on the bar amazing.
The Hotel could do with a little freshen up and a few bits and bobs but all in all the staff and food more than made up for that.
Thanks to you all and hope very much to visit again soon.

We've just returned from our first trip to Barbados and stayed at The SoCo, it was brilliant! The staff are amazing and particular mention must go to Michelle (for being a lovely host and for the fabulous rum tasting 😀) Shane on the bar for keeping us entertained with his music and singing, Zach on the bar, for his lovely smile and cheeky comments, Ayeesh and Shakeela in the Restaurant, always smiling and friendly. We loved that it only had 24 rooms which made getting to know other guests really easy. we met some great characters. The room was a good size, bed really comfortable, lots of storage and great views over the ocean. It would have been handy to have a mirror near a plugsocket in the bedroom area though. The food was great, cooked to order, fresh and hot. Menu changed every 2 or 3 days. Breakfast menu could do with a change of dishes every few days too as became a bit samey.
Great location, boardwalk along the sea front up to Rockley Bay. There are a few bars and restaurants along there if you fancied a change of scenery. There's a small beach with sunbeds but you can carry on walking for up the beach and find some lovely spots to put your beach towel. More sunbeds needed around the pool maybe removing some of the casual seating as this wasn't used often.
The hotel does need a little TLC in some areas, restaurant needs brightening up, corridors need painting, sunbeds need replacing and maybe a coffee machine in the bar area would be good addition. These are only observations and I hope the owners take note as you've got an absolute gem and we would definitely stay again and totally recommend it to others.

Just came back from a glorious 7 day trip to paradise. From the 10 minute ride from the airport, to the rum punch we were handed checking in, the hospitality of the staff never stopped. From Kemar and Michael greeting you at the door and making you have fun and laugh every day to the talents of Danny and the other bartenders making the best cocktails you can imagine! Cherie and the staff at the buffet are top notch and will get you anything you desire. Lastly, the cleaning staff are amazing. Our room was lovely…always clean and comfortable. Our friends had the Super saver room and they said it was perfect. It was slightly smaller, but with so many things to do, you don’t stay inside.
Also, as a side note, we did a 4 hour island tour with Antonio, arranged through the resort, it was wonderful and well worth the cost.

We stayed in room 69 at the sands, the room was spacious with kitchen, dining, ensuite and sitting area close and the hotel staff did everything to ensure my partner and two boys were comfortable. We were offered a complimentary upgrade, on the ground floor which helped since we had a buggy.
Jackie in guest services supported us getting a car, arranging family friendly trips and loads of advice to ensure we made the most our our time in Barbados.
The restaurant and hotel staff were great ensuring the room was clean and we're very welcoming to my family. The food was great every night was different. The restaurant was right on the beach which was lovely.

Very very small but cute hotel. One of the BEST beaches I have ever expierenced. I have been to almost a dozen islands, and very few places have compared to the beach at The Sands. If you are used to staying at even mid to small large scale resorts (think Royalton, Beaches, Riu, etc) - this will be a shock. One resteraunt, one bar, one pool. But the quality of each of those aspects was great. Lovely staff, lovely food and drinks, great large scale rooms. We had a 3 bedroom suite and it was extremly spacious. Overall, I would say I persoanlly prefer the larger resorts - but The Sands has something great on there hands here. I would return.

Fairly new hotel rebuilt in 2019.
Very modern construction formed of Suites with garden or Ocean views. Excellent location for Listing's and Bridgetown trips.
Beautiful reception area, swimming pool long of blonde shape leading to the Bar, Restaurant and a large white sandy beach surrendered by Palm trees. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas (never runs out).
Great food with superb variety.
Credit to their staff such as Orion, Jakeel, Thirstin, Destiny, Cyrelene, Steven, David, Gregory and many more that I can't remember their names but nevertheless as efficient as the above mentioned.
This was our 5th year in Barbados of those 3 years in the West Coast at The Club Barbados Resort and Spa.
Decided to try something closer to the Airport and the Capital, so we chose This hotel THE SANDS.
What a find, don't you worry we will be back.
When we find a place that fulfill every need we make it our HOME.

I’m not really sure how to review this place. If you want Spain with better beaches then this place is for you. And that’s the thing. One persons experience can be totally different from the next persons, but it’s a long line to the bar to work that out…..viva Costa Del Sol!!
We didn’t pay! 🤣 My parents did. So who are we to review?? As we smiled and nodded through this Lanzagroty experience? My family and I (Not my parents) are British expats from the North, living in the Caribbean, particularly, St. Lucia. But Barbados is the one island we’ve never been too. Always thinking it would put St Lucia to shame, albeit a bit more commercial…but impressive all the same.
It wasn’t. It was far worse than that. It’s just Benidorm with a nice beach. Apparently this experience cost £4600 for 5 nights without flights. My God, when you finally get a beer at the end of a long line you’ll find a guy who will look through you and not even make eye contact. The guy with a bun….on the off chance management read these reviews.
if you leave the place, which we did 3/5 dinners and lunches you will find decent restaurants in St. Laurence Gap, but I’m afraid it’s egg and chips in this place, only it will take you 20 minutes to get an egg and there’s no chips. Tiny portion all of miserably prepared food.
My daughters asked for a new key to our room, the one we had stopped working. Two young teenagers. Politely, not unpleasant girls, in any way…. The staff laughed at them. Literally, in a nasty way, and told them it would be $50usd for a replacement. It’s a good job my wife didn’t tell me about this story until after I left.
On Jan 1st, We literally got chased out of the dining area as they had, NO food left 🤣 I’m not making this up. It was 11AM. Brunch served all day….
For us, this place was disastrous and we are not snobs. I would find the hope in any situation. Clearly most guests have no expectations here.
I understand direct flights and lower cost airfares are an attraction to Barbados but don’t waste your money. The people are seriously rude, unpleasant and unhelpful.
Truthfully:
Rooms were actually spacious, beds comfortable and as you would expect for the price. However, whatever you do, don’t use the washing machine. That’s not allowed. We were told off. We’d done 2 weeks in Florida before turning up to this place so we had clothes to clean…… we were scolded for using it as apparently it’s only for the apartment owners. I thought I was in a hotel room not a timeshare lol 😂

