I had a truly fantastic dinner at Trader Vic’s, and it was a 5-star experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was perfect, but what really made the evening stand out was the incredible service and the quality of the food.
The highlight of our night was the staff. A huge thank you to Nur, Eve, and Dede for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their warm energy and efficiency made us feel truly welcomed. It is rare to find a team that works so seamlessly together to provide such high-level service.
The food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was a hit. Of course, the drinks were equally impressive, crafted with the signature Trader Vic’s touch.
Overall Experience
Between the delicious meal and the top-tier service from Nur, Eve, and Dede, everything was flawless. If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes, amazing food, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is it. I can’t wait to come back!

I did a staycation at this property to experience the room, food and service. I was pretty impressed by all the three. The check in experience was great! They were very pleasing and helpful. The rooms was very well maintained and with a stunning view. The food was excellent as well. Something stood out was a WhatsApp message received checking if the room was meeting my expectations, and offering assistance! Keep up the good maintenance and hospitality!

We had an amazing staycation at the hotel. The room was very clean, and the beach and pool areas were beautiful and well maintained. Veronica at the reception was absolutely amazing, she was very kind, welcoming, and helped us a lot throughout our stay. The breakfast was awesome, and the service provided by Joriza, Lelita, and Mermae was exceptional. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable, going the extra mile to help us with anything we needed. Overall, the service was excellent, and we really appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing staff. They are very helpful, friendly and their attention to detail is top notch. The cleaning staff takes their job to another level. Ester and Emerson had my room looking check in perfect every day. The breakfast was also amazing. The staff was there to keep the food fresh the tables bused and the coffee filled. The staff are incredibly welcoming-we were greeted by Khawla at reception who was fantastic! She made sure to get us the best room and she put a special request for our anniversary.She showed extreme kindness,caring and professionalism.
At the dining hall,Mary was amazing,she was helping my little daughters at all times and gave them great experience
We were also assisted throughout by Kennedy at the poolside who was extremely helpful.
And many many others who all showed superb service!
The room was beautiful with a lovely big balcony.

Complete review of a Bed n breakfast at Al Messila luxury resort and spa. Stayed over here for a week as a honeymoon trip and we were not disappointed. From the moment you step foot at the hotel the staff are extremely welcoming - helping us upon check-in by taking our luggage to our room. The room itself was fantastic and spacious (we opted for deluxe room with balcony).
The breakfast option was brilliant having a set menu and with subtle changes each day. The drinks and hot beverages were good and there was fantastic attention to detail by staff.
Special thanks to Twan who showed excellent customer service and to the rest of the breakfast team.
The pool was a delight and special commendation to the pool staff - Ahtesham & Kennedy who showed a keen eye for the small details in accommodating us whenever we went to the pool.

I'd like to give a special mention to Jessie (Jacinta) from the kids club who was exceptional with our group of about 6 kids for quite a few hours and engaged in indoor games, outdoor play, dinner time, movie time, with so much love and energy. Perfect woman for the job, every kids club needs a Jessie.
Also the gingerbread house experience for kids was lovely, one of the nicest and less chaotic ones we've done in Qatar.
The food at Taj Rasoi is exceptional and the service provided by Aakash was brilliant. We also thoroughly enjoyed the festive happy hour at Elixir with really well thought out tasty cocktails and food, what a great deal. And always a brilliant breakfast at Deli Kitchen.

This hotel is very luxurious and exquisite the staff are amazing and the service is spot on. Coming from England I was aware of the Qatari hospitality however this hotel exceeded my expectations.
Ashiful is an exceptional gentleman who was there when we needed him and he was very friendly and kind and helpful to myself and brother in law. He deserves a promotion as his service is outstanding and I feel he is what makes the hotel’s values and ethos come life. This is the same for Riaz also very kind and helpful.
I will definitely come visit again and will hopefully see Ashiful there. Then i had an amazing experience complimetary from hotel this was stand up paddling which by the way is hard but i was showen the way by Shaeb life guard he is amazing and also i learnt kayaking I recommend to all visitors

At the beach, Felix by the Beach was fantastic company throughout my stay. He offered great advice that helped me make the most of my short break, and his warmth and professionalism really stood out.

Beautiful experience with a small comfort note
Great food, stunning views, and excellent drinks — everything was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and elegant, making it a wonderful place to unwind.
A special mention to Dayana at reception, who was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond and made our experience feel effortless.
The only small note is that the bed was a little firm and the pillows quite soft for our personal preference, but overall this did not take away from a very enjoyable stay.
We would happily return and highly recommend this place.

