We stayed at Sarena de Muro in May and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, right next to a beautiful beach and in a peaceful setting, making it perfect for both couples and families. What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel welcome. A special thank you to Andruk, whose warm attitude and helpfulness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We would also like to thank Fran, the chef, for the excellent food and the great variety offered throughout our stay. A big thank you goes to Mercedes and Marga, whose thoughtful sweet treats and surprises in our room added a lovely personal touch and made our holiday even more special. We would also like to give a special mention to Anna, the concierge, who was absolutely fantastic. She was always kind, attentive, and happy to help with any request. Her recommendations and support throughout our stay were truly appreciated and contributed greatly to making our holiday so enjoyable. It’s often the people who make the biggest difference, and the team at Sarena de Muro certainly did. Thank you all for your hospitality and for helping create such wonderful memories. We hope to return in the future and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca.

I recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. It genuinely stands out as one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. 🌴✨ The service was exceptional! The staff make an incredible effort to take care of every guest, always friendly, warm, and welcoming 😊, with a genuine smile on their faces at all times. You immediately feel looked after and valued from the moment you arrive. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding 🍽️ – high quality, varied, and with a huge selection. Every meal felt different, fresh, and carefully prepared, and there was always plenty of choice to enjoy. The entire property is spotless, very modern, and beautifully designed with a stylish, elegant feel throughout. Everything is well maintained and simply pleasant to be in. The pool area is another highlight 🏊‍♂️ – the pool itself is beautiful, and the sun loungers are extremely comfortable. The pool bar has a very relaxed and cozy vibe 🍹, and the staff there were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, the price-performance ratio is excellent for what you get. The nearby beach is also a real plus 🏖️ – large, spacious, and thankfully not overcrowded, which makes it ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The only small downside for me is that it is not an adults-only hotel. That said, I would absolutely come back again without hesitation ❤️ – I genuinely enjoyed every day of my stay here. Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable holiday The location is outstanding, with a beautiful beach just steps away from the hotel. Despite the presence of families with children, the atmosphere remained peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxation. The sun loungers by the pool were extremely comfortable and available at any time (no worries about people reserving them at 5am :) making it easy to spend the entire day enjoying the sunshine. The pool bar deserves special praise. The food was absolutely delicious and was even served directly to our sun loungers on wooden trays. The bar staff were attentive and frequently checked whether guests needed anything, providing outstanding service throughout the day. In fact, every member of the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every evening. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, and the towels were wonderfully soft. Special recognition should go to the housekeeping team, whose attention to detail was remarkable. Everything was kept in perfect condition and cleanliness at all times. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The menu offered a fantastic variety of options, and the buffet was excellent. The coffee was delicious, and the staff efficiently cleared empty plates, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. After such a wonderful breakfast, the only thing left to do was relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the beautiful weather. Another great advantage of the hotel is its convenient location. Restaurants, shops, and a bus stop are all within easy walking distance. For just a few euros, guests can easily travel to the capital city or to Alcúdia, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. A special mention must go to Anna, the hotel's PR representative. She is incredibly friendly and approachable, always happy to chat with guests in several languages, including Polish. Her warmth and professionalism truly enhance the guest experience. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that exceeds expectations in every aspect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

Location, might be considered decent, although thr beach is absolutely miserable. Atmosphere is also bad because of the staff - people here always leave you with the impression that you are the one that owes thrm something. Never sorry, never a smile, many times not even answering to greetings. Room is ok, but thry have a problrm with the pipes...it smells horible! Valur gor money is not really correct! You pay around 300 -350 EUR per night ( is what we paid) and for that you fon't get anything but your room ( which is not like royal room). Also access to thr pool which is more like a bigger thub, is not like something that could accommodate couple of hundreds of guests at once. At leadt it was clean, this I can give it to them. But that's it! We evrn had a situation where onr of the staff members in the restaurant treated us very bad for like 2 days in a row. When we tried to ask her what is the problem she called the manager, which was not a problem, but even those guys, after we ofgicialy made a complaint, failed to give us a feedback in any sense. Not even a slight tendency of sorry or anything....NOTHING! Very bad manners of almost the whole staff. Some of thrm of course they were nice. But a spoon of honey in a jar of bad mix, makes no difference! Even in the reception, restaurant or hallways, they do not use AC . When outside is standard +40° celsius you need AC...but no...Hyatt makes economy on guests money and suffering. I would never reccommend it even for half the price. Too bad, the property could have been used in a very good way...but you first need a manager to be interested in guests experience and owners who would care what their managers do!!! What can you expect when one day, there was a gentleman arround acting like super boss with everyone ( staff) and everybody seemed to wish to make him happy. Our eyes have meet and I greeted him and no answer back...if the boss is like that, there is nothing good you can expect from the staff!!! I would suggest owners to use mistery shoppers...they might be surprised of what they can find out from independent parties. Here we are only people bounded by our past experiences, expectations etc. A mistery shopper is a proffesional that is bounded to compare actual facts to owners expectations!

A very nice hotel with a great location right by the sea. The rooms are comfortable, and the pool with its bar is fantastic. I would especially like to highlight the team at the restaurant and the pool bar — everyone was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. A big thank you to all of them for making our stay even more enjoyable!