We were greeted by Niki on day one. Very nice lady who changed a room for us due to a faulty hot tub. Mornings we were met with amazing bar service and jokes with Andreah, the breakfast and lunch staff were very nice and accommodating. I require gluten free food due to coeliac disease and this was no challenge for Sanchia who already knew what I could have without being asked, she’s an absolute credit to this hotel. The rooms very very nice, with jacuzzis. The hotel was very clean with good music playing all the time. The pool was smaller than expected but was still very nice. The best part of the hotel was its staff. All very friendly and accommodating, and also a lot of fun. Shout out to Christina (waitress), Rico and Tyrel (bar staff) for amazing service.
Location was great near enterprise beach, short walk to Oistins (for fish fry). Short car ride to Bridgetown.

Just returned from a 10 day stay here and it was excellent. Location is by (imo) the best more quieter beach on the island, it’s stunning. Food was good, service was always very good . We went for my wife’s 40th birthday and the hotel did not disappoint . You can book a free trip over to the sister hotel which is on a bigger beach and has a larger pool. If you’re all inclusive you can also eat there at no extra charge . We did this for one day and was a nice change. Hotel is actually a 10 min walk from the Oistin fish fry which is a must every Friday eve where basically everyone on the island goes. The only reasons I’m giving 4/5 is the aircon and hot tub had faults and the place in general could just do with a revamp as looks a little tired. That said , I would fully book here again. Special thanks to the cleaners who were all lovely (all locals are actually awesome) and Rhianna our fav waitress, she was just brilliant and an absolute riot ! 😂

Our week at Abidah left us full of praise and commendation. We chose Abidah for its size, features and location. We came to the resort with reasonable expectations. To our surprise and delight; Abidah exceeded every expectation and over-delivered on every aspect of our stay. Rooms are generous, clean, and well-equipped. Beach is quieter and somewhat private compared to larger resorts, yet beautiful, sandy, with crystal clear water. Pool is clean, convenient, and well-equipped. To us; Abidah excels in client service. Our experience with the front desk and food service was exemplary. With only 40 rooms, dining was never crowded. Food was plentiful, interesting, and very tasty every day. There were themed nights as well. The dining room staff excelled in creating that “at home” feeling. We fully expected to eat out at restaurants but never did because of the quality and camaraderie. Joy, a senior member of the staff, gave us great advice on where to go on the island and most importantly, how to get there. Joy brought joy to our day, every day. Bus and cab service was readily available nearby or directly from the resort. Front desk was great at arranging day trips. Barbados is; by any description; a warm and welcoming nation that embraces tourists with open arms. Our visit to the island was exceptional thanks to Abidah, its great staff, and winning attitude to guests. We will definitely return.

Wow! What a hidden gem! Been to Barbados two times before at different properties. This place far exceeds any other hotel. The food, people who work here, and the views amazing. Everyone treats you like family and is so warm and welcoming. Short two minute walk to be on the beach. Special shout out to JaLisa Dre and Tyrell. Drinks are strong and get you where you want to be! Having my own jacuzzi was a special treat as well. Pool area is small, but I had no problem laying out for 6 days. I’m actually sad to leave this wonderful place. The room is huge. There are no gift shops around, and the spa was closed all week. Oistens is nearby though. Wish they had the a la cart menu like their website says, but it was buffet every meal. I found my new hotel to stay in when I visit Barbados again. If you haven’t been November is perfect weather wise! Can’t reccomend this place enough.