Great hotel. Lovely and clean with excellent outdoor areas. All inclusive package is a must if you like a drink but strangely doesn’t include brandy.
All inclusive menus in Rasa and Mr Tailors are a bit restricted and could, perhaps, do with changing a little more often.
Overall the food offering was really good.
Great location - £4 uk in to town, £5 uk to and from the airport.
Would go again.
Special mentions to Sergen and Arpan in Rasa who gave us great service and laughs. Also to the hostess Exgi who never failed to have a smile and cheery greeting for us. Lastly Adiyan who kept our room spotlessly clean.

We spent a lovely week at Kempinski The Pearl Doha with our family and can truly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome.
The entire staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide variety of options.
A special mention goes to Safaa, who made our stay especially pleasant and always looked after us for our well being with great care. We would also like to thank Elisabeth from the security team, who greeted us so warmly every day and always brought a smile to our faces.
The hotel is very child-friendly, we felt completely comfortable as a family, and we would definitely return.

We also had the chance to dine at the Public House Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious—one of the highlights of our stay. It’s a real shame that our visit was so short, as this hotel truly deserves to be fully enjoyed for a longer period of time. A flawless 10/10 experience.

The customer service at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly, and Mike kindly offered us an upgrade to a suite, which was incredible. When we walked into the suite, our happiness instantly doubled. Everything was beautiful and modern, and my family and I truly loved our stay.
We enjoyed the hotel so much that we wanted to cancel our other booking and extend our stay for another five nights, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Every time we needed assistance, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful. The pool staff were also fantastic and made our experience even more enjoyable.
The only small area for improvement would be the baby high chairs in the breakfast restaurant. Either a chair wasn’t available, or if one was, the belt was missing or broken. It would be great if the hotel could invest in new, clean, sturdy baby high chairs with proper safety belts.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is absolutetly wonderful. Great location and everything from the check in to the check out has been absolutely great. Staff members have been super positive and attentive. They supported us throughout their stay with the outmost professionalism. Thank you to the ladies in red, Zehi, Neil and Idris and Eric. In addition the gentleman at the Pool & Beach (saw him again at the breakfast this morning) was great and I loved his energy.

Nice experience for my birthday. Typical spa experience. Worth the money based on views and so forth. Although, I should have stayed longer and enjoyed the facilities based on the cost. It’s certainly on the pricey side. But, it’s something I wanted to do so I’m very glad. My masseuse was exceptional and she did a great job. I think they could do more for special occasions as I went on my birthday but didn’t ‘feel’ extra special or like it was a different day. Pretty basic, what you pay is what you get. Overall, Fairmont is a staple so happy for the experience but do be mindful of cost before attending.

Stunning Hotel with Areas for Improvement
The hotel is undeniably impressive in its design and overall presentation; however, there are several aspects where improvements could be made. While the welcome was warm, the reception area felt somewhat discreet and lacked prominence, which resulted in a slightly disorganised first impression.
We were escorted to our room by Solomon, who was personable and courteous. However, the experience felt overly structured, resembling a show-home presentation, with an emphasis on features that felt unnecessary after a long journey.
The room itself was spacious and elegantly appointed, with many thoughtful details. Nevertheless, the lighting and blind systems were not particularly intuitive and proved difficult to operate. The bathroom was beautifully designed and well equipped, although the automatic toilet appeared to function unpredictably.
The absence of a minibar was notable and seemed unexpected for a hotel of five-star standard.
Breakfast was exceptional, offering an extensive selection that was consistently replenished. Metah, our waitress, provided outstanding service and is a true asset to the hotel, standing out for her professionalism and attentiveness.
However we didn’t appreciate the daily interrogation and questioning from the breakfast receptionist about whether we’d paid for breakfast or not. It was insulting and offensive.
The pool and gym facilities were of an excellent standard, and the poolside staff were highly attentive, ensuring a consistently comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Salwa Beach Resort. The resort itself is beautiful and very stylish, with great attention to detail. The same applies to the rooms, which are not only beautifully designed but also spacious. We also enjoyed the beach, pool area, and sports facilities.
Cuisine-wise, the resort offers a great variety of meals of excellent taste and quality. This applies both to the main restaurant as well as to the other specialised dining restaurants.
The staff at the hotel made our stay particularly pleasant. We would like to highlight several people:
•Omar (between Nesma Lobby Lounge and the reception) – who greeted us every day with great coffee and tea, accompanied by the most delicious dates. Special thanks for the insightful little chats on various topics. Thank you for the positive attitude that made us feel very welcome every day.
•Jessica (Dante Cucina Italiana) – a great waitress who made sure everything was perfect, and whose kind approach made our experience even better.
•Pasindu (The League) – the best chef at Salwa Beach Resort, preparing the most delicious meals.

