Stayed 3 nights in Superior room w. seaview. Should have got water & coffee capsules every day, nobody gave it, had to ask every time. 2 broken expresso machines, 3'rd one not 100% either. Very attentive & good serviceman Juan Carlos helped on arrival though. The other staff serving the room was not attentive at all when talking to them (In Spa or Eng). Very few workers in breakfast buffé, a big hassle to get a coffee pot to the table every morning. Asked a young employee & showed our table but she never came. Same next morning with another man preparing our table & asked about the coffee; he never came!! Had to find other personal to deliver such a basic item in a FIVE STAR HOTEL. Last day i tried to call the direct number to book the Spa several times but no reply. The reception did the same without getting a reply. I walked down to book by the counter & saw the Young woman sitting relaxed not being busy, mentioned about "no reply" and just got an ignoring reaction?! The Bistro restaurant served very delicious fishes for both of us, can recommend to eat there. Summary; not worth 450 Eur/night.

I waited for a response from the hotel and manager since June before posting this negative review. Unfortunately no one even cared to contact me. Together with my mother we had a terrible and unacceptable situation at the hotel. After the check out and paying all the bills (we have all the invoices as a proof) a woman from a reception ( I believe her name is Alicia) run after us shouting and accusing us of leaving without paying. When she realised she made a mistake she didn’t even apologise. We travel a lot and never experienced anything like this, this was traumatic and the lady was aggressive and disrespectful. We were left shocked. We brought this to the attention of the management and sent many follow ups but until now we didn’t receive any response from the hotel. It only says about how not important the guests and their health is for the management. Really disappointed, I wonder if I’ll finally get any response from the hotel…

I stay at the GPRO Valparaíso Palace & Spa regularly for business and appreciate it every time. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The beautiful pool area and the rich, delicious breakfast are particularly enjoyable. The location is also ideal – central yet pleasantly quiet, with a lovely view of the bay. The service is always friendly and professional. Overall, an excellent hotel for both business trips and relaxing stays.

Excellent hotel with really great staff who go above and beyond to help. Breakfast choice was very good and rooms clean and well appointed. The pool area was really lovely and pretty with a good bar service. It’s a little way out of town but there’s a good bus service or taxi each way to old town is approx €8-9. If it was closer to town the hotel would be alot more expensive and not have as good facilities so was happy to be a bit further out and with lovely views over the harbour.

Superb. Sep 6 - 13 '25. Everything was exceptional, all bar one particular waitress (I can't let it go 👀) Gorgeous views surrounding the hotel. The outdoor pool was great and well maintained. The food is high quality and the entertainment made for a delightful evening. The breakfast, well, wow! The best my partner and I have experienced. The spa is second to none! The staff in the spa were highly professional. Would highly recommend the Ayurvedic massage! If we ever return to Palma, GPRO Valparaiso would be our first pick. 9.5/10