Beautiful hotel by the water with a pool on-site. Some rooms offer stunning ocean views. The rooms themselves are clean, spacious, and equipped with strong air conditioning. Blackout curtains are a great bonus for restful sleep. I especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi on the balcony.
Dinner dishes were delicious, though I would suggest expanding the variety of food options throughout the day. I visited in early May 2025, and the hotel felt quiet with few other guests. The beach was clean, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking.
The island has plenty of activities to offer — from surfing and e-biking to exploring the local culture. The locals were warm and welcoming.
Yes, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at the Mango Bay hotel! It wasn't just the beautiful weather, but also the very friendly and helpful people who work at the hotel. The hotel itself was good value for money: good bed, good air-con, clean bathroom with daily cleaning service, and also a quiet and well-functioning fridge, which is important. The food and service in the restaurant were absolutely excellent! Most of the time we had a la carte and great drinks (unlimited). We felt very relaxed and were able to unwind very well.
Regarding the hotel beach, I have to say it wasn't easy to get into the water and it's relatively small and a bit overcrowded. That's why we relaxed on another beach not too far away. It wasn't very loud at the hotel, but next to the hotel, a big building is being constructed, which could be a disturbance for some. We suspect that in a year, when it's finished, there will be a lot of people in the area.
Thank you for the lovely time. We would like to thank the restaurant manager and all the staff. On our last day, Kevin served us and he did a fantastic job, and we wish him all the best in his career at this hotel.

Have been in this location previously and it is a great location. However there are a few issues here at Mango bay. Arrived yesterday so still time for things to improve however first day is as follows:- they want you to sign a waver which says they are not responsible for anything that happens while you are here, including while walking around the venue, very odd. The staff are
great but lunch was like joining the line for school dinners. One of the staff went to get me some fish which was lacking at lunch, that was very kind of her. Wifi and wifi security is very poor. They advertise free wifi, and it is but it's not great and keeps dropping out. Secondly don't come here with a VPN as it is not compatible with their system. So interesting dynamic, sign a waiver saying the hotel are responsible for nothing, but you can't use your own VPN to protect yourself online. Seems like a bit of an issue there for me. Let's see what tomorrow brings.

We took our first trip to Barbados and stayed at the Mango Bay hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The food menu had different choices each night we were there and also included a vegetarian option. The rooms were kept cleaned daily and were always turned down for us every night. The drinks were non stop and so delicious. The view with the Ocean is breathtaking while enjoying our meals every night. The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling was so fun to do. The watersports that are included with the hotel was amazing. The staff were the bomb ( only a couple grumpy ones) but overall so so friendly and accommodating. We will be back next year. Damien was such a fun bartender!!!!

The rooms are a little dated and not ventilated well enough to cope with the powerful air conditioning so everything inside was a little damp. The views, location, staff and food offerings are excellent.

Pure Perfection!
Our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel from the Marriott Autograph Collection was absolutely unforgettable. The property captures everything you’d want from a true Barbados escape — steps from a pristine beach, breathtaking ocean views, and a relaxed, elegant atmosphere that feels both luxurious and personal. The rooms were beautifully designed with thoughtful Caribbean touches and kept spotless throughout our stay. The staff truly made the experience special with their warm hospitality and attention to detail — every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, special thanks to the operations manager and the team that arranged special dinner accommodations and stayed late at night to serve us. Absolutely outstanding experience!
From the moment I arrived, I was met by the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered—some even greeted me with a warm “hello” as they passed on their way to work. You could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing, which created a really positive and welcoming atmosphere.
I visited for breakfast and was blown away. The food was immaculate, beautifully presented, and constantly refreshed as items were taken. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile, and when we asked for extras, they were provided without hesitation.
The meal itself was superb, and the surroundings were equally lovely—calm, clean, and relaxing.
This was one of the most enjoyable breakfast outings I’ve had in a long time. I would highly recommend it and definitely plan to visit again!

Excellent hotel. Staff are so friendly and genuine always accommodating and kind. Food is very taste and well presented many choices from a la carte menu freshly prepared. Room was cleaned every day and always brought up whatever extra we asked( coffee, water etc) they do activities and water sports. The beach is beautiful and the water so clear that you can see the fish even without the mask . They always bring cold towels and cold snack while people sunbathe. Excellent in every way. Brilliant staff, barman, waitresses, chef, cleaners... all of them but Chantel really makes the difference🙂

My wife and I booked in for five nights all inclusive at the start of March. We had notified the hotel of our arrival time which was 11 AM and when we arrived our room was ready for us, this was unexpected but a nice surprise. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, helped with our bags and showed us around the room.
Room - the room was excellent, really spacious and clean with lovely modern furniture. It was made up of two separate rooms, the main bedroom and a separate room with a two seater sofa that went out on to our ground floor patio. There were separate TVs in both rooms. The mini fridge was stocked with beers soft drinks which you could ask to be replaced. The aircon was good quality with separate units in the two rooms.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, really big with really high-quality soft sheets and pillows, perfect for us.
The bathroom was spacious with a bath and a shower. The shower was big with very nice toiletries. The shower was so lovely it was like being at a spa. A nice touch was the automatic night lights behind the mirror and along the floor.
There was plenty of storage space with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and side cabinets.
Food - We found the food a bit hit and miss, when we arrived we were told it was buffet every day except Sunday and Wednesday, but then during the stay it seemed completely random. The all day menu was quite nice with decent variety and this was served as à la carte most lunchtimes. There was always a pre-order menu at breakfast plus a buffet. We had the à la carte menu on three of the five evenings and it was OK, but we didn’t think the buffet was that good. We had spent the previous 5 days eating around the island and the food was excellent wherever we went, so it was a little disappointing when an expensive hotel wasn’t as good quality. The drinks were also very weak. Given the history of rum on the island you think you’d be able to taste the rum in the cocktails. My wife doesn’t drink a lot but even she found the cocktails incredibly weak. The cocktails were very nice though, we just needed to ask for more rum.
Staff and service -Again we found the staff and service a bit mixed. Housekeeping was excellent throughout, including the cleaning and the turndown service, the room was always immaculate. The restaurant and bar staff were a bit mixed depending on the individual, with some being very friendly and fun and others bordering on rude and clearly not wanting to be there.
The communal areas in the hotel were quite nice if a little small, but they were always sun beds available somewhere at any time during the day around the pool or overlooking sea. The beach is directly accessible from the hotel via stairs and is a very nice beach. We took our own snorkeling equipment and used it every day with lots of sea life and tropical fish over the reef and rocks right outside the hotel.
I think the experience at Treasure Beach would have been better if the sister hotels were open. When we were there all but Waves were closed for refurbishment, there was a water taxi back-and-forth to Waves, which finished around 3 PM so we could only visit for lunch, not dinner which was the weakest meal at Treasure Beach. If the others were open, it would have given us a bit more variety in space and restaurants in walkable distance.
Overall we had a lovely time, enjoying the amazing sunsets that cast different patterns across the sky every night, enjoying the accommodation and swimming with the sea life. There’s definitely some room for improvement though given the price range for this hotel.