The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and everything felt clean and well maintained. It was also very easy with kids — family-friendly, stress-free, and comfortable for everyone.
Nohoila is very nice and cheerful, always bringing a positive attitude. She follows up consistently and makes sure to ask questions when needed, which helps everything run smoothly. Her communication is clear and thoughtful, and she’s attentive to details.

We stayed at the Hilton in January during the low season, and everything was wonderful. The hotel was fully staffed, the service was excellent, and the food was great. Chef Nehal prepared delicious meals, and Beth went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
There were plenty of water activities. Although the water park was closed for annual maintenance, we were offered complimentary activities like laser tag, go-karting, and canyoning. The kids’ club and its staff were amazing — our son truly enjoyed his time there.

We booked a stay at Rixos Qatar – Qetaifan Island to celebrate our young son’s birthday.
Upon arrival, we were surprised to find that the available room had only two separate beds.
After spending the first night, we decided to extend our stay. Following the extension, the hotel management pleasantly surprised us by offering to continue our stay in a seafront villa.
This news truly revived our spirits and brought joy to our entire family.
What initially caused us frustration and concern turned into great happiness and delight.
We sincerely thank the hotel management, especially the General Manager, Mr. Maher, for his understanding of our situation and the challenges we faced, as well as his genuine care in ensuring that our stay was positive and comfortable.
Mr. Maher was a key reason behind our decision to return and stay with you again in the future.

At the beginning of our stay, there were a few small things we weren’t completely happy with. But the Hotel Rixos immediately showed us why it has such a great reputation. The team reacted straight away, took care of everything, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. Their kindness and willingness to help really impressed us.
One of the sweetest moments was when they surprised us with a beautiful cake in our room for our wedding anniversary. Such a thoughtful gesture that made the day truly special for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. The entire property was spotless – from the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It really made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing.
The food was another highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurants served delicious meals with excellent presentation. You can tell a lot of care goes into the kitchen here.
The staff were exceptional – always friendly, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everyone made sure I felt welcome and taken care of.
The only minor downside was the beach hours. It closed quite early at 5:30 PM, which felt a bit limiting, especially during such beautiful evenings. It would be great if access could be extended just a little longer.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return. The experience was well worth it!

I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided during my recent stay at your hotel.
I was very pleased that my requests for an early check-in, late check-out, and Friday breakfast instead of Saturday were accommodated so smoothly. Additionally, the thoughtful arrangements in the room — the roses, balloons, cake, and fruit platter — were a wonderful surprise and made our stay truly special.
While I greatly value these positive experiences, I would also like to share a few observations that unfortunately affected our overall comfort.
Firstly, the pool water did not appear to be properly cleaned, as there were visible oil residues and some unidentified particles floating on the surface. Secondly, as noted in your attached notice, there was a wedding event held during our stay. Unfortunately, the loud music from this event continued until around midnight, turning what was meant to be a relaxing evening in our room into quite a disturbance.
Although the room you assigned to us had a beautiful view and location, the noise from the celebration made us wish we had been accommodated in one of the rooms farther from the venue. This was particularly inconvenient, as I needed to wake up early the following morning, and the noise disrupted our rest.
I am sharing this feedback not as a complaint, but as a suggestion to help enhance guest comfort in the future. I truly enjoyed my stay overall and would be happy to return to your hotel again — hopefully under more peaceful circumstances.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks as a family of five, with three girls under the age of seven, and it was a truly wonderful stay.
Everything was excellent: the rooms, the breakfast, and the service. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The pool area is very well organized — towels are provided, sunscreen is available, and fresh fruit is offered throughout the day. At the beach, guests are also very well taken care of, and there are beach toys for children, so there is no need to bring your own.
The hotel also has a kids club where children can enjoy themselves. There is a schedule available, but it felt more like free play (coloring, puzzles, dancing). We would have loved to see a bit more active entertainment and organized activities, both in the kids club and around the pool area.
That said, our overall experience was absolutely amazing. A special mention goes to Walid, who helped us with so much during our stay. He truly made a difference. Also, a big thank you to all the staff at the pool, the beach, and the kids club — everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. A truly strong and dedicated team.
We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Doha was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We stayed at a different hotel in Doha last year, so we thought we knew what to expect, but this was on a completely different level. The service here has set the bar incredibly high.
Every single member of the team went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I wish I could list everyone, but we’d be here forever. Still, a few people really stood out and deserve a special mention:

