The hotel is beautiful and room was not bad. Overall we enjoyed staying there. I would however note that it didn't really feel like 5 star hotel. The service was fine, but there were 2 things that really threw us off : swimming pool was open till 19.30 but drinks were till 17.00. This is really confusing and not practical. Another thing is breakfast. It was rather mediocre then high quality. Big minus: they had no quality cofee. Idk what was in that machine, but thats not cofee. Gym was great though ! :) Location is fine, but its far and there are no shops next door, everything is like 15-20 min walk.I hope they fix those issues, so that clients stay would be more pleasant.

Really enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. My stay at the Hilton Mallorca was truly exceptional from start to finish. ​A special shoutout goes to Vanessa, who went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. She helped secure the exact rental car I wanted—a cute convertible that matched the Mallorca vibes perfectly—shared fantastic local restaurant recommendations, and genuinely looked out for us throughout our visit. ​The hotel's dining was equally outstanding. We had a fish dish one evening that I am still dreaming about, and the entire waitstaff was remarkably sweet, attentive, and welcoming. Every team member we encountered delivered top-tier service. ​The property has a wonderfully peaceful, secluded atmosphere—which felt like a true retreat—while still being an easy 20-minute drive into Palma. We cannot wait to return!

When you hear “Hilton” and “5-star hotel” in the same sentence, you naturally have high expectations.Unfortunately, upon arrival, it became clear that this hotel falls far short of those expectations. The hotel itself was outdated and in clear need of renovation. The overall condition of the hotel does not reflect a 5-star rating. I would personally rate it closer to 3 stars at best. The bathroom and shower was exceptionally small. Breakfast was underwhelming, with cold food being served, the gluten-free food selection (I am a celiac) was extremely limited, despite being assured beforehand that suitable options would be available. This was frustrating and did not meet expectations. Because of the breakfast, we did not even think to try the 45€ pp. dinner. Another disappointment was the adults-only area, Vista de Rey, which was closed all the time during our stay, with no explanation. Upon arrival, we payed additional deposit, which had not been clearly explained beforehand. We also never received a proper breakdown or explanation regarding this charge until we went back and asked. On the positive side, the gym was great and the views from the hotel were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable and cozy My disappointment comes not from expecting perfection, but from the significant gap between the 5-star branding and the actual experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton. The hotel was excellent, but what really made our experience special was the outstanding service. Victoria and Javier were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always attentive, professional, and happy to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to both of them for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend the Hilton and would definitely come back!