We visited this beautiful hotel for an early honeymoon. It really didn't disappoint. Having read (completely incorrect) negative reviews prior to our arrival, I was rather apprehensive about our visit. However, the moment we stepped in to reception to check in these disappeared. Our room was absolutely beautiful and all we can say is, what a stunning hotel and location. Food and drinks top notch. Staff were exceptional. The kindest, warmest and most accommodating people I've encountered. Fell in absolute love with Barbados, partly due to the fantastic experience we had at this hotel. We WILL be back! Special mention to Kim and Francine, who went above and beyond. Thank you!❤️

Overall had a great week at this resort, though some areas for improvement.
Service was generally very good but very slow waiting on food at the Tipsy lunch, and they needed a 2nd bartender to manage tables and walk-ups combined.
In general, I didn't find that service staff were particularly friendly, however a few great ones made up for it! David, Omar, and Marcia on the bar, Shakir as a super fun and friendly server assist, Deana on breakfast support, and Prince for the Hobie sail/tour!
Shout out to the lovely lady who made omelettes every morning and the the taco gal by the beach!
Beach was gorgeous and clean with good swimming and water mats/trampoline, though only 300 meters length for walking in front of the hotel due to outcropped retaining walls.
Overall, the food was very good, particularly a la carte. I am not a fan of buffets and it isn't practical to have a huge selection at a smaller resort.
A morning coffee shop would be nice for those who would like to take coffee back to the room or sit outside and wake up, with a later breakfast.

At sea breeze we certainly made some of those and I would like to start by mention some of the amazing staff who have definitely helped in making our experience enjoyable and smooth:
Janina front desk- from day one she has been very hospitable, she led us to our room and as we were walking she explained the different areas of the resort . One day she covered the kids club - she was very sweet and great with my kids .
Carolyn - she only covered the kids club once when we were there and she was fabulous with my children.
Josh from the water sport - always making sure clients by the pool are ok with their drinks. He was always ready to clear your drinks when finished and bring you another one if wanted . Thank you Josh!!
Captain Jack - very friendly , he took us sailing and showed my kids turtles in the sea for their first time! I’ll always be grateful for it!

We did not have any “issues” during our vacation at Sea Breeze but as already mentioned to some managers when we were there , I would like to give some advices to improve their service :
Kids club need to review their activities!! That’s why I can’t give 5 stars - many clients are British so , as a parent , I was expecting my children to spend more time outdoor considering our children spend enough time indoor in the Uk . I thought activities like building sand castles , playing in the pool or games by the amazing sea would have been organised but unfortunately the activities are very limited and all indoor ( slime making , movies , colouring ) - all stuff kids can do even in the Uk.
The only day it was well organised was Halloween , children had fun trick or treating around and making spooky biscuits .
Breakfast- the buffet always open late , around 7:10/7:15 where you have to queue outside and just standing with your kids while they set up before they open . Once you sit down and you order your coffee ( lattes/cappuccino) you have to wait another good 10/15minutes before they bring you one . If you get a black coffee is fine , but if you fancy a milky drink like lattes you have to wait very long time , so I’d suggest they should have a coffee machine ( as most resorts have ) where you can make your own drink . They do one have one by the reception, but obviously is not located in the dining area.
Rather than this … lay back and enjoy the Caribbean!! Thank you Sea Breeze