• Mohamed Benssghir, the manager at Habanos
• Foster, Majid & Kyaw at the pool
• Faisal at check-in
• Asma from the greeting team

Our room was lovely and well presented, and cleaned twice a day by the amazing housekeeping team. We also had a great view, which made coming back to the room feel extra special.
As for the hotel itself, the facilities are excellent and very family-friendly. Whether it’s the pools, the Ritz Kids Club, or even the pets corner, everything is thoughtfully done. The location is also really convenient and close to a lot of places in Doha.

A few days ago, we returned from an excellent family vacation in Doha. We were parents with two children (ages 3 and 6). As always, the Ritz-Carlton did not disappoint. The service provided by the staff at all levels was outstanding, and the food was excellent. We had a half-board package, so besides breakfast, we enjoyed a different themed dinner every evening.
We spent our days on the pleasant and private beach, which was very calm. We would like to mention the perfect care and friendliness of everyone working there: Mr. Rakibul, Mobeen, Emdad, Shahab, Jahir, Nacer, Abdulaziz, and Brandon (names listed in random order). We felt very comfortable there and truly appreciated their professionalism, friendly attitude, and casual conversations.
The same applies to the restaurant staff, where we were most often and attentively looked after by Mr. Stefan, Eric, Wail, and Saad. Thank you for the soups for our children and for your overall helpfulness.
In addition to the private beach, the hotel offers outdoor pools with a waterfall, but the biggest surprise was the indoor 25-meter swimming pool and the hot jacuzzi. We also want to thank the hotel for the room upgrade — we really enjoyed the extra space and the unique view of The Pearl.
The hotel truly deserves its place among the top properties in Doha. The ride to the airport in the early morning, with minimal traffic, took only 25 minutes, and it’s just 15 minutes to the old town and 7 minutes to the Venice district. This convenience was another reason we loved the hotel — we could easily go into the city even on short notice.
We are already planning our next vacation at this hotel for next year.

I went with my family to the hotel for a week to have a holiday in January. I only have good things to say about the hotel. It was nice and clean in every corner. They have thought of everything in terms of interior design (feels very homely in the hotel rooms), there is a nice design throughout the hotel and it is clean everywhere. I was so fascinated by how they have succeeded so well with it.
As for the service, it was top class. I have never been to a hotel with such nice and service-minded staff. Everyone, really everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was top class, at breakfast we often got help from a girl named Tina. She was top class in terms of being nice and helpful.
At the pool we often got service from Bryan och Paul. They both were amazing and gave amazing service. I really want to recommend this hotel, it is difficult to overrate this. I will most likely come back.

From the moment I walked in, John at the front entrance greeted me with a warm smile and helped with my bags. He continued to check in with me everytime I left and returned back to the hotel. Always very welcoming and helpful.
The housekeeping team, especially Emam and Nirmala, were absolute stars! My room was always spotless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and friendly smiles didn't go unnoticed.
Brian at the poolside bar was also fantastic - his cheerful demeanor and prompt service made my poolside lounging even more enjoyable.
The security team across the hotel grounds were welcoming and helpful.

We had an overall fantastic holiday experience at Waldorf Astoria Lusail. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which really stood out. Scarpetta and SushiSamba both hold exceptionally high standards, and even the lobby café was great — everything we tried was consistently good.
The Christmas brunch was fantastic and definitely worth booking in advance. The rooms were beautiful, with modern décor and a brand-new feel throughout the resort.
Our 2-year-old absolutely loved the waterpark, which was a huge highlight for us as a family. The beach was also very tidy and clean, making it a lovely place to relax.
Staff hospitality was excellent across the board. A special mention to Bharat at the Bywater Bar, who was an outstanding barman throughout our stay, and to Karim, the manager. I quietly noticed how he handled various situations with a smile every single time — you can really see why Bywater is run so well. Hats off to you both.
Overall, a wonderful holiday and a place we would happily return to.

