Positives: amazing location walkable to the port and main strip and taxi rank to access the nearby old town and local area more broadly. Really friendly and helpful staff when available, organised our massage and hire car from a garage opposite us at a good rate. Nice pool area and sun deck. Room was brilliant, superior suite which we were kindly upgraded to, well worth it if booking normally - beautiful decor, super clean and provided good quality products in the shower and bathroom. Lovely modern gym, but it is far too small, and does not have enough equipment nor variation in weight to have a productive workout. Drawbacks: next to a loud busy road adjacent to the swimming pool / lounging area - all day long. The pool area in general needs a bit of life pumped into it, larger bar area, music (not crazy but just some kind of vibe rather than the slow jams all day long). There are plenty of guests but it feels flat. Would be great if something was done about this area. Strange smell by the exits of the pool area. The food here was average. The rooms were cleaned really well, but the mini bar was never replenished during our stay. One person on reception isn’t enough with many guests, we had to wait a long while to be seen. Gym needs to have dumbbells up to 30kg at least in order to allow a variety of meaningful workouts. Recommend if you’re staying in Alcudia.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. It offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality hotel with outstanding service.

An amazing hotel and definitely one of the best places to stay in Alcúdia! The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding—freshly prepared from an à la carte menu with plenty of delicious options instead of a typical buffet. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the small gym was a great bonus for keeping up with workouts while on holiday. The location couldn’t be better—just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beautiful beach, with restaurants and shops nearby. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We have just returned from a week’s stay here and if I could rate this more stars, I would. The room was stunning, we just got a normal pool view room (it had a Juliet balcony, not a full one which was absolutely fine and lovely) and honestly it was perfect. The location is something we mentioned several times whilst there as you have everything you need around you - beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes, the marina - and the old town is only a 20 minute walk which we did and it was relatively flat, it was nice! All of the staff were lovely, especially Irene who served us a lot when around the pool and she was just so nice! The drinks and food were also really good, and if you have room only you can choose to pay €20 for all you can eat, but it’s not like a usual buffet, you have a menu with your usual breakfast items then things such as eggs Benedict or waffles, but you can eat as much as you like and it’s all cooked fresh and was really good! There is also a small gym that has some technogym equipment, dumbbells, a mat etc, so you can do a basic workout and some cardio! I paid for a massage whilst there too which was AMAZING. We will absolutely be returning and want to thank all of the staff for making our stay so lovely, we cannot recommend this hotel enough!

We stayed for the night while already on holiday staying at another hotel (parents took our kids so we had a night away). We booked last minute on the day, and room was spotless, beautiful & i wish we had stayed longer! Was 100x nicer than the hotel we were already staying in with our family. Was a warm friendly welcoming & got a glass of champagne! Would definitely recommend, we wish we stayed longer to use the spa & gym facilities. Hotel is central to all the nightlife, has shops right outside. Beach is a street infront! It was great!