The room itself was one of the better aspects of the stay. It was spacious, clean, and tidy, which was appreciated after a long journey. The bathroom was also well laid out and featured both a monsoon/rainfall shower and a regular shower head attached to a hose, with a cradle positioned low on the wall. Unfortunately, when switching to the monsoon shower, the water pressure dropped to little more than a trickle, making that feature fairly pointless.
We arrived at the hotel around 1pm and were allowed to use the facilities until our official check-in time at 4pm, which was a welcome and practical gesture after travelling.
The hotel has three restaurants. The buffet restaurant, Mahogany Lounge, was decent, while the à la carte restaurant, The Cerulean, was the least impressive. The menu there leaned heavily towards fish and felt somewhat limited. There was also a dress code requiring men to wear as a minimum requirement, collared shirts and 'dress shorts',and women to dress 'elegantly'. This wasn’t really an issue given the heat. Shorts being allowed was sensible, but the vague definition of 'dress shorts' meant guests interpreted it very loosely, which made the rule feel inconsistent at best. The standout restaurant, in my estimation, was The Terra, which offered the best overall dining experience of the three.
Food service was unfortunately hit and miss. I chose to have lunch at the beach-side taco bar and ended up waiting over an hour for the tacos to arrive. When they eventually did, they were cold. I had a similar experience on the patio of the buffet restaurant, with long waits and food that wasn’t served hot.
On a more positive note, the staff were generally very willing to help. When issues were raised, and if it was within their control, they were eager to rectify the situation and/or apologise for the service delivery failures, which did help soften some of the frustrations.
The hotel is clearly kid-friendly and does, in fact, offer kids’ clubs. One for toddlers and another for older children, which gives parents a bit of much-needed respite. There are also several activities available nearby, including snorkeling, jet-skis, catamaran trips, windsurfing, and golf, which adds to the appeal if you want to explore beyond the hotel.
Overall, Sea Breeze Hotel has some definite positives, particularly the rooms, helpful staff, and location. However, inconsistent food quality and slow service mean the experience falls somewhere in the middle rather than standing out.

Hotel is gorgeous. The staff in the lobby were extremely nice but the wait staff was very rude. Alcohik is bottom shelf and watered down. Food was inedible at dinners. We needed to eat outside the property after spending the money for an all inclusive.

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks stay at Sugar Bay following a weeks Cruise. This hotel is superb. From the moment i entered the hotel i knew we were going to have a wonderful time. Welcome drinks (strong!!) and a smooth check in. Allocated a gorgeous pool view room on the ground floor - 133. Reef restaurant is wonderful - the food is superb with such a variety of choice. We were able to visit 'Tumi' and 'Sizzle' once during our stay as part of the AI - The food is fabulous. 'Colin's' for lunch and drinks is great too. We had the best week at the hotel and are booking to return next year. The cocktails are incredible, the beach beautiful, the pool relaxing. Entertainment is relaxing/classy and suits the hotel. The team of hotel staff are incredible - good conversations/kind and helpful. We had such a perfect week - it has been incredibly hard to adapt back to the London weather and work..!!!

First and foremost, I want to sing the praises of the staff at Sugar Bay; such wonderful people. My wife and I loved our time at Sugar Bay.
Overall I thought the food was great; kudos to the kitchen staff. The buffet at The Reef was fresh with great flavors and ever changing options during our time. We enjoyed lunches at Colin’s Bar/Grill with some local inspired daily specials. We also enjoyed Valentines seafood dinner at Sizzle Steakhouse; lobster and blackened snapper.
Most nights there was talented musical entertainment. One night had fire dancers.
Resort had plenty of beach lounge chairs and the ocean was a refreshing temperature in February. The sports/beach team would bring out an umbrella on request.
And one morning I walked down to see the racehorses swimming at Pebbles Beach; just a ~15minute walk.

Sugar Bay is in an excellent position on the south coast of Barbados which does not suffer from the road noise pollution that some in the area do. Its beach area is expansive and clean and the pool area is very nice too. Our room overlooked the garden, so didn't have much of a view, but the balcony and room were very quiet and secluded which suited us.
The food let it down slightly. There was plenty of it, a lot of choice, and it was of good quality, but being a buffet it was often lukewarm, and we Brits like our food hot!
Alcoholic drinks seemed to be made with no-name spirit brands or from unlabelled bottles, but they were fine if you value quantity over quality.

We had a mixed experience during our stay.
The kids club was truly a highlight - warm, attentive staff, thoughtful activities, and a genuinely positive experience for our children. Our kids absolutely loved it and looked forward to going each day, which made a big difference for our family.
However, we were disappointed with how a safety concern was handled. When we calmly raised an issue regarding an interaction with security and clearly expressed that we did not feel safe, the response from management felt defensive rather than reassuring. Responsibility was deflected, and a request for a refund so we could relocate elsewhere, as well as a personal apology, was declined. The response was that we were free to stay somewhere else, but without a refund or apology.
The conversation took place in a public area, and another hotel guest overheard the exchange and felt compelled to interrupt, expressing surprise at how the situation was being handled. This further underscored how uncomfortable and dismissive the interaction felt.
I later noticed other reviews describing similar experiences with management, and based on my own experience, I can unfortunately relate.
I’m sharing this feedback so future guests can make informed decisions and so the property has the opportunity to improve how guest concerns - especially those related to safety - are addressed.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Sugar Bay in August\September 2025. The weather was great and the entertainment was superb. The rum punch was deadly but in a good way. It was a very relaxing time, just what we needed as this was our first beach holiday in many years.
The food was great with a eclectic mix of local and international cuisines. Great choices for everyone no matter how adventurous a palate you may have.
We would like to especially thank the staff at Sugar Bay for making our stay special in particular Sophia, Samantha E., Cherese, Andre, Kimberly and Justin. Thank you so much!!!