One of the best all inclusive resorts I have ever stayed at.
We spent a full week here over New Year’s and it was genuinely amazing. It is perfect if you like to stay active while still having a relaxed, fun time with your family. The sports facilities are excellent, with tennis courts, padel, a gym, and plenty of activities throughout the day.
Getting into the city was also very easy. Boats were simple to book and made day trips effortless.
New Year’s Eve was a highlight. The party was super fun, even though there were no fireworks.
What really sets this place apart is the all inclusive offering. It is not limited to buffet dining. The package includes multiple à la carte restaurants around the island, and they feel like real standalone restaurants with a huge selection of dishes. Everything we tried was delicious.
Highly recommended if you want a true all inclusive experience with great food, strong sports options, and an easy, stress free stay.

I do not recommend Our Habitas Ras Abrouq.
We were extremely disappointed with the services provided by this resort. We chose the period December 30 – January 2 specifically to spend New Year’s Eve here, but the experience was far from our expectations.
The problems started as soon as we arrived at the airport. We had prepaid airport transfer, but the driver left with another group without informing us, leaving us stranded at the airport with two children and four checked bags. After many attempts, we managed to contact the responsible person, who kept telling us that “in 5 minutes” another transfer would arrive. Almost an hour and a half passed with no real solution. In the end, we were forced to take a taxi. This was followed by another hour and a half drive, so we arrived at the hotel late at night, completely exhausted.
At the accommodation:
The heating in the room was not working; after several attempts, the technical team fixed it. However, one family in our group, staying in another villa, was less lucky and had to sleep in the cold.
The hot water supply was insufficient, limited by the system.
Room service was extremely slow. To get blueberries delivered to the room, I had to call them three times.
In addition, the only swimming pool at the hotel was not heated, and the staff told us that it was “not worth” heating it, even though the weather was suitable for sunbathing. If the pool had been usable, we could have spent the last day of the year in a pleasant way, which unfortunately did not happen.
At departure, the situation was once again unacceptable. The transfer was organized for 4 families, with 4 cars. One of the cars broke down (flat tire), and the hotel did not provide any alternative, telling us we would have to wait about two hours. In the end, 14 people, 14 checked bags, and 3 drivers were squeezed into just 3 cars.
For a resort that positions itself as premium, these situations are unacceptable.
I do not recommend Our Habitas Ras Abrouq. If you are looking for quality services, avoid this resort.

A very pleasant and serene location, with friendly staff and luxurious villas. The experience we had in Our Habitas Ras Abrouq was exceeding by far high-end wellness resorts we visited in various countries in Asia.
The staff is very friendly and the experiences we had were memorable, specially with George (storytelling under the stars) and Gabriel who prepared our wellness Golden Turmeric Milk drink in the morning !

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking landscape — where the desert meets the turquoise sea. The entire resort feels like a hidden sanctuary designed for peace, reflection, and connection with nature.
Villa was beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with earthy, natural elements. Waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset from my private terrace was simply magical.
The team at Habitas were genuinely warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The service felt personal and heartfelt. The food was fresh and well-presented, though I would love to see more variety on the menu in future.
The only challenge was the road to the resort, which is quite rough — I’d recommend a 4x4 for the drive. But once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it.
Overall, Habitas Ras Abrouq is a haven of serenity and understated luxury. Perfect for anyone seeking tranquility, beauty, and a deep sense of escape. I’ll definitely return again soon. 🌅🌿

We stayed for three nights, and honestly, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I have had.
The only positive part at the beginning was the greeting by Towfiq, who explained the area, Habitas Ras Brouq, the safari, and other programs. After that, everything went downhill.
When we first requested the safari, it was fully booked. The second time, we rushed from the middle of our lunch to catch it, only to discover that the driver had already left without us. Even worse, he left his phone on charging.we could not reach him. This level of miscommunication, negligence, and lack of responsibility is unacceptable.
Most of the hospitality staff are clearly not trained. They are unable to answer even the simplest guest questions. There is no understanding of basic service standards.
During the Athan prayer, the music continued playing without any respect or consideration, despite this being a Muslim country. This alone shows a serious lack of cultural awareness and sensitivity.
In the restaurant, staff handled takeaway cups by touching the inside with bare hands, showing no hygiene standards, no etiquette, and no protocol. Items were constantly missing, and the area was not prepared to welcome even a small number of guests.
The only staff member worth mentioning positively was Hamad, the night shift manager, who was genuinely cooperative, helpful, and professional during his shift. Without him, the experience would have been even worse.
Other than the location and the sunset, there was absolutely nothing enjoyable about this stay. The views are pleasant, but they do not compensate for poor service, poor management, and poor training.
This was my first visit and definitely my last. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Visiting Film City and other nearby activities is far more enjoyable than staying at this property.
Aside from the scenery, nothing — absolutely nothing — was worth the experience.
