Newly renovated hotel that almost met our expectations for a 5 star, luxurious, with attentative crew, great views and luxury all around. There are ample parking places around the hotel for your rental in every time of the day. Rooms are ok in size, we stayded for 3 nights, but the wardrobe size is almost non-existand,we lived from our luggage. Smart TV in the room is missing cast feature, but we got our refills of complimentary coffe cups and water every day (if you want your milk in the coffee before breakfast, there is HiperDino by the hotel, go and buy some). Breakfast is buffet and a-la-carte mix, with good selection for everyone. Pool restaurant has also good selection of snacks, burgers, etc. But please, update your menues, i saw that the hotel had Inedit beer on the menu, but there was none, even the crew was very confused what was i asking about until i showed the on the menu. And fir a 5 star hotel, only one pool is a bit lacking, the beach in front of the hotel is nice, but had algae all over it so we went to the nearby Alcudia beach for a much cleaner sea.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday The location is outstanding, with a beautiful beach just steps away from the hotel. Despite the presence of families with children, the atmosphere remained peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. The sun loungers by the pool were extremely comfortable and available at any time (no worries about people reserving them at 5am :) making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the sunshine. The pool bar deserves special praise. The food was absolutely delicious and was even served directly to our sun loungers on wooden trays. The bar staff were attentive and frequently checked whether guests needed anything, providing outstanding service throughout the day. In fact, every member of the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every evening. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, and the towels were wonderfully soft. Special recognition should go to the housekeeping team, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Everything was kept in perfect condition and cleanliness at all times. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, and the buffet was excellent. The coffee was delicious, and the staff efficiently cleared empty plates, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. After such a wonderful breakfast, the only thing left to do was relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the beautiful weather. Another great advantage of the hotel is its convenient location. Restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are all within easy walking distance. For just a few euros, guests can easily travel to the capital city or to Alcúdia, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. A special mention must go to Anna, the hotel's PR representative. She is incredibly friendly and approachable, always happy to chat with guests in several languages, including Polish. Her warmth and professionalism truly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that exceeds expectations in every aspect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Mallorca and can highly recommend it. The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Since the renovation, the architecture and overall design feel modern, elegant, and very relaxing. The rooms smell amazing thanks to the lovely signature fragrance, which creates a very luxurious atmosphere. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding. A special thank you goes to Anja from Guest Relations & Hospitality, who made our stay even more enjoyable with her warm, professional, and attentive attitude. There are also many great activities offered during the day, which made the experience feel very special — from ice bathing sessions at the pool to live music and relaxing yoga classes. The breakfast buffet is incredibly extensive, fresh, and varied, with high-quality options for everyone. The pool bar serves excellent drinks, and the food there is absolutely delicious as well. Another highlight is the direct beach access. The beach is stunning, the water is crystal clear, calm, and shallow — perfect for relaxing and swimming. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel that we would recommend without hesitation. We are already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at Sarena de Muro in May and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right next to a beautiful beach and in a peaceful setting, making it perfect for both couples and families. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. A special thank you to Andruk, whose warm attitude and helpfulness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would also like to thank Fran, the chef, for the excellent food and the great variety offered throughout our stay. A big thank you goes to Mercedes and Marga, whose thoughtful sweet treats and surprises in our room added a lovely personal touch and made our holiday even more special. We would also like to give a special mention to Anna, the concierge, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always kind, attentive, and happy to help with any request. Her recommendations and support throughout our stay were truly appreciated and contributed greatly to making our holiday so enjoyable. It’s often the people who make the biggest difference, and the team at Sarena de Muro certainly did. Thank you all for your hospitality and for helping create such wonderful memories. The hotel looks nice and that’s pretty much where it all ends. My room was very dirty, I had a dead moth next to the bed, dirty pillowcase and a towel with makeup still left on it. When I complained they asked what they could do and I asked if I could be upgraded to a room with a sea view. Then the told me the room is ready and I took my things before checking it out only to receive a room that felt smaller and had a view of a parking lot. They provided some complimentary alcoholic drink I don’t drink alcohol and they did change it. Then I asked to move back to my old room. Housekeeping didn’t come clean the room until the third day of a four day stay citing I had the do not disturb sign. But obviously I had a problem so I wouldn’t have minded if they knocked or asked to come clean the room like they did on the third day and when they did come they still included another dirty towel!! The bathroom also had a fishy smell I told them about that a maintenance guy came over and poured some headache inducing chemical into the drain. The next day the smell was still there and no follow up was done regarding the smell. I was put in contact with someone named Anna when the situation first started. On the last day I she wanted to meet with me to discuss what happened I guess. When we sat down she was making excuses why the the towels were dirty mentioning that when girls take their makeup off some is still left on the towel but why should the towel still be dirty after it was supposedly cleaned? The apology she provided would not be considered an apology at all when you are making excuses and not actually saying sorry once or in a meaningful way. She said she could provide me with complimentary water that I could take to the beach!! Also the finishes overall in the hotel are not what you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The closet doors use printed rattan. The finishes around the tiles in the bathroom are not great with paint on the tiles. Around the main bathroom in lobby the wall is peeling and it’s horrible to look at. Would not recommend coming here .