We had the best time at the Waves, all of the staff were so friendly and felt like friends by the time we left! The room was lovely, as were the facilities and the food which was varied and really tasty! The location, set literally on the seafront is really special, with incredible views across the ocean, unbeatable sunsets and fantastic ocean swimming, snorkelling and watersports. Huge thanks to the whole team from Jed & Jan (Mumma J). We’d both highly recommend.

WOW! Customer service is that of a 5*. Staff were warm and welcoming. A special shout out to Jacqui, Ryan, Tammy, Ashani, Marsha, Devon, Ebony, Antwoine and the wonderful Ether who cooked divine meals. There are more staff we can't remember the names of but everyone made our stay special and memorable.
The room was very spacious. The only reason why it's not 5 star for the room is because we didn't get a sea view. Having said that, we did see a monkey right outside our window.
Pros:
- stunning Seaview from the lobby
- private beach with stunning sunsets
- fabulous cocktails and delicious food
- breakfast has a variety but what makes it special is that it always has a Bajan option. We are big fans of the salt cod and Bajan soup
- entertainment at the hotel in the form of live music and independent shop vendors
- good water sports
- lovely spa treatment and facilities
- our girls didn't want to leave, they got so much love from the staff
Improvements:
- we didn't get a sea view room but do try and get one with the amazing sea view
- a detachable shower head or bathtub would be really handy for families
- food could be a bit hotter
- more accessible plug points in the room
Can't really fault this lovely hotel located on a quieter side of the island. Close proximity to Carlisle Bay (10min by taxi). Highlight of the stay is the customer service offered by the lovely and wonderful staff. Definitely coming back.

The hotel itself is small — only three floors — and one of its biggest advantages is that most rooms come with a beautiful ocean view. The staff may not seem extremely friendly at first, but once you start talking to them, they are very attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist. We originally booked a split room because we were traveling with children, but it was unavailable upon arrival, and we were upgraded to a better category — the Junior Suite on the second floor (room 7209). The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, separate shower, a big bed, and two sofa beds that were very comfortable for the kids. There’s a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, good-quality toiletries, and — importantly — a great hair dryer and strong water pressure, which is a huge plus when you have long hair. The AC works perfectly, there’s an iron and ironing board, and the balcony has a sofa, chairs, a table, and even a drying rack.
Another great advantage is the constant availability of fresh water — in the room, at the bar, and on the beach. They always refill it with lemons, cucumbers, watermelon, or other fruits, which is so refreshing in the heat. You can also ask for any bonus drinks throughout the day and even late at night. The hotel offers yoga, a small but nice gym, and a lovely coffee shop where we really enjoyed the tuna wrap, desserts, and coffee. From time to time, local women visit to sell handmade souvenirs. There’s also occasional entertainment — live music, someone playing instruments — small but pleasant touches.
The beach is small but there are always plenty of loungers, no need to reserve anything early. The beach and pool staff are attentive and always check on guests to offer drinks or help. A huge plus is that all water activities are completely free: tubing, water skiing, catamarans, paddle boards, and more. Our kids loved the tubing and did it several times a day.
One thing to be aware of: there is quite a bit of glass in the water. It doesn’t cut deeply, but you will definitely feel small pieces, so just be prepared. When I asked the locals, they explained that after heavy rains or flooding, all the debris and garbage from the streets — including bottles — gets washed into the ocean. And honestly, there is a lot of trash on the beach in general. If you take a walk along the shore, you’ll see bottles and plastic scattered around. This isn’t the hotel’s fault — it’s more of a reflection of how the island struggles with keeping public beaches clean. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re expecting pristine Caribbean shorelines.
As for minor hotel-related downsides: the area behind the watersports center could be cleaner, and it would be great to have more trash bins around the property, as sometimes there’s nowhere to throw away small items. The buffet is also quite small and repetitive, and we wished there was more seafood, especially considering it’s the Caribbean.
We also loved the Indian restaurant DOSA located across the street in the adults-only section — definitely worth visiting.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, we truly enjoyed our stay. The ocean views, friendly staff, wellness-oriented atmosphere, great coffee shop, and especially the free water activities made this vacation special for our family.

We had a disastrous stay at the Waves due to FOOD POISONING. My daughter and I became severely ill with vomiting and diarrhea a few hours after eating at Seascapes, the hotel restaurant. We were not able to leave our room for a couple of days, and the diarrhea and stomach cramps lasted for several days after we returned home. Management has not taken responsibility for this, or provided any compensation, which is quite shocking given the fact that we were not the only people sick, and that I have been a loyal Marriott customer for close to 30 years.
We chose this hotel because it calls itself a health and wellness resort, and it's part of the Autograph Collection, so we expected good things. Unfortunately, the food at none of the restaurants is healthy, and the snack bar only has soda pop and pastries - no water, no protein snacks! The staff was also very slow and reluctant to make lattes for guests. We also expected to be able to do yoga and pilates every day, but they only offer classes 3x per week, and there is no dedicated studio! And for those who love the beach, this is not the place for you - it is extremely small and narrow.
Don't waste your money or risk getting sick!

