We stayed at this Hotel twice during September. The location is not so bad, about 5min walk from the beach. Service is super friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and big. They were cleaned daily and we always got 2 fresh towels each. The facility is huge and plenty of lounges to rest. One thing that disappointed was the closing of the pools by 6pm (or was it 7pm). The breakfast buffet is huge, lots of fresh fruits! For the dinner at the restaurants you have to make reserverations, which are usually sold out pretty quickly.

Excellent resort. The food was amazing. Quality over quantity which I prefer. Very good for kids also. Special shout out to Santi B! of the staff also. One of the nicest and helpful people I had met on holiday. An asset to the resort.

Currently having a wonderful holiday here perfect for kids and also very parent friendly. Which is such a great touch. Especially the club rooms which gives you access to the cabana beds and pool service which makes it great to be able to chill and get food. Tatiana has been looking after us so well always welcoming and smiley friendly and helpful. Great hotel lovely staff.

Perfect classy hotel for a relaxing break We had a lovely week at this great hotel. Every room is a proper suite, and is very luxurious. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, the breakfast was delicious with so many choices and great service from all who worked there. Special mention to Andrea on the Animation team who delivered the fitness and wellness activities brilliantly . Also thank you to Tony on reception who resolved the minor issues we had very effectively and in a professional manner. Walking distance to seafront and loads of good restaurants, via back gate it’s only 5 mins. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.

Very nice stay this week. Staff are very friendly and helpful, good food and great location by the beach. The daily water mat running in the big pool was a highlight too, kids loved it. Special mention to Marco who gave us great service us at the Splash truck all week, grazie Marco!