I got to stay for 6 days at the waves resort recently, and I can say with my whole chest that this was an amazing and gorgeous resort.
As someone who works in the hotel industry I always appreciate when the customer service is great and attentive and at the Waves, the service is truly next level. I had the best time. I got to relax, have fun and eat good food.
Astrid and Ashani from the front desk were so much help to me throughout my stay, their service was truly inspiring.
Valery from the restaurant made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. I am so grateful to have met her.
Everyone at the hotel has been so nice and friendly and the services were great.

I visited Barbados for the first time in September 2023 with my mum, it was her second visit to the island.
We had an amazing time. We received a surprise room upgrade to a sea view room when we checked in. We were greeted with punch and the staff were very friendly from the first moment. Special shoutout to Terence who took the time to check on me on a day I was a bit under the weather.
Some say the rooms and hotel are dated, but I felt the place had a nice character to it. One night our AC broke and was fixed very quickly. The pools are small but they are great for taking a little break from the heat.
The buffet breakfast was always pleasant and there were different options available each night for our evening meal. During the day there were options for lunch and the coffee/wine bar was also a great place to relax. I particularly liked the swim up/cave bar. There were a few bars at the hotel and there were plenty of delicious cocktail options and other drinks.
The hotel is right on the beach and the live music at night time added to the atmosphere of the place. The whole place had a very chilled out feel to it.
As the island is so small, all of our trips were within short travel distance from the hotel.
Overall it was a great experience here. The staff at Crystal Cove could not do enough for us and I wish I could have stayed for longer.

Awful hotel!! Due to stay here for 4 nights but checked out after 1. Would have checked out the same day if we hadn't been travelling 9 hours to get there.
This hotel is one of the worst I've stayed at and believe me invested in a lot of hotels.it is definitely not a 4-star hotel.
The rooms are outdated,verging on dirty. Our bathroom had mould and the toilet didn't flush.
All the staff were avoid of smiling and some came across rude. Everything seemed an effort.
The food was abysmal.A real lack of choice and quality. The evening buffet was horrific.got to the point I didn't bother eating and my wife left most of hers.breakfast was no better.
Checking in was another disaster.no warm welcome and a real poor first impression.the whole experience was terrible.
When checking out 3 dats early after explaining why I did not even receive any type of apology at all.Absolutely shocking!
I strongly advise staying somewhere else and don't waste your hard earned money on this place

The resort is in a nice location. The views are beautiful. Our room was ok, and the bed wasn’t bad. The bathroom was also fine. The fridge was rarely stocked and it was a struggle to get water bottles. We had to repeatedly go to the nearby coffee shop to get small bottles are water and bring it back to our room. There are two restaurants. One is open for a breakfast buffet and also opened for a sit down dinner. The other restaurant is only open during lunch time and is a buffet. The food during breakfast and lunch was fine. However the food for dinner was not impressive. The portions were very small. I ordered a steak one night with shrimp and was extremely surprised about how small it was and how there was only four small shrimp with it. The beach is beautiful. There are two separate areas on a large beach where you can sit with some nice chairs that have shade. There is only a small area where you can swim without hitting the rocks. There are water sports that are also free. We went kayaking and had a blast and also went tubing which was very fun. The pools are nice and the cave bar was a cool spot. We had a great time, but there is room for improvement.

For the cost, Turtle Beach is really 3 stars, but i enjoyed my one week stay and will give it 4.
Many people complain about the birds which will be after your food during alfresco dining, but I liked the wildlife being there.
The hotel is old and dated but so what! My room was big and comfortable with a great view. However. it was quite a long walk to the main areas; the hotel is well spread out.
The staff and meals were good. I particularly liked the ice cream parlour, the swimming pools and room service.
The beach was hopeless; lots of seaweed on it, and all the beaches on the south and east coasts of the island. If you want a good, clean beach, you have to go to the west coast which is mainly taken up with rich folks' homes . There is only ONE hot, small lift (elevator) to cater for all the rooms - terrible!
Do take a trip round the island - well worth it!

The price-performance ratio at Turtle Beach Hotel is disappointing. While you can enjoy a buffet three times a day and book a table for à la carte dining in the evening (which was usually good), the buffet food itself left much to be desired. The potatoes, for example, were dry and soggy rather than crispy. Most of the staff were unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome.
Finding a sunbed was nearly impossible as all of them were reserved with towels by 8 AM. When we asked about activities or a hotel plan, the staff dismissed our questions, and after searching for a while, we gave up. Additionally, activities listed on the daily schedule came with extra charges, which is unacceptable given the high cost of staying here.
Another strange aspect was the “dummy receipt” provided for meals, showing what they supposedly cost, which seemed unnecessary and odd. The laundry service was outrageously expensive as well.
On the positive side, the rooms were clean, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. However, for those wanting to explore the island, this is definitely the wrong hotel. Even for all-inclusive visitors, there are likely better options offering more value for the price.

We stayed at Tuttle Bay for five nights, and while many reviews have pointed out that the hotel grounds need updating, I won’t dwell on that as I understand renovations are planned for this year. Instead, I’ll focus on our personal experience as a couple, though I recognize this is primarily a family-oriented hotel, so our perspective as couple , may be a bit biased.
Positives
The hotel’s biggest strength is its staff—the service is truly excellent. The beach is stunning, and the food is of a very high standard. A standout moment was the New Year’s Eve buffet dinner, which was beautifully organized, with fantastic decorations that added a festive touch. A special highlight for us was our last night when we requested lobster. The chef prepared it perfectly, and while it came with an additional charge, it was absolutely worth it.
Negatives
The primary issue for us was the noise level. This is a very loud property, and as a couple seeking relaxation, we struggled to find quiet spaces during the day. The entertainment is repetitive, with 80s hits, Michael Jackson, and Bob Marley played on a loop. Daytime activities like karaoke and drumming are also excessively loud. The sound system is of poor quality, and while there are live performances in the evening, they’re often singing the same songs, too loud and, unfortunately, not very enjoyable. We had to be wearing earplugs at times during dinner.
During a New Year’s Day event, there was a DJ playing more up-to-date Caribbean music on the beach, which was a refreshing change and much more enjoyable. I hope the planned refurbishment includes better sound systems and an overhaul of the entertainment program.
We booked an ocean-view room but were initially placed in a room overlooking the restaurant entertainment area. The loud music made it unbearable. After complaining, we were moved the next night to a much quieter room on the other side of the property, closer to the beach.
Another issue is the lack of sun loungers and parasols. Around the pool, there are only around 20 shaded parasols for a resort with over 140 rooms, and no dedicated adult pool. Children are splashing water, running and screaming everywhere, leaving little space for adults to relax. We opted for the beach, but it also has no parasols—just lounges with a hood that provides minimal sun protection. Loungers are placed close together, offering little privacy, and there aren’t enough of them. Guests start reserving loungers before 6 a.m., which is frustrating, however the beach here is absolutely stunning.

Beautiful hotel with the most helpful and friendly staff. The food was amazing, with many accommodations for all dietary restrictions. Halal food was also available by request. The beach and pool areas were terrific. Our room had a full view of the clear ocean, and there were many activities available for all ages. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay at Turtle Beach, I can understand why we met so many returning guests!

We've just returned from 9 amazing days at The Turtle Beach Hotel & Spa. The location is just spectacular. Right on the beach, with amazing views, from all rooms, I understand. The 3 pools were very welcome in the heat. Very comfortable sun loungers all around the pools. There was never a problem getting a sunbed and fresh towels every day.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning location, just wow. The food was adequate and sometimes amazing. Breakfast buffet style, but do go and see Ether on the egg station, but if you order an omelette, don't ask for cheese until last, you've been warned. Lunch the sane buffet style unless you order food from the bar, but expect a slow delivery. Evening meal, sometimes off a menu other times buffet, it seems to depend on how they feel that day. Also, book your restaurant times asap for your evening meal. The beach was small but adequate, but the pool was more than enough for me. I do wish they had poolside waiters, but considering our experience with the hospitality staff, it may have been a blessing in disguise. The rooms are dated, but they suit the surroundings and are cleaned to a high standard. If you have a chance eat at the restaurant next door. It's included in your stay, but book it as soon as you arrive, the views are stunning. Unfortunately, waitresses and bar Staff were the only things that let this place down, 90% of them that is, the rest couldn't do enough for you. It may be that they had a bad week, but either way, it put a downer on our holiday.

A huge, belated thanks to the staff at the Tamarind for making our little family reunion/big B-day week-long trip a massive success. We were a group of 16, aged 2 - 80, and everyone had a blast. The kids loved the pools, the parents loved the bars by the pools, I enjoyed slipping away to the adjacent beach oasis. The free water sports were a hit, the food was excellent, the ocean views from the suites were breathtaking. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and were pros at dealing with all sorts. We had an amazing trip. I hope to go back to the Tamarind someday and I highly recommend it.

Food was good, plenty of choice at buffet and a la carte. Would've liked more local Bajan cuisine though.
Ocean view junior suite is spacious, comfy, nice balcony. Bed comfy and big but high to climb into, staff were great, provided extra towels on request for our 'couple time' - well, it is a romantic location!! Bathroom good, great rainfall shower and nice toiletries.
Sure it's not a flash 5 star place, but for the money it's fine. Pay 3 times more if you want flash.

Really friendly and attentive staff. Was really quiet when we were there but started to fill up with families with young noisy kids as Easter approached.
Great location right on the beach, and decent food.
The water taxi to the 3 other hotels in the group was handy for a change of scenery.
Taxis are really expensive - as is everything else! Duty free on gifts though bring prices down to UK levels.

I didn't really like this place.
It's expensive, but not worth it. There's a $20 charge for room service, bit It's an all-inclusive, so I'm so confused about this. I don't feel I got value for the price of the stay.
The lady at dinner was super nice! She made sure I chose something nice and even went above and beyond by bringing it up when she called, said it was ready for me to pickup and I took my own sweet time to go get it.
Also, didn't feel like a Marriott Gold member. There was a bit of paper in the room, but that's it.
Loved the robe though.
Staff is really great. Everyone I encountered is top notch and really want to ensure you had an amazing time.
Thanks for the umbrella, it helped as it poured while I was there.
